Review 1：I found a white underwear with yellow stains stuck inside my bed sheets. Called to get it removed and took around 30 minutes to an hour for house keeping to arrive to remove it and give us new sheets.

Review 10：I asked to be moved to a higher floor, away from the sound of street traffic, because I am a light sleeper, and we were refused--told there were no more rooms available. My son checked in about 10 minutes later and was given a room on the 8th floor. However, we were both placed next to the elevator and ice maker. The staff did not even try to be accommodating. My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and had driven from Virginia to start the first leg of our 10 day vacation.

Review 11：Our room was up-to-date and clean. Beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Great amenities, Wi -Fi, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. There were restaurants within walking distance (Red Lobster, DQ, Dennys, and locals).

Review 20：We booked through booking.com, 2 rooms were confirmed. Got to hotel and they only had us for 1 room so they added a second room. When looking at bank statement we were billed for 3 rooms, staff members unsure why we were billed for 3. Three days later we called to talk to manager who claims we were given keys to 3 rooms which was NOT the case. We only needed 2 rooms and stayed in only 2 rooms. Never new anything about a "third room" until 3 days later. We were over billed and they would do nothing about it!

Review 53：This hotel has the absolute friendliest staff of anyplace I've ever stayed. Really lovely people. The room was spacious and clean and the view of the beach was perfect to wake up to each morning. The hotel does a great job of enforcing quiet hours in the late evenings and early mornings, so we weren't bothered by noisy neighbors. The pool was spacious and there were almost always fresh towels available. We loved that the hotel was near the town of Daytona, but far enough off the beaten path that we didn't feel crowded. Great restaurants within a short driving distance along with other Florida attractions. Room service dining was quick and tasty. We made the decision that this will be our "go-to" spot when we head to Daytona. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was very clean and every thing you wanted was there at your reach , when you left the pool area there was someone there behind you to make sure no one slipped from you being to wet going into lobby had plenty of towels food was great. Had late night dinner , snack and it was great. ! There breakfast. Was top of the Line hot Fresh and be leave me on time 6:30 to 10:00 o'clock we stayed there for 5 days and we were treated like as usual as a guest of the hyett like a king ! A must place to stay ! The only thing we didn't like was the parking if you came in late. Well passed 9:00 pm you had to park across the street ! Lot was full ! Still not bad but would have liked to park next or close to the motel ! Other than that we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR FOR SURE ! This place , as my grand son says (paw paw it's a keeper !)

(I did tell the man at the desk and I assumed he took care of it.) Ice machine shuts off from 9pm to 9am for quiet time, but loud music at the pool stayed on until 10pm. Only two elevators for 10 floors...sometimes had a long wait.

Review 118：There were several teenage football/basketball teams and there were 4 kids in a room with no adults. They were up to 1 am and the hotel staff came up to try to make them quiet down but they were running the halls, screaming in the rooms and closing doors both nights until 2 am.
