Review 1：the room is not new. there is balcony. it is said face to the pool. but the true is nearly can not see the pool.

Review 2：the pool is clean and beautiful. it is near by the Karon beach. there are three pools in total. two of them are very clean. the other one is just soso. the room is clean.

Review 4：Perfect location if you wanna be a bit a way from the big crowds, but at the same time to have everything (restaurants, shops, bars) in a walking distance. Pool area was also very good, you have 3 different pools to choose from.

Review 57：A lot of Russians, menu in English and russian. You have to carry your luggages on your own. Service in main desk not nice at the beggining but they have changed in next days.

The temperature control does not work. I called but nothing was done. My room is next to a property that starts making noise at 4AM. It wakes me up every morning.

Review 62：I like the swim-up bar pool with its built-in jacuzzi's. The other pools, especially the lap pool has too much chlorine and burns the eyes. Breakfast was good. The owners of tbe restaurant could be friendlier. Across the rosd from the beach.

Review 63：We enjoyed the breakfasts and the fact that it is virtually on the beach. We stayed in one of the bungalows and enjoyed the privacy and the jaccuzi, although the water was not always clean.

Thearea (and hotel) was full of russian tourists and they were not friendlywith other tourists or the locals. Thus the shopkeepers were hostile.The place had a bad low energy leftover from the tsunami. I wouldrecommend staying at another part of the island.

That was not an answer acceptableto us as we planned a romantic getaway, and for the price we are paying,2 twin beds are not romantic. After 15 mins of stating the obvious tothe front clerk we were upgraded to a bungalow, that had a double bed.The room was out dated and spider webs on all the fixtures. The room wasover run with Mosquitos and had to be sprayed 2 nights in a row. Theevening band, kitchen staff and patrons could be heard clearly thru theventilation. Only 1 elec outlet (2) sockets, not cool for the techieduo. Very old tv, no dvd. Bath water release for the shower wouldshut/switch every few seconds so I had to tie a hair elastic aroundthe shower/bath release pull to make it stay on shower mode. Watertemp fluctuated from boiling hot to cold just as often, unless u figuredout 'the trick' with the water heater.

Review 71：The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Upon checkout, the sign wasclearly marked 400baht from Karon to Patong, driver refused to take usfor less than 500baht, so we got out. The hotel drove us for 400b. Taxisare a problem in Thailand but found them worse in Phuket. The hotelhandled it well though.

Review 73：The staff at the restaurant is absolutely rude. They say they offer freewi-fi but it seldom works and don't you dare asking the staff aboutit, it will be a very unpleasant experience. The hotel should providefree wi-fi.

Review 74：The location of the hotel is just perfect, all you need is to cross thestreet to spend the day on a lovely, quiet and clean beach. There youwill find chairs and umbrellas to rent (only 200 Baht a day). If you aretraveling with kids the restaurant holds a great variety of food thatwill please even very picky eaters. Although the massage facility in thehotel is very modest, the massage is excellent. Don't bother goingoutside, they really don't know what they're doing and wouldcharge you more.
