Review 1：THE HOUSE 7822 ON beechfield street At WINDSOR HILLS is poorly maintained. THE CARPET was lose AND MY MOM cut her feet, THE pool fence did't close, THE Wi-Fi WOuld disconect From THE devices AND we had to turn the Wi-Fi machine off an ON all THE time. THE vaccum didn't vaccum but spread THE dust. THE HOUSE didn't have dishcloth, nor enough plate or dishware to wait to THE dishwasher to wash THE dishes. THE smell was not good. We felt like THE bed sheets havent been washed. Than we asked for a cleaning AND the lady came AND cleaned the HOLe HOUSE IN one HOUR AND left. I put two pictures of how she left the HOUSE. There are more, believe me. We stay at WINDSOR HILLS vilas for about five years now so we can say that this was the worst house we have ever been.

Review 3：Didn't have a bad experience, but property could use some upgrading. Floor in lower bathroom and kitchen is cracked. Living room not comfortable for sitting or family gatherings. Short on seating and furniture could be modernized.

Review 5：The children bathroom did not function properly, the handle of the shower was broken. No operating locks on all bedrooms. The emergency contact number was disconnected. The entry gate address was not provided only the house address, so our GPS took us to the back gate. We had to locate the entrance point by just driving around . we called the contact emergency number , but was disconnected. Paid $30 per day for pool heater to be on, but still pool cold and dirty. Earthworm in the pool and dirt. I called and reported problem to staff and was promised action to clean but no action was taken.

Review 6：Then location of the property.

Review 7：Nothing worked, internet did not work, dish washer did not work, for several day the cabel TV did not work. The door code did not Work. The day after we arrived the door code jammed and we could not enter our house!!! Luckily the terrasse/back door was not locked. We tried to call the resort-office but know one never arrived and we were obliged to leave the door unlocked through our whole stay (9 days). Also asked to have the internet fixed, which they never did. They did not seem to care at all!!! Worst place ever and is absolutely not recommendable!!!

Review 9：I liked the privacy. The kids loved the pool the swans and ducks. We did not meet the staff and so we cannot comment on them. We did our own foods which was very nice.

Review 10：The pool was small for the size of the house. The acutal property westayed in lacked some very basic items (broom, pots/pans), etc. Thebedrooms were not as originally posted (neither was a king bedded room)and we weren't even in the property we allegedly were booked into -we ended up in a house at Encatada not Windsor Hills.

Review 11：The property was very well maintained. The on site restaurant wasexcellent - kudos to Richie the Chef!!!! The gym was bare bones but hadeverything we need to get a good workout in. The clubhouse pools werenice, the lake for fishing was a great plus and the clubhouse staffresponsible for the children's activities were amazing!

Review 12：I booked with Windsor Palms to be with my daughters softball team. We were not at Windsor Palms and I was not aware until arrival that we were actually about 5 miles away from the team. The girls like to go from room to room with their teammates, this could not be done this trip.

Review 13：We had ants here and there but nothing you couldn't tolerate. Toldstaff and problem was decreasing daily.

Review 15：Being on the third floor and having to take luggage upstairs. Although their was an elevator. Suggest in investing on some luggage carriers like the hotels have.

Review 17：there was only one wash rag in the group of towels, , the carpet was badly in need of cleaning, The silverware had to be rewashed before we could use them and one of the twin bed frames was broken and our daughter kept hitting her leg on the corner. this condo needs some refreshing but could be a very nice place to stay.

Review 22：Some outlets didn't work, but that's easily manageable! Also, the guard was difficult to talk to upon arrival (we arrived past midnight) but everything else went very smoothly.
