Review 1：Our room could have been cleaner and the property needs some updating. For the price we paid you hope to get more but hotels in the offseason in this area are expensive.
Review 2：The location was great and the decorations were adorable. I liked having a kitchenette and the spacious room.

Room run down in need of tlc and updating . Skidding glassdoor didn't lock, so they provided a stick? Not to mention we paid$300. + per night. Rip-off

Review 12：It is on a main road and was very noisy until about 2AM. I was visiting my daughter who lives in the area. When I checked in to my room, I asked if she could join me for a swim in the pool and they told me no. Their reason was that it was only for paying guests. There was absolutely No one using the pool and the three persons staffing the facility were very cold and had no people skills at all. They need to be trained on good customer service. One said that she was the manager and was the one who said no. There are many, many more facilities in that area who have very "welcoming" people managing their front desk. For that reason alone, I will not return. They also told me I had free wi fi. Of course, it did not work with the password they gave me.

Review 14：First let me say we were very happy with the location, but it ends there. Upon arriving we found our sliding door to the porch did not lock. This was not resolved the entire week. We used a block of wood to secure the doors. The room was minimally cleaned, in fact it was pretty filthy. I took a wipe across the floor and it was black with dirt. The maid sprayed some type of freshener around the room and sprayed our bed blankets also. I was shocked after I saw her do that. I personally don't like putting chemicals on my bed linens. The carpet was stained and had pulls that could have easily been cut away if housekeeping took more than 5 minutes to tend to the room. Basically they made the beds and brought new towels. Bathroom you could barely turn around in, a non smoking room but smoking is allowed all over the grounds so the porch below us smoked and we got their second hand smoke every time we went outside. I honestly think the pool area was cleaner than our room. I cannot believe we paid over $300 a night for this room. You would think with what they charge they could clean better and make some upgrades.

Review 20：I noticed some stains on the bedspread, and the room could use some updates. It was a bummer that there wasn't an ice machine on premises, and the Wi-Fi wasn't great, but it appears as if this is the case throughout Hampton Beach.
Review 21：The location of the hotel was terrific. The beach was right across the street with convenient crosswalks. You were far enough away from the boardwalk to avoid that scene if it wasn't for you, but close enough that you could comfortably walk to shops and restaurants.
Review 22：Having to hear a basketball bouncing from a child who's parents did not care about others.This was happening even after 11:30pm.Others were very mad also.We will never stay at this hotel again.Carpets were very dirty and rooms are run down.Needs a lot of work and some simple rules!

Review 24：I was pleased at check in they make you sign that there is no smoking in the rooms since we are non smokers however right outside our door was a common smoking area so that's all we could smell in our room was smoke not to mention a lot of noise. We had to leave our air conditioner on even though we didn't need it. They should specify that when you rent the room because we wouldn't have.

Review 30：kitchen was nasty. the refrigerator and the toaster had mold. no one came for room services the time i was there ( Friday- Sunday) and the pool had dirty water with flies all over, same flies were in the balcony of my room. all doors had a problem to open and close like the bathroom door didn't want to close at all. :(

Review 36：i thought the price was a little high. We were at a basketball competition in hampton falls. We checked in after 9:00 pm and was out at 6:45 am. We did not get to relax. It was just for sleep. maybe working with the basketball facility for deals would be helpful. (The Rim) We have 3 out of 4 weekends tournaments. this month. There are plenty of tournaments and people that would stay if the price was not so high.

Review 39：The room was not clean, there were spiders and spider webs all over the property and inside the room. The toilet didn't flush correctly. The room that said it had a private beach view however it was the main hall way so there was no way to open the shades unless you wanted to put on a voyeuristic show for the rest of the Hotel. I called before hand and asked if we could keep our car in the lot for an hour or two longer then the check out time. The person on the phone said that would it not be a problem since it was not their busy season however when we got there they told us there would be an extra fee. Ultimately this place is not worth the price at all.

Review 49：It would of been a nice stay but the beds were so uncomfortable and squeaky. I went out to WalMart to buy a blanket, pillowcases, Lysol wipes, and paper towels for the room. Bed was,nasty looking. Some people would of just been fine but I'm a germ freak and had to clean the room before I could lay in bed. Coffee spills were all over the wall.

Review 61：small fridge for a family of 4 for 6 days. The frying pan in the kitchenette had all the Teflon scratched off. Expected more for the price, rooms and bathroom were very small. Been staying at the beach for over 20 years and this was the smallest hotel room we have ever had and unfortunately paid the most for it. The pool gets no sun and is very cold. Kids did not want to go in it.

Both rooms were clean and did not have an off smell nor did I see any bugs.The bathrooms were small one room had been updated the other was not but still tastefully decorated. There was 9 family members 3 kids ages 9,14and 16 all had a good time. We will stay at the Atlantic again. The pool was cleaned every mourning as well as the deck.
Review 67：Outdated furniture. For a family of five we were cramped in the room. I assumed if they say a room can accommodate five, you can walk around the room when the cot is open. I felt $335.00 a night was a bit high for what we got in return. It wasn't horrible though and I do not know what other comparable hotels were charging.
