Review 1：I didn't have a bad experience, but I wish more hotels would give a choice of pillows. All were stuffed full. I didn't mind the square shape, but a soft choice would be great.

Review 30：We always stay here when needing to shop, visiting our physicians or flying out of XNA (we live in Eureka Springs). You can't beat this place for the price, the amenities (flat screen tv, microwave, refrigerator, complimentary breakfast, exercise room, pool and jacuzzi (yes, jacuzzi!!). The staff is exceptional as well.

Review 31：After lightning hit, the desk declined to check me in before 3:00, even though they had rooms and I explained that I was very tired and would like to lie down. I had to go out and find something to do.

The kitchen was staffed by a single person, who was trying her best, but couldn't keep up with the late crowd. Decent tasting, once it was supplied, except for weak coffee. Also, Best Western apparently does not give loyalty points through Booking.com. That's a deal-breaker for us.

She then procedes to point out where all the food is in the room. The traffic noise in the front building will drive you crazy. The pool had enough chlorine to turn my suit from red to dark pink and yet there was still leaf debris in the bottom of the pool.

The staff was really friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate the runners that were staying in the hotel on the morning of the race. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will definitely book this hotel again for future stays!

Review 59：The manager basically called me a liar, I called this hotel before I reserved and ask to set up for a private birthday event, the employee answering the phone stated there would be no problem, we could even use a private conference room, reservation wasn't needed. Mgt said this was not true that I called, we had special Olympics girls there and were treated very rude!! Uncalled for, manager should have politely spoken to me to clear up any confusion instead of going through an employee that was extremely rude and hateful.

Review 69：Traveling to Fayetteville to visit the University of Arkansas, we stayed here as we left late in the day from Kansas City and didn't want to drive the extra 30 minutes. Received a great rate from Booking, so we thought we'd try it. This is a newer, clean, attractive and comfortable hotel. Was easy to locate off the highway and in a safe area. We would stay here again, even with the 30 minute drive to Fayetteville.

Review 84：It was very difficult to pay cash, and I was told that people just don't pay cash any more. There was another man there trying to pay cash also. It was required to either have a credit card on file or pay a $150 deposit in order to pay with cash.
