Review 1：You can hear the traffic as well as the guests in the room next door at night and early in the morning.
Review 2：Location. We were touring Florida State University.
Review 3：Room had a mold like smell (many hotels have, but here I got to mention). The blanket was severely damaged (holes). Sub-blanket was unfortunately dirty (brown something). The area was strange (let one feel uncomfortable, but that's not the motels fault). You can listen to every conversation of the neighbours rooms, which was pretty disturbing. Bathroom wad unacceptably dirty. Summed up, it is not worth staying unless you just want to have a nap at night and don't care about a clean room.
Review 4：Relatively good located with regards to Tallahasse centre. Enough parking space for free. WiFi was good and for free.
Review 5：Although our 13 year old daughter was able to sleep, my husband and I basically were up all night due to the noise from car audio systems, ambulances and police sirens, and people screaming nearby on the night before game day. Even though I called ahead and asked the manager for a quiet room, we were placed in the worst room for noise (on the busy street).

Review 15：The staff at the front desk is not very friendly, and the facilities are very old. The air conditioning is not central A/C, but window air conditioning. And always makes huge noise. Also the regrigerator also is VERY noisy.
Review 16：The hotel called a taxi for me when I was leaving. The Taxi was not courteous. He never left the car to assist with luggage. His meter was running unsually fast and he took the longest route to the air port. If you plan on using a taxi please call your own.Please only use City Taxi The room needs to be modernized and kept clean. The towels looked yellow and were worn out.

Review 20：The sheets was stained, the rooms smelled bad, the door jams has mold, there is mold on the air conditioning, and the towels and wash clothes were also stained!!!! I was not very happy with University Inn and i would not refer anyone here!!

Review 22：Very close to campus. It was a 5 minute walk to Landis, and the Strip/bars are right across the street. Perfect for visiting friends that live on campus/or a weekend going out in Tally
Review 23：The room they gave us was very hot despite the AC. I think it might have been directly under the HVAC on the roof because the heat was pouring in from the ceiling. When we complained they did move us immediately to a cooler room. The first room was dark, the bed cover was torn, and it was depressing. The second room was smaller but better. The hotel provided minimal amenities but we were just passing through so it did not matter. But would not plan to stay here again.

Review 31：They did not honor my reservation and were very rude.I reserved a smoking king room.They put me in a double queen that was so small I couldn't walk around the bed.She said I didn't book a smoking room and when I showed her my confirmation she threw my money at me and said "you don't have to stay here"! We actually stayed at the motel6!

Not sure if the sheets and pillow cases have been washed in awhile. I checked out 1 day early. Too old and smelly and scary for me. Very noisey location

Review 40：We made a reservation for a room with 2 queen size beds. We got two doubles. When asked about the beds, I was told "that is our queen size beds". I was also asked, "What is the big deal? It is only a few inches smaller." The shower curtain rod was half out of the wall. No ventilation in the bathroom. Beds hard as rocks. Refrigerator made noises throughout the night.

Review 49：How could you not like a hotel essentially on the FSU campus, at a budget rate? Room was clean if basic, my end of the hotel was quiet, free wi-fi, and hotel staff was accomodating. Mattress was firm - important to me. Wi-fi locked on me three times and they jumped to reset the system. I'll stay there again.
Review 50：Visiting son at FSU, hotel just across the street from campus. If you wanted you could walk. Basic room, but clean, if you are looking for a place just to sleep, this is it.

Review 52：The purpose of my stay in Tallahassee, was to make a few bicycle rides around the city to get a feel for that part of Fl. The staff at University Inn made it possible for me to achieve this. They would let me store some of my luggage there when i would be out on a multiple day ride and were accommodating when i had to change my reservation dates. The Inn has a good location with lots of little places to eat, drink coffee or hang out. The room came with coffee machine, microwave and fridge.
Review 53：No Parking for late arrival-had to park behind an employee vehicle, Rooms were old, The Only Ice Machine was on the 2nd Floor and elevator not working. Noise from Traffic and Ambulance was loud in the room. I did not feel safe! Advertised as across the street from FSU-really the back of some buildings owned by FSU
Review 54：It is located on the FSU campus a few blocks from the downtown Tallahassee, place is clean, staff is always available and friendly, safe, good for a quick stay not necessarily for traveling with small kids since the rooms are not big enough, there is no pool area. Rooms are perfect size for a couple or family with older kids.

Review 60：THE INN IS LOCATED NEAR FSU WHICH WE WENT TO FOR A TOUR, FOR OUR DAUGHTER.
Review 61：Staff was not friendly. Put me in room knowing the AC didn't work. But did move me when I asked. The next morning I noticed the room with no AC was occupied. The hand towels where yellow and the sheets had black spots. The check in office had a bad odor.
