Review 1：The elevator stopped working a few times (sometimes with us inside). When we reported it to the onsite maintenance guy, he was very unhelpful and seemed flat-out disinterested. Also, the beds are WAY too small. No one in our party of 7 who shared a bed got a good night's sleep.

Review 2：The front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was pretty good. Over our two night stay it featured bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, various hot and cold cereals, breads, pastries, and fruit (both fresh and canned). The hotel is in a great location; 10 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and maybe 20 minutes from Busch Gardens. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby too.

Review 3：I won't use the Best Western never more... I arrived at the hotel later, tired and with my family... I did the reservation by booking.com and when I arrived in the hotel the representative told me that the hotel was waiting to us only in the day after. I have a e-mail with the reservation to confirm it... The representative had to do a lot of phone calls to manage my reservation and she still wanted to increase my rate... It experience was horrible! Never more...

Review 4：Pack and play delivered was dirty sheets stained and water gathered on ac unit. Poorly maintained property. Breakfast in morning was out of milk went to find someone and he said go find front attendant.

Review 6：No drinkies available; inoperative vending machines. No footwalk to historic town, or at least to restaurants and bars. Evening became desparate. Breakfast devoid of culture: plastic and paper only, second morning without bacon.

Review 7：The indoor pool was unusable! There was so much humidity in the pool area, it felt like a sauna. We wanted a place to sit and relax after a hectic day, but this pool area was not it!

Review 9：The Wifi sucked, even after they changed rooms for us. The other problem and it had nothing to do with our chambermaid...She asked us after our first night if we needed maid service I told her towels, otherwise no things were fine. She brought them in. When we came back later in the day the towels she brought were gone and so were the towels we hung up for a second use. We don't know who did that. She had my husband sign the paper saying she had asked....We are not complaining about her. We did not complain because we did not want her to get into trouble.

Review 10：Room was filthy. Sprinkler above bed covered with dust and cobwebs. Bathroom nasty. Microwave plug broken off in socket. I don't think managers have done cleanliness check in years.

Review 12：The hotel location is very convenient. It is close to restaurants, shopping, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. When we complaint about the AC unit in our room was noisy, the front desk was able to find another room for us right away. Breakfast was good and room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 13：The pool was nasty, it had a ring around it like a dirty bathtub, my room was smelly like mold and moisture. The room parameter had nasty dirt all the way around it. The area around the refrigerator was wet and nasty. The bath had mold on some tiles.

Review 15：Closer than I realized to Colonial Williamsburg! I have not traveled much but my preconception of Best Western was a lower budget hotel. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find they had a hot tub (in additon to the advertised pool), the hotel was very clean, service was friendly, and they had a very nice breakfast. They even offered an extensive room service menu! Would definitely stay there again.

Review 16：There was an associate at the front desk that was a bit rude and unwelcoming during our check-in. We called and confirmed with one person that we could check-in early, then when we arrived another associate told us it was too early and we couldn't. But when we told her we called, THEN she did her due diligence and checked us in. I did not appreciate her service, but other than that it was a lovely one-night stay.

Review 17：The room was clean and comfortable and there was a nice indoor pool.

Review 18：The staff at the front desk when I checked in and when I checked out spoke loudly and as if they were robots and we were idiots. The breakfast area of how they arranged the food and toasters, condiments, etc. did NOT flow well. Everyone was bumping into each other and guests were very frustrated.

Review 45：The staff was very friendly from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The room was clean and the location was nice. The beds were comfortable and the TV worked fine. If I were to make improvements it would be to the size the room where breakfast was served. It could be larger. They could also mix up the menu a bit. Also the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. But I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable and so was the couch they have in the room, TV was nice, channels weren't very clear, again not a huge deal. The bathroom was very clean as well. It was awesome to come back to our room after a long day at Busch Gardens. Staff was very friendly and the food for breakfast was plenty, not a huge variety but enough. I would definitely stay there again if we decide to go back.

Arrived with freezer section filled with ice around the walls. The refrigerated area not cool enough. Although we were late, expected a little courtesy. Many stays with B.W. never had this experience so very surprised. Perhaps employee inexperienced or a bad day. :-)
