Review 1：There is a church next door to the hotel and the bells ring at 4AM each morning. This is followed at 5AM by the choir and chanting and a couple of mornings a band. This goes on for a few hours. The windows (13th Floor) are (or appear to be) single glaze and do not keep the noise out. You do get used to the noise (a bit) but for the first few mornings the awakening is rude!!! The breakfast was not great. Went down after 9 one morning and nothing had been refreshed (no juice or fruit) and the coffee was undrinkable. The choice and presentation of the food was not great. One moring there was what appeared to be a manager on the floor and things inproved but generally the service and supply of food was slack. This is a good hotel which could be better with a bit of interest. There is not a great choice of hotels to start with in BMT but this one could improve - with a little bit of care.

Review 2：Room was OK - good bed and good shower, Room was clean enough and good wi-fi. Mini Bar - OK and room cleaned each day.

Review 3：Breakfast buffet has many options - so far so good - but only when you come early - later there are dishes finished and not being filled up or after complaimts only, plates and cups are missing and staff is not busy in replacing, choice of fruits is disappointing, only two or three and only if you come early. Children are playing around the buffet and no one tells them to choose another playground... if the parents do not care, staff should do as a respect to all other guests - do not misunderstand: I really mean children playing that is running and shouting around the tables and sometimes playing with the spoons in the food ....

Review 11：it is superbly clean and has good customer service. never thought we could get meals delivered past midnight. it is strategically located for us to make quick day tours to Lak Lake, Dray Sap and Gia Long falls. We will be back for the other falls, Yok Don and the museum. Just wonder were the much-touted Trung Nguyen cafe is.....
