Review 15：My boyfriend and I are 20 year old college students who were trying to have an enjoyable day up at Hampton Beach so we stayed at the best western, they room wasn't a bad cost until we got and unexpected $200 charge for supposedly smoking in a non smoking room when we chose a non smoking room since neither of us smoke. No contact was made to let us know about the charges, and once we realized they informed us that there was nothing that they could do and would not remove or reduce the charges and were completely unwilling to help us out. I will never stay at the best western in Hampton and would never recommend it to any other young couple.

Review 16：Sleep sofa while convenient needs to be upgraded. The air conditioner did not work very well and should probably be replaced.

The management should have been aware of this and not booked it until thoroughly cleaned. I didn't bother complaining when we checked in because I didn't think there would be any more rooms. Management told us they could've moved us we weren't aware of this. They took 10% off the bill but it was still disgusting to smell it. I think whoever cleaned it should've notified them in the room shouldn't have been booked!

The room # 120 has a loose toilet seat and cob webs are between the lamp and television. thanks alot my wife and I had to drive home at 1:00, am not too safe for us. just thoght you would like to know these disturbing facts....sincerley..John Barrows

Review 62：The heated swimming pool was not really 'heated' to our definition. We went twice, at two different times of the day, and it was very cold. The staff explained us it depends on the external weather but we did expect an heated pool to be warmer than what it was. So don't choose this hotel for the swimming pool as you could be deceived. The rest was perfect.

Review 66：I had the do not disturb tag hanging on the outside of my door, and the male maid opened the door at 9:00am without knocking. I am a female and I was in the process of getting dressed and did not have on a shirt.

Review 71：My daughter and I went to Hampton Beach for a concert at the Casino Ballroom and then stayed overnight. My priority in a hotel is cleanliness. Best Western met that goal. The facility it self is dated however the rooms are updated. The dinning room clean and bright. Breakfast was included and was fair/good. Enough to get you through till lunch. The location safe and about 4 miles from the board walk. You will need a car and to pay for parking. Friday night was 10. Sat for the beach was 20. Best Western Hampton is safe, clean and best used as a place to stay for a night or two.
