Review 1：awfull customer service,, lady in the desk ,, has not business being there,,?rude, and. The also charge me an extra night in my card,,I had to call them and they didn't care ,, so u had to call the bank and stop one payment,,. Awfull place

Review 3：The rental was filthy and had a mold, stale water smell. There was dirt on shelves along with long hairs, perhaps from previous guests or whom ever "cleaned" the rental. The kitchen floor was sticky and there were some very obvious hand prints on the wall next to one of the beds! The furniture was torn and stained. The wall outlet was about 8 feet up and pushed into the wall. There was a black banana in the fridge and flies everywhere, and it was the end of October.

Review 5：There was nobody in office at 7:30pm check-in.Called the hotel no. No answer just voice mail. Waited around for.almost an hour called again and someone answered from the hotel next door ,I had to go to that hotel to check in then back.

Review 7：This was one of the dirtiest motels we have ever stayed in. The room was nasty. Their were people up all night partying. It did not feel safe. We will not be back.
Review 8：There was a party outside all night one night which evolved into drag racing which the police stopped by arresting someone at 3am. The next day, in broad daylight, in the parking area with cameras, that don't work, someone tried to steal my license plate and break into my car. There was no staff around, office was locked, when I called the number and told them we were leaving and I wanted a refund of the second night the woman laughed and replied "good luck. We don't give refunds and the boss won't care about your damn car!"
Review 9：If you read the headline, you saw all that was good about the place... 2 glass doors with blinds that didn't cover the entire door left me feeling exposed at all times. Groups of loud, drunken people all around us. You could hear every word from the people next door, feel every footstep someone took... Terrible direct TV service with lines running through the shows... Small TV with nothing on demand. No phone. No hair dryer. A fridge, but no microwave. Went for my anniversary, and I'm turned off to the entire area because of my stay...
Review 10：Unfriendly staff. 32 stair steps to our second room no elevator. First room had water leaking from ceiling and bathroom floor was covered with water. Had to prove this to owner. Will not stay again and will not recommend this place.

Review 14：The room was too crowded. we were two adults. Did not need a room with bunk beds. We could barely walk in the room, too crowded with furniture. We were told we had a queen bed, but it was definitely a full. There was no hairdryer or mini shampoo or conditioner.

Review 16：We thought this was a functioning motel. They were actually closed for the winter. Only 2 couples were there. No pool or hot tub available. The online pictures enhanced the property. Flat pillows were not what we intended. We left a day early because it wasn't fun being there. They refused to give us a refund even when we asked 2 days in advance. They have a no refund policy. Very unhappy!!!

Review 18：We were called on our way to hotel and told the owner had an emergency and had to go to Florida. Nobody was in the office during our stay which was where the hot tub was. They opened the office on the third day of our stay when they had more rooms occupied! Very dirty place!

Review 20：We had an "accidental" spill on our king sized bed on onemorning. I stripped the bed quickly to ensure that the spill did not goall the way to the mattress, took the tip envelope and left a $10 tipfor the cleaning staff (this motel only refreshes towels mid-stay), Iwent in person to the front desk to explain what had occurred, alongwith a sincere apology. I was yelled at that, "this was notsomething that you are supposed to do"!!!! I again told her thatthe mattress was not even wet, that I left the maid an extra $10 tip andthat I was not stupid and realized that I was not "supposed"to do this, which then made the rest of our stay awkward. They have noextras, no personalities, except of course rued, no ice, no anything....
Review 21：The motel was only 1 block from the beach and had a great outdoor pool.Also there is free parking, which it appeared that most of the othermotels did not offer parking.
Review 22：matress was very uncomfortable. was not sure if I had slept in clean sheets. tv reception was awful----had hazy lines on all stations and not many channes to chose from. the carpeting in the balcony was ripped in many places and the chairs to sit on the balcony were very wobbly.

Review 27：The only reason I didn't give the Regal Inn an excellent rating for its location and value is that it's at the end of the strip and thus a decent, but not prohibitive, walk away from the main beach, casino complex, Band Shell, and your finer restaurants. It was only a good value, because one could have rented a comparable room for 20 - 50% less down the street, closer to the main drag, from competitors who don't have an online presence.
Review 28：The purpose of my stay was to go to the beach, so I appreciated the fact that the cable tv channels, albeit limited, included a channel that posted the local weather forecast round the clock, unlike another comparable, equally-priced place I stayed down the street. In addition, there were several convenience stores, storefront restaurants serving all meals, an extremely popular Karaoke and dance club, and of course, the beach, one to two block's walk away.
Review 29：the staff was very nice. we were a little earl&y. They let us change, park and enjoy the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. After check out we were able to enjoy the pool again. nice pool. Clean room no frills.

Review 37：The only thing I wasn't a fan of was my room smelt like cigarettes when I entered it but that isn't the hotels fault it's whoever broke the rules and smoked cigarettes, but really that isn't a biggie it's a hotel what do you expect!

Review 50：I had a family emergency and wanted to move my reservation to August 15th. I spoke with a very rude lady who told me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I called back tomorrow, she said I missed the manager, I asked her why she can't relay the message since time was important. She asked me who do I think I am telling her what to do. At that point I lost my patience, told her exactly what I thought of her (in less than polite words) and hung up. And they still charged me.
Review 51：Parking was inconvenient and we felt we HAD to stay in the area to maintain our parking place. As an older building it needed some repair and updating.

Review 60：My room was right next to the outside staircase. Starting around 7:00 a.m. I heard people walking up and down the stairs and it was so loud it seemed as if the whole room shook. Don't expect to get a lot of sleep! No shampoo; no blow dryer; nothing but a couple of bars of soap in the shower.

Review 106：room was small and had a slight odor. Radiator for heat in bathroom was covered in dust, toilet paper bits, and what looked like boogers. No hot water for the first 3 hours of our stay. We were able to get into our room twice before we went to the ballroom casino. When we got back the lock plate had gotten stuck, and we had to wait 45 minutes outside for them to break into our room. After the plate was taken off we were told if we left the room again we couldn't lock the door behind us. Blinds over the doors which are the only windows, and right by the bed, did not cover all of the door.
Review 107：We were able to check in 20 minutes early. There was covered parking. Nancy at the desk and the only house keeper was beyond pleasant. Bedding was clean and comfortable.

Review 109：I like the location. I was there for the Smuttynose Rockfest Half Marathon. The race starting line was on the same street as the hotel. The staff was supper sweet. She let my friend get in the room before me and my family got there.

Review 132：I found dirty socks under the bed while looking for a remote no customerservice at night locked out of room while heating something for my sonhe locked the door I called and called no luck thank god he figured outhow to unlock it after a while!! Shower did not drain bead spreadsmelled and looked like it was never washed!! Otherwise 30 yr old tvworked for watching and the fridge came in handy!!

Review 134：From rusty, holey air conditioners to cotton around sprinklers, leaks under the sink, no handicapped access, a kitchenette that consists of a counter, bar sink, dorm size refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate where only one works, 4 cup coffee maker with no filters, toaster with cord wires exposed. No towels for 4, no toilet paper or paper towels all fixed when complained. This was NOT a suite and were the Regal Inn to get inspected, it would be closed. The only reason we stayed is because it was at least clean and there were no other vacancies.
Review 135：Stayed 3 more nights in the 1 bedroom apartment. It was dirty. Food left in the sink drain, unvacuumed with food wrappers left on floor, blinds fell off when touched as did towel bar.
