Review 1：Room wasn't cleaned properly, we didn't get sheets for the sofabed without asking and the the staff seemed a bit bored and unhappy to help. The place looks like it's in need of a redecoration/renovation.

Review 18：I travel alot and this was one of my least favorite experiences. when booking the hotel it stated the room was a court view however the view was a side street view a tad misleading if you ask me. The room was small and the beds were not comfortable as one expects from Best Western. I was very disappointed that we could not see the ocean from the property the only view was at beach access. We asked for a room upgrade due to our first night there people in the next room argued half the night and we were told no upgrades were available. We were told the hotel was booked However the parking lot was basically bare our second day there. The customer service was lacking at the front desk. We stayed for three days. The steps leading up to our room had lose bricks and I almost fell due to them. the only plus I will give the hotel was the breakfast offered was really good . Over all this might be my last stay at a Best Western

The Lady "Sunni" at the Front Desk is HANDS DOWN One of the most AMAZING People I've ever met!!! I don't sleep much so in the middle of the night I would walk over to the office and get coffee!!! Her interaction with ME and EVERY Customer that came in was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Her name fits who she is!!! She was definitely a RAY OF SUNSHINE for us!!! Without a doubt, a FIVE STAR Employee!!! Holes in walls, loose tiles on stairs, no mention that this was non handicap accessible, small fridge in room was nice but clearly had never been defrosted. We used the shuttle service at a reasonable rate however the driver slung our luggage to the front of the trailer causing damage.

Review 28：Upon ck in the phone did not work.. Front desk offered to move us however we stayed after being told the phone would be fixed the next day... The phone was never fixed. The phone was a small issue the main problem was being woke up every morning at 7:15 am by rentavation of the room above ours. I went to talk to the manger who was talking to another guest over the same issue... I wAs told the manager would stop by and this never happened... The work went on till after 4:00. My daughter had to stand in front of the tv to heAr it... I showed videos to the front desk staff .... I never heard from anyone regarding the issue .

Review 44：The location to the beach was perfect. I didn't have to clean sand out of my van for weeks because we never had to drive to the beach, we were there. We had an ocean view balcony room on the 8th floor and it was perfect sitting on the balcony in the morning, hearing the surf and watching the sun rise was great. There was a life guard on the beach so I could sit on the balcony and watch the grandkids play in the ocean.

Review 60：we booked a ocean partial view and double bedroom we arrived they tried to put us in a motel building viewing the street when we requested to be put in the correct rooms they said oh that's not what you've looked and let us get upset about the whole thing and didn't want to honor anything that we originally booked and then charges an additional $20 per day to upgrade to the room that we originally booked the Days Inn right next to it for the motel like apartment we were trying to be put in was $69 a night and they were trying to charge 194 a night would not go back

Review 62：No bad- but not considerate. A large group went back out by the pool drinking till after midnite when someone FINALLY came and dispersed them. They were very loud and affected every room overlooking the pool.

Review 75：We arrived about 3 am and went to try to check in a day early since we were not supposed to check in until 4 pm. The lady at 3 am was very friendly and said they were booked but she would have the morning people call when room was ready and she would get us an upgrade. We waited until around 12 and went back to front desk to make sure the message had been relayed. There was a new lady and she was British. Smiled at first and then said we would have to wait until they had time to clean which is fine but when I asked about the upgrade she said "you are too late, I already upgraded the people before you so I do not have an upgrade for you". That was upsetting since we arrive at 3 am. Then we checked into our room and no one ever serviced our room with clean towels or sheets. I called 3 times to have someone bring me some towels and no one ever did. I finally had to find a housekeeper and she handed me a garbage bag, yep a garbage bag of towels and said "put your dirty ones in here and put them outside" so basically I had to service my own room??? Never will recommend a best western nor go to another. Had no plans in writing a review but since you all emailed me 3 times for a review I did. Very said

Review 79：this it a total dump and you will not get what you see on booking.com. There they show a picture of a nice and big hotel at the beach. I booked a room with balcony but got a room on the ground floor in another building.Room was very old and dirty. Not possible to open a window and air condition was so loud like an old vacuumcleaner. We were 4 in a room with 2 double beds and it was no chance to rest or sleep over night. When we put on the air condition nobody could sleep because of the noise. so we turned it off and then it was to hot and sticky in the room. The result was to open the front door and stay there on duty, didn´t want to get strangers or bugs/animals into our room. It should be an animal free hotel, but some guest had a dog at the pool. Pool is not as big as you think and was overcrowded by kids. You had to be lucky to get a sun lounger. We spent 2 weeks in Florida and this room was a real dump. It is a very low class but overprized place.

Review 122：The rooms werent the greatest. There is a bit of a funky smell that u notice when u first arrive. The rooms could have been a bit bigger. you could tell the hotel is old and could use improvements. But this is how all hotels next to the beach seemed to be. The wifi is pretty weak and would not work during parts of the day probably due to too many people using it.

Review 123：Considering the cost, this Best Western hotel was well worth it. Its no 4 star hotel but you are right next to the beach. Pretty much all hotels next to the beach were of the same quality or lesser from what could tell. All of them seemed quite old no matter where on cocoa beach you were. Parking was fine. There is a small room to workout in buy it is just a room so dont expect to find many machines. Overall I was pretty satisfied with what I paid for a one week stay.

Review 124：Be careful when you book a room: most internet photos show the beachfront building, but in fact the hotel consists of different buildings. You need to be lucky to see the beach at all.
