Review 1：Nothing. But if you plan to stay more days to visit the city, this hotel is not really the right one for you.

Review 2：The hotel offers a convenient free shuttle from the airport and back. Its the perfect place if you have to stay overnight, before going to the airport. The breakfast was very good, mix of some western dishes (eggs, sausages, toast, marmalade, cheese, etc.) and vietnamese (pho soup, dumplings, etc.). We stayed here when we arrived and when we left Vietnam. On our way back we got upgraded to a superier room for free. Overall experience: excellent

Review 6：I booked a room for 1 person, however, when I arrived, I was with a friend who just wanted to drop her luggage in the meantime. After just 5min in the room, the staff called and ask when is she leaving! I was looking for an hotel with swimming. That was my main criteria. But unfortunately, that day, they had a wedding or a celebration so the pool area was closed. The shower constantly change from cold to warm.

Review 7：For me the most important is the cleanliness and I couldn't complain about that. Located right next to the airport and they offer the drive back.

Review 8：Beds were too small and they put us on the old side of the hotel. Then we asked for an upgrade paid a bit extra and put us in the newer side. It was still not a beautiful renovated hotel. It was a bit out of town in district 4. It was just a 15 minute drive to downtown.

Review 10：Staff can't speak English very well neither understand it well. Can't really give you information on tours or help organise it. Breakfast not good. Not really Western options. Waitress, Phan N. Que Phuong, at First Grill was friendly, very helpful and a really excellent waitress. The best one!

Review 15：Really liked the location of a relatively quiet street, close to major sites, restaurants, etc. Really liked the atmosphere of the place and helpfulness of the staff. The first room I stayed in had a balcony, overlooking roof tops. The second did not, but had a bath tub. Can faintly hear Notre Dame's bell early in the morning. Nice breakfast.

Review 16：Very close to airport. Walkable if only one knew the way, but there is airport pick up and drop off. I had an early flight and the hotel prepared a carry away breakfast for me. Rooms are nice. A bit far from the major attractions of Ho Chi Minh so probably best as an "airport" hotel. I stayed twice, before and after a flight to another city, leaving most of my luggage in the hotel's care. Very good Japanese restaurant on premises.

Review 17：Very difficult to fault this hotel in any way. If I tried hard I’d say the décor looks a little dated and the view from my window was of a wall no more than about a metre’s distance meaning the lights needed to be on during daylight hours too.

Review 18：Great breakfast and even friendly staff to escort one across the road with its manic traffic. :-) Free and efficient airport transfer good, but of course you're quite a bit from the city centre.

Review 22：Everyone at the hotel were so friendly; the taxi guy, the bell hop, reception staff. A nice touch was being given an iced fruit drink as I was checking in. The buffet at the hotel is also excellent, noisy but great value for money.

Review 23：I was met at the airport for the free shuttle by a uniformed bellman with my name clearly printed on a sign! I was impressed! The hotel itself appears to be part of a 3 building complex with another First Hotel across the street and another building with an outdoor restaurant and very large, very clean swimming pool. I was delighted to take a dip there. Oh, and there are tennis courts, too. All accessible as a hotel guest. The room was very clean with numerous amenities for personal care and the bed was comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and spoke English. Definitely a great place to stay near the airport.

Review 25：I have stayed here before and it is the perfect location for your first and last night in town. The hotel is in two sections with all you could ask for but with no other shops close by. It comes with a courtesy car to and from the airport; the staff are wonderful and the rooms are quite nice & very comfortable. If you're a foreigner though do make sure you have your passport and valid visa with you. I stayed the night with my sister who lives in Vietnam but didn't have the necessary documents with her, and we did a lot of talking to enable her to stay the night. All was sorted out in the end and we had a happy and comfortable stay. I definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Review 30：The hotel is very close to the airport. Hotel staff was very friendly. I especially appreciated the free pick-up servise by the hotel. This service is very helpful since some taxi drivers tend to refuse to go to the hotels that are located near Tan Son Nhat airport.

Review 37：As soon as I made my reservation I received an email asking if I needed airport transport. I was picked up promptly and efficiently upon my late arrival and felt very safe and comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful wanting to ensure that everything I needed during my stay was taken care of. Really appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the room. I will definitely return.
