Review 1：Hot Tub needed to be HOT. There were kids playing the day before and the water was only set to 95 degrees. WHen asked, the pool guy did turn the temperature up but it was going to take too long to reach the right temperature.

Review 3：I was there for New Year's Eve celebration and I'm not sure if that's the reason they needed 100.00 deposit but I thought that was classless, I don't usually stay at places like that.

Review 32：Got a late check out and returned to the room to find out they locked us out and removed all of our things to the office. Some items weee missing. They also charged me extra when they were supposed to refund me some money back on my credit card instead of putting money back on the card they took more from the card. Bad deal with the staff there. Need to improve your communication with your staff.

Review 39：Ive lived in the area most of my life never needed to stay at a local hotel until recent. I had known of the hotel never been Inside. I loved the warm coziness of the hotel. The staff was great very professional. The room was perfect and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet even though it was packed that weekend. No disturbances. Its a very spacious facility. Many options to enjoy each section of the hotel weather it be the bar, lounge area restaurant etc. I would definately stay again and recommend this establishment.

Review 43：I enjoy this hotel for the stay. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel however when my friend and I received are food it was burned and over crisp. Not a huge deal as I don't go there for the food but rather the stay and comfort.

Review 44：I have stayed at this hotel three or four times and I will always recommend it to friends and family. Staff is always friendly, it is clean, beds are comfortable and they have a nice pool and jaccuzi. It is also in a great location if traveling to and from the airport.

Because it was not paid and we gave it a way , I told it said that pay at hotel and gave me confirmation why u guys did not say u need to pay or will loose confirnation So I talked to my lawyer and he will handle this mattar for all the inconvenience , and have all proof for the day , confirmation , and saying very clearly pay at hotel . And all that It was good first time that's why I booked again and also my lawyer will make you pay for the night sleeping in the car which no rooms available that night any were tried every were , All false advertising All fake for double booking rooms for more money Not good for business to make extra $100 or $200 Not good business and it's illegal

They told me it was authorized in case I made phone calls etc. It was not authorized by me. They did not tell me that there was going to be this charge on my card. They did reverse it after I called them about it. BAD BUSINESS.

Review 109：This is definitely a higher star hotel than the rating it has received. The room is large and extremely nice. The staff are wonderful. I had an issue with the shuttle and a manager made it all right with me which I appreciate very much. Looking forward to staying again!

Review 125：Check in was thru Bookings.com & your hotel had no computer record to. It took 25 mins. & my iPad conf to find res. THEN the hotel elevator got stuck on the 4 th floor. I had to carry my luggage up to 8 th floor. When you finalize deal with Marriott I know this will all improve.
