Review 1：The breakfast selection is small and quality is average. The windows in the rooms are not safe for children and thus should not be opened.

Review 2：Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The garden offers ample space for children to play.

Review 3：We had transport and I've stayed here before. Location not an issue or a surprise for us. Be aware it is not downtown, but it's not far either.

Review 4：2nd stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfy. The bathrobes are a bonus as is the bath. The cafe restaurant although a little more expensive than elsewhere is very unique and has different areas to suit your mood.

Review 7：The staff is really nice. Good breakfast. Good place overall, since Daklak is not very touristic, staff speaks good English and the coffee tour is right outside of the resort. Good place to stay if you love coffee and if you want to see how the make coffee.

Review 16：If you are not with a bicycle (like we were) it can be a bit far from the city centre. However, there is not a lot to do in the centre of Buon Ma Thuot. Look for the right address as booking.com gives a wrong location.

Review 22：The design of the room. There was a room with a set of table and chairs next to my bed room. This room does not have window, in front of the bathroom. It is empty but a set of table and chairs (big and made from dark wood). This room is not attractive at all. I did not try to take a seat there. It make me feel a little scared when passing this room.

Review 47：The moment I walked into my room I knew I had made a good decision tostay there. The cleanliness, the view, the sincere concern of the staffto make my stay a comfortable one….. And it was … I stayed 4 nights 5days …. looked around the city by taxi …. independent and satisfying, aswell as very cheap, and resorted very happily for my entire visit. Thewonderful relationship they have with the Trung Nguyen coffeecafe/museum/resort complex next door makes it a wonderful placeto relax for a few days without the effort of joining in on great toursof the district. Didn't get to see the elephants, the waterfalls orthe ethnic villages … but was perfectly happy roaming the wonderfulresort just the same.

Review 52：For travellers looking to spend time in the city centre the location is a bit out of town. The mapping is wrong, but that Google, not the hotel. Its about 15 minutes by taxi to the city centre, at a taxi cost of 35,000 VND ( $1.5 USD)

Review 53：the quality of the room was high with very good furniture and fittings The staff were extremely helpful The local coffee shop was good for an evening meal and breakfast - maybe a new feature because one traveller mentioned the breakfast was just coffee and rolls. This is not the case, they do eggs with fresh bread and coffee.

Review 55：Our room was very comfortable with all the appropriate amenities a traveler needs. The garden was a plus as we sat and listened to crickets in the evening. The hotel is located next to the Trung Nguyen coffee village which includes a museum, restaurant, and gift shop. Breakfast is included, it is decent, but limited to a short selection from the coffee village restaurant menu, plus ONE FREE delicious cup of coffee.

Review 57：The staff was helpful and my room was spacius and spotless. The resort is a few kilometers away from the towncenter which makes it quiet and good for relaxing. The surroundings are awsome and the walk for the breakfastarea is unique and what a sight when you arrive!

Review 58：We arrived at 6 in the morning and were told that we had to pay 50% extra for an early checkin, despite the fact that we had mailed the hotel about this and received an reply that it was oke. After showing this email the lady at the reception finally accepted that we were not going to pay the extra 50%. When asking for a tourist map we had to pay for it and there was no helpfull information about tours in the environment. The location is no way near the city centre, as shown on the map. Also did the adress we received not match the actual streetname. The walk to the city centre is at least 30 minutes. There are many more hotels in the city centre that offer rooms for a cheaper price, although they aren't always shown at online bookingsites (also with dormrooms). We would not stay here again, we moved for the second night to another hotel in de centre.
