Review 1：Ice machine wasn't working. A little deferred maintenance in the common areas.
Review 2：Front desk guy was very friendly, and offered good service. Nice pergo floors in the rooms.
Review 3：The room had roaches. The ice bucket top was filthy. The room itself was clean but the bugs I could not handle.

Review 5：I had to wash my feet after walking on the room floor. I asked for a late checkout and they gave me 10 extra minutes.Then asked to have manager call the room and never got the call. The A/C had puddled water dripping from it.

The late checkout is only 30 minutes. it was not in the night auditor's report, resulted in rude awakening not once but three times by different employees. 8. Review 16：the room was 'moist' - the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, and there was condensation on the walls. It was not very clean - the sheets were clean but the rest of the bedding was stained and dusty. Not enough towels provided.

While showering, I bent down to pick up my razor and notice a black ring of mold or something zucky around the rim of the toilet bowl - don't think it had been cleaned properly in a long, long time. Review 84：We stayed during the Clemson / FSU game because this hotel was the "cheapest" available option that weekend at $250/night. Our two major complaints can probably be attributed to the high occupancy that a place like this is not used too and probably would have been addressed properly by the property if they had the resources (I.e. - extra rooms to switch us to). The first issue was that when we walked in the room the entire place reeked of insecticides. Having worked in the hotel industry and being that we were in Florida I completely get that sometimes you can't do anything but fumigate a room to get rid of bugs, but that room was not aired out properly and was not a healthy place for guests to be sleeping. Our second, and biggest issue and honestly the only reason I'm posting a review at all, was that when we returned to our room late Saturday night after spending all day in the hot Florida sun we found our towels had been taken and housekeeping had not replaced them with new ones. We called down to the front desk to only be told they were out of towels. Seems to me that towels are a pretty basic need to operate a hotel. For the price we paid I expected at least the BASIC hotel amenities and instead my boyfriend and I couldn't shower and had to dry our faces with tissues to rinse off. Extremely disappointing experience. Don't stay here if you can avoid it!!!!

Review 88：I didn't like when I spilled water on the floor and used a towel towipe it up. The floors were so dirty it looked like mud on the towel. Ifelt bad for it but it wouldn't have happened if the floors weremopped regularly. I dropped a cardboard paper from my daughters feedingbag on the floor the week prior to my last visit (yes got the same room117) and the paper was still on the floor right where it was droppedfrom the prior visit. (Just under the edge of the bed where the phonestand is). There was still a mud smudge (hope that is what it was) onthe wall behind the bathroom door and the tub had someone else hair inthere. The cleanliness of the room was not... The housekeepers could doa better job.
Review 89：I have a handicap daughter with a wheelchair so the fact I can roll heraround easily on the wooden floors and use the Hoya-Lift under the bedwas awesome! I even loved how I could move the beds around a little sothat way she could see the television as well was great. The pillows arefluffy and the ac works like a charm.
