Review 1：The sink had a leek. All else was good.
Review 2：Location. Nice cozy little room. Being late in the year it was quiet, and quaint. 3rd floor ocean view was stunning.

Review 7：We booked a studio and were expecting a room with a window as shown on pictures. What we got was a room in the underground floor with tiny window and door which was overlooking parking spots. It had low ceilings and definitely didn't match pictures. The table and chairs in the room desperately needed cleaning, as they were sticky. The reception stuff was very friendly, except for a male employee who was doing the gardening (could be the owner of the place).

Review 9：Room was clean and well maintained. View was lovely. I loved sitting on the lawn, drinking coffee and reading. It was quiet when we stayed and we loved that. Rosanna in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly. She really made our stay! Others on staff were also helpful and polite.
