Review 1：The bright lights in the parking lot as the curtains did not completely block them. Since I was unfamiliar with the area and coming in after a long day's drive, I wasn't sure if I'd found the right address or not. I don't like the small pillows (everyone has them).
Review 2：The employees were all very friendly and helpful. It was fairly easy to get into the elevator with a cart packed full. The room was quiet.
Review 3：I was on the 3rd floor & the ice machine wasn't working. Had to go down to the first floor to get ice.

Review 6：We were there a while back and gave it a "5". This stay, we had a bed, which really needs to be replaced. Someone very heavy spent some time in it and it truly leans. Brian at front desk is particularly good with attitude, help, etc. Remembered him from last stay.

Review 14：Only one elevator in a tight spot. Passed the hotel the first time. The sign is hard to see and the hotel is down a side street off of the main road. Pool water was cold. Unfortunately everything in town was closing by the time we arrived.

Nice bathroom and shower. For $99 it is likely the best deal in Santa Fe. 24/7 coffee that actually tastes good too!
Review 21：The shower curtain in our room was about 2-3 inches too short making it a challenge to take a relaxing shower without having more water outside the tub than inside. May want to address this issue soon before any damage is done.
