Review 1：Upon arrival I was assigned a room way too small for a five star hotel and I had to discuss a bit to have it changed to my satisfaction

Review 2：Large and pleasant pools at different temperatures and hydro massages. Good SPA facilities Ample and comfortable room and large balcony. Excellent buffet breakfast. Ample protected parking space

Review 7：The room was cleaned daily, but the teas not filled up. No heater in the bathroom means wet bath robes and towels after Spa visit. In case you are not skiing there is not much else to do in the vicinity. Evening buffet dinner - luke warm unexciting food for a 5 star hotel. Very uncosy super bright lights in the dining room. Very aged look of the hotel itself - like it has had its good times but could do with a little revamp - replace carpets, old couches, etc. The balcony too small to be used for anything else than smoking.

Review 8：Direct bus link (No.6) to the city center. Breakfast selection was good (only the bread selection could be improved on), nice egg station. Spa area is aged but does the job, outside was not open yet. Tv with lots of channels and a billiard table was a nice bonus. Standard rooms quite small but well designed.

Review 9：The temperature in the both room and bathroom was too low. After we complained, they checked and said it is normal for them! There was no drier for the big towels in the bathroom, no radiator.

Review 10：Except the problem with the cold room, we liked everything - comfy bed, excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner, well trained, smiling staff, good wellness area, closeness of ski lift.

Review 14：Room design is very thoughtful - both nice and practical. Besides the comfy bed and usual facilities in the room, there is also a working desk with all the power and data outlets, fast WiFi, kettle with cups for making tea or coffee, bathrobe, slippers and huge towel for the use of the spa. The wellness area is really huge and professionally equipped - it's more a spa, than just the usual wellness corner to keep the guests happy. There's a huge pool with thermal water, waterfall, several whirlpools. On the floor below the pool, there are 4 different saunas: finish, finish extra hot, infrared and Turkish bath and a large area to relax afterwards. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of both sweet and salty, cold and warm. Eggs are prepared fresh by a cook based on your request and taste.

Review 24：The rooms were adequately sized with a view (ours) of the pool area. Hotel and grounds situated directly adjacent to the ski lift; must be great for skiiers. Free parking garage with plenty of space. No dogs in restaurant policy left us with only room service which was also good and not to expensive. I think the general booking.com rating of 8.7 would be about right, considering all. The desk folks were very laid back and helpful. Spa area with massage and various services (wife) was good. Also not too expensive. Recommend for a good short getaway.

Review 27：I would not rate it as a five star. Buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast are more or less ok, but coffee from a machine is not what you expect. I went to the spa at 10am, it was open but there were no staff around and no towels for sauna.

Review 29：The hotel was located on beautiful grounds near woods and hills, and the rooms were perfectly comfortable. The staff was great -- they gave us a wonderful recommendation for a dinner restaurant near downtown Maribor. The pool and sauna facilities were very pleasant.

Review 30：This hotel doesn't deserve 5 star rating, it is a good 4 star. The regular rooms are pretty small. The outdoor spa area looks bad, the tails are dirty and many of them are broken. The breakfast is low quality, the bread is really bad. W-lan very poor in the rooms. In one room there were 2 bathrobes size L, in the other room one XL and one XXL, how come? Taking into consideration the staff, check-out and breakfast time, the service, all are not 5 star standards. The Arabian people are allowed to go into the swimming pool full dressed with street clothes which is total unhygienic and unpleasant.
