Review 1：Water was backed up in bath and sink When we first arrived to room, Windows were left wide open For the price they should offer some kind of breakfast

Review 3：I guess you get what you pay for. The place was not properly cleaned for example the shower curtain had stains, behind the toilet was dirty and the sheets were stained. The set up of the rooms are really bad. It's a lot smaller than what they advertise. Therefore I won't recommend the double queen rooms for groups.

Review 5：Wooden floors, noise over the vanity clicked the whole time, no safety bar in the tub. Fan in bathroom buzzes loud! Pool side bar nice but only one person behind the bar, couldnt get waited on!

Review 10：It was very easy to relate to the spanish speaking staff. Easy walk to the Orange County Convention Center. The hotel was ideally located to the Pointe Mall which houses the Regal Cinema, Charming Charlie & lots of restaurants.

Review 11：the sheets to my bed were dirty. The worst part was that I could see bugs all around in the room. Turn the lights on and could see them run to the corners of the room.

Review 28：cleaning of the bathroom and room was not up to standard. we stayed 11 nights and rooms were only swept once on us requesting it. however fresh towels were provided daily, not bed linen. Showers are inside the bath-tub with shower curtain. prefer stand-alone showers like we used to at home.

Review 33：The actual hotel didn't look anything like the pictures on Trivago. The room was small and very hot, when we put the air conditioner on it was so loud we could not sleep. The bathroom was very small and if you were on the toilet you couldn't open the door the space was so small.....on top of the bath!

Towels were old and cleaning service forgot to pick up dirty towels from the floor on the second day. Floor lamp was not working.

Review 38：I decided to take a last minute trip to Florida to surprise a friend that was feeling down and to take a break from my hectic schedule. I arrived at Avanti late at night & was anxious to lie down. The Front Desk was attentive and got me into my room quickly. My room was beyond amazing. Top floor. Close to the elevator. View of the massive pool. Clean. Bright. Even the shampoo & lotion smelled amazing.The room was very modern. It was so comfortable that I could see myself living there permanently. Everyone on the grounds were spectacular - always smiling and willing to go above and beyond. The location was perfect. If you don't have a car there's a shuttle that will take you to all the attractions. Avanti is in the middle of "tourist central". Everything is walking distance!!! I waited until the last minute because I didn't want to leave! When the time came, Maria and Manuela were there to make it super easy. They were so nice and talkative. I felt like they have been my friends for a long time. They had a taxi waiting for me & I was even able to get my boarding pass at the Hotel! Avanti is the location to stay at. It's fit for everyone! I will always stay there everytime.

Review 39：The towel rack in the bathroom was broken, the door to the connected room was hanging off, hair on the wall of the shower, the pictures on the website is totally misleading rooms look bigger in the pictures I wouldn't call it a resort which is also misleading its a hotel with a bar at the pool area, pillows hurt my neck

Review 55：Fast processing at check-in, and friendly staff. A nice, modern feel to the lobby, but when you get to the buildings, that starts to fade a bit until you open the door to your room or suite. Well appointed, nice decor, but still with outside corridors and single elevator to service each building, its a "Motel feel" from the outside. The pool/bar/shop area is resort-style, and makes up for everything else!

Review 56：The only bad thing would have to be our check in was a little rocky and the payment didn't come out until a week after we checked out and we didn't receive our deposit back. Even though our bank said they did.

Review 61：The only thingI urge the hotel is to please get new towels . The one that the hotel provides are old small and they feel like sand paper when you try drying yourself. I'm an airline captain and I travel all over the world and I must say they are lacking big in this issue not even 3rd world countries offer this type of towels . Remember after a long day there is nothing like a good shower with toiletries and amenities to make you relax and get ready to enjoy another day of fun.

Review 62：The resort is located in the heart of International drive with a perfect location. Many restaurants shops and lots of places near by that offer lots of different things to do .

The staff were real helpful, both at the reception and the concierge, as we arrived there way before check-in time and they helped us secure a room and have us settled in too. Also, it was great that their laundry facilities had the travel packs of detergents for purchase to use too!

It was also not cleaned properly on one day, I had no coffee and the shower looked like a mess still. The taxi drivers for the resort charge more compared to Orlando based companies/uber.

Thanks to Katy front desk ops manager and her staff again for another wonderful visit nothing too much trouble.

Review 101：We paid for a deluxe king room and were placed in a room facing the highway. Ugly view, traffic was so loud. Also - the bathrooms were not that nice.

When checking out the systems were down for maintenance so no bill could be printed that's fine but they promised to send the bill breakdown to email. Review 126：Hotel taxi company - unfriendly drivers and a total rip off! It was raining one night and as we had no car we had reception sort us a taxi. We went to a place about 1/2 mile sown the road and got charged $10!!! I questioned the price, but things got scary with the driver and with being 2 young girls we just paid it to get away. Use alternative taxi's (a taxi with another firm based further down i-drive charged $9 for trip from Universal City Walk for comparison).

Review 128：The walls were very thin so you could hear everything. The decor in the rooms wasnt to my taste and they looked a little old and tired. The smell of air freshener in the reception would kill you. It really put me off going there.

Review 138：My son and I arrived before checked in time. However, luckily enough aroom was ready so we were quite happy since we've been up at 2am tocatch our flight. After checking into the room I was not impressed aboutthe cleanliness of the room. I called downstairs and spoke to Hans atthe front desk and he handled it in a super duper way. He was able tosend housekeeping right away and along with a phone call just to makesure that the little problem was handled. Thanks to Hans! Our vacationturned out to be super. This was our second time staying at the Avantiand did not regret it at all(did not have a problem the first time.Everything was great. Room was clean). We will be back for a third!

Review 139：I loved the location and the bar tenders Rocky and Ashley were very friendly and excellent in their jobs.It was pleasant to go and sit at the bar and have a nice cocktail.
