Review 1：No light bulbs. Door was hard to close. Price was to high. compared to other places surrounded it. Had to get it because everything else was booked.

Review 4：It was so dirty we didn't even stay. As soon as I walked in the lobby I had fleas biting me. I was bitten on my eyelid my cheek and my legs.. We told them we would not be staying there. They refunded us. We asked about the pool and they said there filling it in with dirt so they shouldn't even be advertising a pool!!
Review 5：Hard to know where to start - nasty front desk lady, half of the placeclosed down, tiny towels, outlets didn't work, no blanket on bed,poop (yes, like #2) in the toilet, phones don't work in rooms,(probably so you can't call another hotel...). The place isseriously nasty and dirty.

Review 7：The people were very friendly and somewhat helpful. However, I find it very difficult to understand strong foreign accents. Certainly not the persons fault but had to ask that they repeat themselves all the time.

Review 9：The website said this property was fully booked for graduation weekend and prices were 3 times what the normally are like all other hotels. When we arrived we discovered the property was not even half full. If we had known the truth we would have looked at other properties or negotiated a lower rate more in keeping with the facilities. The keys didn't work well and the door was hard to close. There were no blankets.

Review 15：The toilet was clogged since the moment we got there. It was late so didn't bother with it. Called the next morning, they came quickly to plunge. Next time we used it, it clogged and stayed that way until we left. Never was able to use it.

Review 19：We enjoyed our stay at the Regency Inn/Tallahassee. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced especially since it was game day at FSU. Kudos for that!!! It would have been nice to have elevators since our room was on the second floor! :) We will definitely stay at the a Regency Inn again!
Review 20：The hotel we booked months in advance to go see FSU vs. Notre Dame was a severe disappointment. We booked in advance as the hotels in the area book up quickly due to the game. The price was high due to the volume of people in town for a much anticipated game so we were fine with the price until we arrived. The hotel room was very dirty, the bathroom door would not shut, no cover over the fluorescent light in the bathroom, the shower mat in the shower was dirty and very old-actually looked like it should have been a disposable mat and had seen better days. Coffee maker provided/coffee provided, no coffee pot to make coffee. Bedding was old and dirty, sheets had holes on both fitted and flat sheet, very thin, stained and old. Carpet felt sticky and dirty. The room had an awful odor of stale cigarettes and alcohol (this was a non smoking room). we could hear every conversation in the other rooms next to us (other guests speaking at a normal level or loudly as our neighbors were until 3:00 am) the tube television had poor reception, some channels showed a split screen as if the picture tube was about to die.The lights and alarm clock next to the bed on the night stands would not work (blown fuse maybe?) every part of this stay was disgusting. Working within the hotel/service industry as we both do, we know what is acceptable and what is not- the fact that the price of this hotel was only about $10-20 less that the brand new Motel 6 across the street is mind blowing and we regret not spending the additional money to enjoy our long awaited weekend away. Hotel staff was friendly but they need to clean and do some well needed upgrades asap

Review 28：Staff/owners were not accommodating with making future reservations during the football season; they are not conforming to reservation time change indicated in booking.com; would make no compromise on the one week notice for change even if I made reservations for 7 weekends and was only going to change from Fri. to Sat. depending on what time the game was. Very uncooperative and even rude!!!!!!!

Review 30：Even though I had a reservation, the clerk said I didn't have one in her book but she "would give me a room anyway." (The place was almost empty.) The pool was greenish and cloudy. The A/C was loud. Two lamps did not work (sound familiar?) Just kind of run down.

Review 64：I liked the fact that the room was connected by a door so i had easy access to the children, even though they are 18, 14 and 12. It was easier for me to enjoy time with my mate while they were in one room. i will be staying there again

Review 71：The hotel is a little dated but most importantly it was clean.I only had contact with one staff member (when I checked in & checked out) & he was pleasant enough. I found that everything was in good working order. Some of the TV channels had lines, possibly a bad cable connection. It was the slow season & was very quiet. I missed out on the free breakfast, as it apparently ends at 9:30. The bottom line is I would definitely stay there again.
