Located a 15-minute drive from central La Paz, the modern Camino Real features a health club and an indoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel.

Review 1：My stay fell onto a monday and pool and Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance ? Do it at night?

They were very helpful on storing our big luggage while we travel with smaller ones to the various other locations. They were also helpful on anything we asked whether it was more towels or actually sending someone to procure some item from other stores near by. Very helpful staff and nice facilities

Review 28：Eventhough we stayed one day it was really relaxing and helped us to deal better with the altitude. They even upgrade us to the suite in the last floor!!

Review 29：the day before we arrived to the hotel I called saying that i m gonna arrive at 6.00am.. and the receptionist told me that my room is gonna be ready.. i told him that we were really tired after passing few days on the desert.. when we arrived the night auditor were really arrogant saying if we make the check in at that momment we needed to pay an extra night. at 10 o clock my room was ready.. they offer the breakfast and I explained that our flight was the day after at 8.00 am, so I would be living the hotel at 6 am.. they told me that they would give me breakfast box.. ( I never had it) I asked for a transfer at 6 am they forgot it.. and to included that on my invoice.... they called the taxi.. but didn t included the taxi on my invoice...! (it was a very complicated on the airport just because the night auditor forgot that) During the day I spent in the hotel I told to 3 receptionist that the room night it was a surprise for my friends.. so to dont shown them any "numbers" at check out.. the night auitor one more time very arrogant told them all costs we had! Its was horrible!

Review 38：Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus. The choices and size of the meals in the dining room were huge and very well priced. All came with the salad bar. Was an overall very enjoyable experience.

Review 45：The location is awful if you come to La paz as a tourist. Its 45 min wayfrom the airport by taxi (clearly, not 16 km away as they state) and 20min away by taxi from the city center. If you are tourist this hotel isnot convinient at all. There is no airport shuttle as they state, theyonly van call taxi for you as any other hotel. The most unpleasant ismisleding statements they posted on booking.com I had several unpleasantmoments when staff entered to my room without even knocking. Breakfastis poor for 5 star. Hair dryers work for 2 mins then stop working foranother 5-7,which is a pain if you have long hairs.
