Review 1：Location was perfect-walking distance to everything "downtown" in Ogunquit. And of course, the Atlantic waves crashing beneath our balcony !

Review 2：As you arrive, you are greeted pleasantly. Questions are answered. The room we had was spotless and comfortable. The location allows you to park your car and leave it parked for your stay. You can walk into town or the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove. Continental breakfast is included in a cheery breakfast room.

Review 3：1.I found myself looking forward to spending a few minutes on the beautiful and expansive front porch of our apt. building. Enjoyed people watching and greeting new guests as they arrived in the late afternoon. 2. Breakfast was generous and efficient- a great way to start the day as we prepared for the beach. 3. The atmosphere and easy access to the marginal way and the beach, for that matter ,was a definite plus. 4. We were sorry to miss out on the very inviting pool area, but the weather was so favorable for ocean swimming and sun bathing that we had to make a choice. Maybe next visit!

Review 8：Beds were very soft to the point of uncomfortable. We were promised our room by 3:00 pm but were unable to get in before 4:20 pm. Breakfast was poor. No meals served on premises. WiFe connection was poor and usually unavailable.

Review 13：The in-town location right on the marginal way was outstanding and the staff were nice. It is clear they take pride in maintaining the property as the landscaping was well cared for and the rooms were clean and pleasant.

Review 14：Sparhawk was not our first choice but when our first choice was booked we "settled". Well! I thought I died and went to heaven. The roar of the ocean and the brilliant sunrise ensures I'll be back again soon!!! Won't stay anywhere else!!! Our stay was so peaceful I hated leaving!!!
