Review 1：the hotel location the town of brinz is lovely. it is quit place with nice lake view. the rooms are nice and clean. they are basic and not more than this. the brackfast is great and the staff are wonderfull

Review 3：We booked last minutes and this is the only available hotel for that dayin the region Quite surprise to see the front desk in the night who isnot friendly and helpful. No hospitality at all which we normally see ascharacteristics of swiss hotel. Asking for wifi code but is not working.In the morning I asked politely to change breakfast table as we justarrive in dining room so that we can see the view. But this old lady wasnot happy at all. Well I moved anyway as the other table is available.Even if she said it is reserved. Very funny to hear table reserved forbreakfast . The front desk in the morning is very nice and helpfulthough. Old hotel without good sound proof. Can hear people walking inthe aile. Definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody.
