Review 1：One of our beds was broken, the place was small and dingy and way over priced. The only good thing about it is the location. There's no one manning the front desk, just a sign with a cell phone number to call to check in, which doesn't work for international travellers.
Review 2：Bad service and unfriendly staff. Management intially refused to give us a parking pass. The room was a closet located in the back hallway of the building. I saw a huge roach on the inside hallway wall.
Review 3：The room was a so small it could barely fit the full size bed. The office manager started to refuse to give me a parking pass after we paid for the room knowing that there is no meter parking after midnight and it cost 2 dollars an hour. The only good part was is that is was across from the beach.

Review 34：The rooms are very, very dated & they need to upgrade. The mirror in the bathroom wasn't even connected to the wall. You couldn't use hair dryer when the A/C was running. The shower is super small. One outlet had an multi-outlet with so many plugs sticking out of it.... seemed a bit dodgy. The bed was large, but sheets & pillows were worn out & mismatched.

Review 76：The staff and "room Service" were rude. instead of calling themselves house keeping the referred to them selves as room service which was odd. if you were sleeping, naked, or anything and they knocked at your door and if you didn't answer they would literally just walk into the room . he had all young collage student staff. They were rude and would refuse or tell us where the manager or owner was and treated us like we were stupid. the only reason we stayed was because of how thoughtful the owner was.

The room and bath were rather small, but their cleanliness and the comfortable bed offset that and made the low cost somewhat surprising.

Review 93：The hotel lost my reservation and did not have my room available when I got there. They argued with me and tried to tell me I cancelled my reservation, which I never did. I ended up getting a larger room for the same price, but it was a hassle to get it. I would not go back. The bed was also very uncomfortable.
Review 94：The building is old with narrow, steep stairs & extremely narrow hallways. Extremely difficult to maneuver a suitcase. Room was so small there wasn't room to store suitcase. The worst part was the total absence of secure lock & working smoke alarm. I would not recommend it. It was also more expensive than competitors on the same block with better & safer facilities.

Asked to sign a waiver for quiet hours and even though we obeyed them, apparently the quiet hours do not apply to everyone because the staff did not enforce the rules on the individuals who were on the second floor/back area who were loud in their living quarters until after 2:00am - banging on floors, loud voices, etc. They were disrespectful and not conscious of the guests who were obeying quiet hours and trying to sleep. Staff did not do anything to enforce the quiet hours on those individuals. 4. The value was definitely not for the money. Everything was old and the blankets were bally/pilly, dirty and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. 5. Air conditioners leaked and loud! 6. Refrigerator leaked all over the floor - not sure why? 7. Coffee pot and toaster were old/rusty and not clean. 8. Was asked to check in 30 minutes after the official check in time. We lost a half hour of our money.

No rec area.

Review 137：The location is great, beautiful balcony overlooking the strip and beach. The room is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is very small. However, you can't go wrong with a room with a balcony overlooking the beach. One issue was a worker was not at the check in desk 24/7. We tried to check in/arrive early and I waited over 25 minutes until I was met with a worker to tell me I couldn't check in early. This was okay, since they offer parking steps from the hotel and beach, but I wish there was a worker there at all times. That and no ice machine are my only complaints. Everything else was great!!!! Will definitely stay there again!

Review 143：The the money, it's hard to beat - you are right on Ocean Blv. plus if you get a standard room, you get free parking that is right across from the hotel in the public lot, but these are private spaces, so you will always have a parking place. The room is tiny, but if you are spending more than an hour in the room, besides sleeping, this might not be a good fit... the room has outdated everything, except for the bathrooms... those are newer, but again tiny.. All in All - with where you are, tough to beat for the $$
