Review 1：The staff was totally unfriendly. The pool does not look like in the pics, it is close to the main street! There is no view at all.

Review 24：Other guess that smoke in the front entrance to where the smoke travel through the vent causing your room to smell like smoke, there should be a smoking area in the back like the staff uses so the cleaning crew don't have to pick up cigarette butts all in the front area.

When we retired for the night after being out, the room was cold, so I turned on the heater for a moment to kill the chill....that set off the fire alarm in the room. I turned the AC back on and the alarm stopped, but chirped about every minute for the remainder of the night. When I checked out the next morning, Kristian wasnt too concerned about it and said it probably needs to have the battery changed. Really? I'd imagine your maintenance personnel take care of that on a scheduled plan. Not happy with her attitude, and lack of customer service.

Review 30：The main entrance door keep sticking. I had to let someone in who couldn't force open the door. The size of the breakfast room needs to be bigger, but I don't know if that can be accomplished without structural rearrangement. My room was a bit dark. Better lighting needed.
