Review 1：We were there on homecoming weekend and paid a premium for the room, but it was less expensive than anywhere else with comparable quality.
Review 2：Rooms were very clean and had the basic necessities.
Review 3：There was not an alarm clock in the room. They called me shortly after the time I could check in and was wondering when I would make it there to check in.

Review 6：It's important to keep some perspective. It was a good value compared to what was available for that weekend. We were visiting for one night for the FSU/UM game on Oct 10, 2015. Keep in mind that this is the most crowded weekend of the year in Tally. This was the only place that was not outrageously priced and did not require a 2 night minimum. It still cost us $202 for the night but at least we did not have to pay for two nights. But it is a very basic tiny room/motel. But the important thing is that it was very clean. The front desk manager was very nice and professional.
Review 7：Place is old and outdated. Cinder block walls Huge mirror on wall next to bed was strange. Neighborhood not the best.

He asked me 2 questions to find out the purpose of my trip. I am an older woman and do not like to discuss my personal business. This was not awful, just, I would rather that he not ask, but I think he was just trying to be friendly. :-)
Review 12：I liked the fact that the rooms were all on the ground floor and I could park right outside. I liked that it was quiet and clean. The room was neat and tidy and the outside had a nice paint job and the parking lot was clean. All of the other patrons had newer cars and there was not any noise. It was nice that it had a refrigerator and microwave. It would be great for a stay longer than one day. Plus the very comfy rocker/recliner was a treat. It was great for watching the large TV. The linens and towels were all clean, no stains. The room smelled good when I walked in and the paint appeared fresh. The AC had been turned on before I got there so the room was comfortable. Overall, a decent place. It is older, but is very well kept.

Review 16：Bob and Bannee were so great in helping us feel very comfortable and welcome. We stayed Sat.Oct.18 in room 119 and it was very clean. We stay and many motels and Bob is one of the most polite and helpful manager we have met.
