Review 1：You need a sign at the turn off of 49 highway. If you go past the turn you have to drive several miles to find turnaround to come back. If you are coming from the south.

Review 2：Room was clean and well kept. Staff was very nice.

Review 3：I will stay at Simmons every time I overnight in northwest Arkansas. I couldn't believe how awesome it was all around. Room size was perfect. Kitchen was awesome. Room was spotlessly clean and smelled good. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a lot of options and was free!

Review 4：Wish there was better lighting in room along with a usb port to charge electronics. Would be nice to have a mirror in room other than bathroom so two people could get ready at the same time.

Review 6：There was a dripping or popping sound from the bathroom fan so I just turned it on and ran it all night so it wouldn't bother me. Water pressure could have been better, but I find that problem with most hotels.

Review 25：The staff was very unhelpful because they seemed poorly trained. Loved some of them, but when we asked for housekeeping and towels and a replacement coffee pot (they did not tidy our room), we had to pick them up at the desk. Staff did not seem to know how to do things like add an extra night or see if our card worked when we paid. We would still stay again.

Review 26：Love the room and the location and the room rate. If you are going to Crystal Bridges Museum, this is a very convenient, affordable, quiet place to stay. The room we had was very large with a full sized refrigerator and nice kitchen. Great bathroom and lots of closet space.

Review 28：Everything was excellent, very clean, staff was very friendly, efficient & quickly changed our room to ground floor rather than 4th as we had a bicycle to bring inside. Breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage, etc. Room was spacious which is becoming rare.

Review 29：I checked out a day early and they charged me for the last night that I didn't stay. For that reason it is unlikely I would ever stay there again. Location: close to Bentonville, but not any restaurants, etc around the hotel.

Review 31：The air conditioner blew cold air on us all night. I wanted to just turn it off but my husband said we would get to hot. We were put in a end room that had the stairs and exit and all night long we heard the door slam. Wish they could have something to keep it from slamming.

Review 42：The room was very good, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Having a modest kitchen was a bonus. Staff were helpful and professional.

Review 43：The pool wasn't working when we arrived which was one main reason I chose this hotel so my grandson could swim. It was fixed the next day however water was way too cold for the baby. So we didn't get to swim any and I only get to see them once a month when I drive to Kansas. So this was a little disappointing.

Review 44：My children came into town from Kansas and this was defiantly the best choice for us. I called at last minute and asked if could get a crib for my 13 month old grandson since I forgot to grab my pack n play and we arrived 15 minutes later and it was already in the room and set up when we arrived.

Review 45：Carpet was extensively stained - not a good thing to see as we walked in the room. Coffee packets in room not replaced after use for the next morning. Had to ask at desk as cleaning staff gone for day. Would have been nice to have coffee/tea available in lobby during day and evening.

Review 49：Very dark room, lighting inadequate (shades and low bulbs kept light away from books), dark corners. We always read in bed and we had to use OUR 3 lamps that we travel with (would have been miserable if we couldn't read). Our only complaint.

Review 51：Having to get someone to put the shower doors on track and having someone check on the refrigerator. Little did we know it was off and the circuit breaker was in a panel in the room. Lost some food overnight. Things like that should be checked before you put people into a room. Breakfast food selections were limited. This place doesn't know how to be prepared for large groups and they had several the weekend we were there. Monday morning found them without some choices.

Review 52：Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping kept the room clean.

Review 53：It is not properly insulated. You can hear the voices and the steps of the hallway. There was a group of kids and they were running in the hallway I was resting and I can hear them running and taking in the hallways. IIt was very disturbing

Review 58：The bathroom was very clean. I liked that there was a full kitchen (minus a stove) for added convenience. dishes and silverware were provided. Bed was comfortable. The carpet felt very clean on my bare feet. The little shop in the lobby had food, drinks and amenities at reasonable prices. Breakfast was nice with a waffle station, cereal bar with toast, muffins and fruit and another area with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.

Review 59：Light on smoke detector blinks so bright all night it was like sleepingwith a strobe light on. Linens were older and rough didn't staytucked in.

Review 66：Large size room, but can really only watch tv from bed. Bed fairly comfortable, but too high for personal tastes. Actually ridiculously high. Decent continental breakfast.

Review 67：Although overall facilities were very good, one bad appliance that interrupts sleep can put a damper on an otherwise good stay. A noisy fridge ( compressor/ evaporator?) was loud enough to wake us up at night - not what you'd expect nor want. Also, would like to see a frequent traveler type of program that encouraged repeat stays, as other hotels offer.

Review 68：Our room did not get cleaned. They said we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but we had removed it at 11:50 AM, so they had no excuse for not cleaning the room and furnishing us with clean towels. It was very disappointing to return to our room at 8:30PM, tired, and finding it in an unclean condition. I reported it to the front desk and they did give us clean towels. They treated the situation as if it was our fault, when it wasn't . Very disappointing.

Review 69：Bed pillows average. Kitchen supplies were limited. Confusing entrance from exit to hotel entrance.

Review 71：We traveled with a sister whose room refrigerator made such loud noises at 5 a.m. she had to call the front desk and have them come to disconnect it. In our room we turned off the noisy ice maker but the flashing green lights from the smoke alarm were bright enough and so frequent as to make sleeping difficult in our room. The motel was difficult to find after dark. We saw only one small sign alongside Hwy 72 to direct us onto the approach road for the motel.

Review 73：The elevator was slow. We did not have enough towels left in our room the third night stay. The breakfast area was crowded too small a room for the weekend crowd.

Review 75：Staff were not exactly friendly. While we appreciate the free breakfast the room itself was a total turnoff. It seemed like the breakfast rom was a last minute decision. So depressing - easy to slap some cheerful paint color on the wall and hang colorful posters to be more welcoming. And come on bananas that were so overripe I would throw them away. This buffett certainly needs improvement. It would stop me from going back with all the competition.

Review 76：Good value for room. Great location for Crystal Bridges. Room was large and bed comfortable.

Review 77：Parking lot lacked in lightening. Back entry was not well marked. Only one elevator, but stairs are an option.

Review 79：Though I marked that I was undecided about payment method, the staff/management had taken the money from the credit card listed first thing that morning. I had brought cash with me. They would not reverse the account.

Review 80：The fan in our room #401,was extremely noisy and unable to turn off. The smoke alarm light flashed on and off. There wasn't a night light that I could find and older people sometimes need to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

Review 83：Problems with our key cards. Although we didn't judge the staff at the desk by one with bad customer service skills our key cards were a problem. Family stayed in same hotel and they would re-key our room and it would void the other rooms keys. We made sure not to keep keys near our phones etc. in fact in a booklet for the area which should have protected to magnetic strip. This definately would not keep us from staying here again.

Review 84：Great location for all the rides we wanted to do. Out far enough from Fayetteville (45min ride) yet close to direct routes for the other areas we like to ride to. Beds are comfortable, rooms are large, very clean.

Review 85：Price gouging because of Bikes, Blues and BBQ. Regular rate per internet is $81 per night. We paid $145. Asked for an additional night and was quoted $170, so we went home.

Review 87：The bed was too tall for shorter people but was comfortable. Why don't hotel rooms have more than one luggage rack? Especially since there are usually at least 2 people per room.

Review 89：No glasses or plastic cups in the room. The breakfast facility was totally lacking in ambience. On a night when occupancy was obviously low, we were given a room on the interstate side of the building.

Review 90：The air conditioner is very noisy. I worried about the cleanliness of the dishes, glasses in particular. Are they sent to a commercial dishwasher or washed in the kitchen sink in the room by the staff. I wish some disposable cups had been available. The coffee was too weak and probably not of excellent quality.

Review 91：This hotel has beautiful furnishings even in the hallways. The suite was very spacious. The beds were excellent! The room was very quiet. We loved the town square in Bentonville and Crystal Bridges Museum. Although this hotel is not near either, the drive into town was pleasant. I have stayed at a place on the busy airport road ----- never again.

Review 92：Our air conditioner quit working during the night and the night workertold us to speak to the asst manager the next morning about a refund onthe room. Not only did she not refund our money, she blamed us forturning the ac down too low and thus causing it to freeze up and stopworking. If the hotel staff knows this will happen, then they shouldtell the guests not to turn the air below 70 degrees. I will never go tothis hotel again.

Review 93：The bar was not open on the weekend. The bar area has a pool table that would have been nice to use even if the bar itself was closed.

Review 94：The overall atmosphere was very nice. The room was great and beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful even right up to closing time. Thank you for a great weekend away!

Review 95：Hot tub broken down. Computer info all mixed up. Coffee not available all the time. Clerk on phone extensive time when needed help. No one else around. Must see all info when extending stay one day. No shower soap. No new shampoo for second day after 1st bottle used up.

Review 101：Upon arrival guests should be told that they are being charged at that time of check in, and not at checkout.Or given a choice of payment options. Numerous guests checking out at the same time as I was were shocked to discover their cards were charged at check in. Also this is the second time I have stayed and paid for 3 nights and the door keys were deactivated after the 2nd night and I needed to have them reactivated just to stay the 3rd night that I later found out was already charged to my card. Would not be an issue if they were upfront with this info.

Review 103：No one ever said a word to us the whole time we were there! When someone was at the desk they NEVER looked up, they NEVER say hello, they NEVER acknowledged us at all!! We were there for three nights and only one night guy said hello to us one time the whole time we were there. This was the most unfriendly hotel we've ever been in. The rooms only have one tall dresser with a big tv on it so there is no place to set anything down. Everything we had was just piled in a corner.

Review 111：Wi-Fi did not work on my computer. After spending an hour trying to connect I phoned the "free" service support number. After spending half an hour with a "technician" the problem was still not resolved. He said he would call me back with the solution and did not. I complained at the front desk and was she would find out who I spoke with and get back with me. No one ever did. The manager refused to give any kind of discount even though I was VERY inconvenienced.
