Review 1：Daughter didn't like hearing flushes. But we heard NO VOICES at all!

Review 2：Liked the supplies in the suite. Liked that the Murphy bed was extremely comfy and at right angle to the other bed. Liked the balcony with rocker and chairs and table. Liked the QUIET! Liked the huge tub! Liked the smallness and ease of parking. Liked the high table and chairs. Liked it ALL.

Review 3：Traveled with my 90 year old dad! Facility was fantastic, across the street from the quiet part of the beach, yet close enough to walk to the entertainment. Facility had an elevatorr, was super clean and updated...Allowed a bit of a later check out and very late check in. We would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Review 12：We rented two suites side-by-side as I was traveling with my elderly parents and aunt. One suite had a nice, queen sized mattress frame with a box spring and comfortable mattress. The other -- the more expensive suite -- had two, queen sized portable beds with metal frames, no box spring, and a 6-inch thick mattress. For the price, I honestly expected more from the beds which are the most important part of stay-away travel :(

Review 13：The location was on the North beach which is quieter. The balcony overlooked the ocean, the suite was very large and clean, the staff were friendly, there was an elevator, and the parking was fantastic. The suites had a small coffee maker and small refrigerator which was perfect. The large screen TV was affixed to the wall, the wi-fi was slow but worked fine for checking email and internet searches, and the bathrooms were also large and worked well.

Review 14：Bugs all over balcony I told mgt and stillproblem not solved. I couldnt sit on balcony and enjoy oceanview which i was charged for. Beds are old and should be replaced.

Review 16：The room we got didn't have an ocean view, it had a view of the parking lot. The elevator room was right next to ours so anytime someone took the elevator it sounded like a garbage disposal running. The furniture was outdated and very uncomfortable. The beds especially! And the walls and ceilings were paper thin so we heard everything going on next to and above us.

Review 17：The room we had was very clean. And the location of this place was right across from the ocean. A two minute walk.

Review 33：The Queen Ocean side room at Atlantic Breeze Suites did not disappoint. You are a close walk to all the action. Fireworks displays on Wednesday and Saturday nights are spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning.

I thought the bed was going to be uncomfortable it didn't look very thick. But to my surprise it was a memory foam mattress and the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a motel/suite etc. I have severe back and leg/hip issues and was comfortable. It felt weird at first as I have never slept on memory foam mattress definitely comfortable.

Review 106：The dust on the sofa. The bed spread and pillow shams look dirty andworn, a plain duvet or lightweight quilt would be a big improvement.A vinyl shower curtain or liner would also be better then just afabric curtain.

Review 112：This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. The room was decorated in a 'New England' style.(very nice) Staff were friendly and helpful and also provided a list of venues to eat locally as we did not know this area. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Review 113：The carpets had been cleaned and were still wet. The room was serviced the properly the second day, the maid took the tip, left wet towels in the table, bed unmade, no replenishment of toilet paper, tissues or coffee and did not appear to finish cleaning. Desk is only manned from 10am until 6pm, all after hours contact first attempt went to voice recordings, then got a call back. No room phone to reception. The cost for the room and service did not match other accomodation we stayed in the surrounding area. Not good value for money. Tip is to request ocean view otherwise you will be looking at a swamp which emitted an odor as you d not have the sea breeze from the front of the complex.

Richard was fantastic and was very sweet to check with us to see when we would arrive so that he could make sure to leave us instructions and the key to our room. A great value for the huge suite.

Review 118：Was headed to Portland for a business meeting. Wanted to treat myself to sea air and a walk on the beach. This was perfect. Good a good deal, post labor day,on a Thurs, on a huge room with a water view. Had a delightful sunset walk and a great meal nearby.

Review 119：I booked and oceanfront room.. However, 2 minutes after booking I got a call from management at the Atlantic breeze saying there were no oceanfront rooms available? They put us in a suite for the same price. On our way up from Massachusetts, we received a call from the desk clerk saying he was going to dinner. He gave us a code for the lobby door and gave us our room number. He said our room door was unlocked and the keys were in the room. We never saw a person who worked there.
