Review 15：For the price, we were pleasantly surprised, we had heard Motel 6 was just a lower class hotel and we probably not want to stay there. We were told they were usually not in the best of areas and quite run down - definitely not the case with this hotel. We were one block from the beach, and several restaurants were within walking distance. This hotel is apparently very well taken care of, The rooms were fresh, the bath room had recently been redone and was beautiful. Personnel were very nice. We travel as much as possible so we are always looking for good prices and would definitely look into Motel 6 again after this trip.
Review 16：10:00pm curfew. Being told to keep quite before the hour of 9:00pm. Pool closes at dark, when it gets dark at 7:30pm. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Felt like an upgraded version of a prison cell.

Review 28：I was happy to find a well priced hotel in a great location close to the action at Cocoa. It felt clean and was good for the money. Staff were friendly and it gave me a place to stay for the night. I had a nice view of the pool and a close walk to the beach.
Review 29：I broke out with a rash immediately after getting out of your pool, I could pretty much hear the people next door yawning (they were actually just talking) at 4 to 6 am as I was restless because your beds were so bad! I feel like our money was wasted and we don't have money to waste! We won't make that mistake twice!

Review 31：what I didn't like was the seagulls that pooped everywhere on the property. Then there was a leak in my room from who knows where that left a big huge puddle of water in the floor and the bathroom soaked. Had to change rooms at 10 pm to a handicapped room on the other side of the motel and needless to say I still had to pay the full price for the inconvenience. Although they are remodeling the rooms the mattresses need to be upgraded as well and the rooms need microwaves and refrigerators as well. Probably won't stay here again.

Had 5pm dinner apt with family 16 miles away; delayed due to this; complained to desk mgr, got the standard" sorry about that' type response. Comode didn't flush properly; sink water very small flow; no counter to put toiletries on in bathroom; very sparce. Used key card multiple attempts to open door due to latch problems, including opening door when access accepted by card. Had two adjoining rooms. Room 156 was not ready; our guests had to use 155 until ready; a very inconvenient 'shared' environment. Staff at desk had the 'could care less' attitude. Handicap parking was near the A1A Hwy; not where the handicap rooms are at the opposite end; parking was too many cars for spaces allocated. We would not recommend this place to our family or friends. Several 'feral' cats roam the property chasing squirrels - an unhealthy environment. Management has a long way to go to improve conditions. A return visit would be insanity personified.

Not cool to drive around looking like that, also, no safes in the room. Travelers usually feel most safe when their important belongings are out of any reach to anyone. Review 71：- the room we had was very noisy, if someone in the next room watched TV you could hear everything - the air conditioning smelled really bad - when we arrived, they told us the room will be ready at 4-4:30 pm, but when we came at 5:30 the room wasn't finished at all, other guests had the same problem and were really angry, we had to wait 20 minutes, and suddenly when we said something there was a free room... - room wasn't that clean, they only did roomservice every third day, only changed the towels, didn't clean the shower, it was full of sand and there was some hair from former guests, but it was not that disgusting, it was okay.

Review 92：Zoey at the front desk seemed to like attention. She seemed determined that we couldn't check in before 3pm. We arrived before 9& they said one of the housekeepers had our 3 rooms and would get them done asap. It was about 12:30 before we got into the first room and about 5 pm for the 3rd room. The tub was disgusting, pubic hairs and all. The floors got your feet dirty and that's beyond gross. Beds squeaked and were miserably uncomfortable. Towels looked like they were all in a ball wrinkled and then someone decided to put them by the sink. I threw it on the floor to help keep my feet clean. They need someone that doesn't need attention in there to manage that place. Those rooms aren't that big that it would take that long to clean them. Especially since it was obvious the floors weren't mopped or tubs cleaned.
Review 93：The manager of the house keepers, Kim, was very nice and professional. She told everyone they were sold out and full,etc... However I was sitting in the lobby and I seen how many people checked out. There is no reason, especially with how dirty the rooms are, that it takes so long to clean those rooms.
