Review 1：I sent my hunters to stay there and they complained of noise. Then I mentioned that to your personnel and they told me that my hunters should have told them and they'd take care of it. Then during that stay I had problems with noise from the people next door. It wasn't a party just people staying up late. The receptionish did call them and they got quieter. Then I stayed another time and again I had a lot of noise from people next door. The building is very nice but I'm afraid the noise proofing is not good.

Review 3：It is not near the airport, they just tricked you with their name. They told me is the closest Red Roof to the airport and that is why the called themselves like that. I could hear the next room TV, laughs and talking. Very cheap construction.

I actually had to knock on "Employee Only" doorand ladies restroom to get a response after no one answered the deskphone over the course of the hour we tried calling! Afternoon andevening staff were great though!

Review 12：The man at the front desk upon arrival. The cleaning lady who help me with my pet upon exiting. And the really nice room!

Review 13：The only thing I could complain about would be the coffee. When I went to get some at about 8 it was just lukewarm.

Review 15：I thought when I booked the Red Roof Inn in Laredo it would be the one IN Laredo, that you can see from Interstate 35. This one was 15 miles out of town in the opposite direction. They wouldn't honor my booking at the one in town, said I'd be charged for both rooms, and it cost $30 more to stay in the middle of nowhere. Then there was an all night party a couple of rooms down that the desk staff refused to intervene with until after 4:30AM. The place is managed by a bunch of jerks, plain and simple. Rip off.
