Review 1：Staff was not around in the late hours to deal with our complaint about the rowdy guests making noise at 3am. I went outside to see one of them trying to climb on the roof! All the towels in our room were streaked brown and looked filthy. The management thought it would be okay to use office supply binder clips as curtain tie backs. When we complained, the next day, we were yes'd to death by the manager who did absolutely nothing to convince us he'd make it right. Instead he made excuses. We will never, ever return.

Review 10：What I seen when I viewed it was not what I got. The room was actually smaller then it was advertised.

Review 20：The owners seem to have a problem with the concept that a hot tub should be hot. I had to call twice for a 3 night stay to have them turn on the heat Of course it takes hours to heat up, so I would busy myself with some other activity and then the management would turn the hot tub heat back off. I never did get to use the advertised hot tub. And their free Wi Fi is worthless since it's signal strength is so poor that it is useless. Also it would not hurt to have some hangers and a blanket. Very disappointed. But it was clean.

Review 24：Came in and paid owner in cash. He was busy BSing and ran my credit card by mistake. He ran my card again and canceled the transaction. It is now Sept. 9th, and my money has not yet been credited to my account. Bathrooms are very old, trap does not work on bathtubs. Manager in charge had to get us a rubber plug to take a bath. Housekeeping needs a little improvement. When owner is not present, they tend to be a little slack about doing their duties. Owner was present upon our arrival, we never saw him again after we checked in. I better see my credit account credited with a refund or he is in for big trouble.

The "manager" spends moretime working on bicycles and having his minions follow him around thendoing some actual work like checking in guests and making sure we havetowels, cleaning the pool, etc. The cleaning staff would take the towelsby noon but didn't have any to give back to you until 6 pm. So ifyou went into the pool and wanted to shower to go out to eat, youcouldn't because there wasn't any towels. They should haveenough on site for each room plus a spare day just in case. We wererepeat customers that had been there the year before. The pool had afunny taste the entire time. We almost thought it was a salt water poolso I asked and the manager looked at me like I was crazy. We wereconcerned about this "taste" in the pool but he said it wasnormal. The hot tub only worked once in the four days we were there. Iasked twice about the hot tub and he told me it was working anddidn't understand the issue. When we came last year, the managerwould let us stay in the hot tub until late in the evening as long as wewere respectful and quiet. This guy had everything locked up at 8 pm onthe dot but was never there at 10 am to open it. One day we waited until10:30 am for him to open up the pool. There was a line of people waitingand he just kept walking past them and ignoring them. I am seriouslydisappointed in this place. We definitely won't be a repeat customeragain. We had even rented two rooms this year!To the owner - Do yourself a favor and FIRE that manager now!! He is doing the motel a huge disservice. You had a conversation with me when we checked in about how it's hard to keep it going with all the bad reviews that you can't fit back on but honestly, I think most of the people are right. I personally didn't see bugs or anything like that but the place needs work.

He advised us where to park the car and it got scratched while we were there, by another vehicle moving out - we did not see this happen. Thank goodness we were insured.Subsequently we used another parking lot near the owner's house, across the street. We did not see him but a sign indicated this was available for guests.

Review 37：Though the room itself was clean, there was a moldy smell from our first step in. There was no sight of mold but the smell was evident. I don't know if it was because the room was vacant for so long without airing it out or possibly the ac filter wasn't cleaned. Another thing that bothered us was that the pool wasn't opened until a full hour after the posted opening time (10am to 8pm which we thought was too little time). The office was almost never open. I think they had only one man working at the motel the whole time. We didn't check in until 4 the next day because we couldn't find anyone.
Review 38：My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights In August. What we noticed right away was how quiet the motel was. The pool and jacuzzi looked/were clean, outside was clean as well as the room. The staff accomadated our late check-in by leaving the the key in the room which was nice.

Review 50：We didn't realize until the next morning, but thefridge/freezer was broken. It must have broken soon before wearrived bc it was still cool when we put our stuff in it. We noticed alarge puddle of water by the freezer when we 1st arrived, but I justthought maybe some ice was stuck in the ice dispenser & melted& dripped all over. The next morning everything was completely warmand we had to throw away all of our food & we had no cold water forour trip to the beach. It was extremely inconvenient, especially sincethe food & milk that spoiled was for my baby. Luckily we had youngchildren with us to sleep on the sofa *bed*, because no adult couldeven lay on it, let alone sleep on it! It was really a joke. If youhave young children they could manage, but don't expect to use thesofa bed for adults! The water in the shower was trickling out when wetried to take a shower, at 1st we were really mad bc it would'vebeen impossible to shower in the trickle of water. However, afterleaving the water run for about 10-15 minutes it started coming outlike normal, we were very thankful for that! We also arrived in newjersey before or check in time bc we planned to go to the beach 1st& check into our room after, however the second we got there a bigthunder storm rolled in! Since we couldn't go the beach we tried tocheck into our room early & they wouldn't let us. We had tostand outside under cover for an hour with my baby & 3 otherchildren. Do not arrive early, bc they will not let you in! I was alsoextremely disappointed that they had a coffee maker with no coffee orfilters!!! I've never stayed in a hotel anywhere in my whole entirelife that didn't have complimentary coffee! Bring your own coffee,filters, creamer & sugar!
Review 51：Great location & nice swimming pool. We stayed in the apartment for6 people & it was very spacious with our own balcony. There was anac unit in each room & it worked great. Bathroom was a nice size.The beds were comfy enough for me. The kitchen was nice with a nice sizetable for 6.

The management was very nice, as were the people who took care of the room, etc. The hot tub and pool were very clean, and everything was as expected for the wonderful price.

Review 121：i always give completely unbiased reviews so here goes- though the pool was a little small and only 4 foot deep it was perfect to cool down in the hot tub made up significantly for the pool- very relaxing and kept cool during the day and as evening approached the heat would be turned on- the owner was very knowledgeable of all of Wildwood and very helpful but more importantly the staff wouldn't hesitate to supply you with extra towels pillows or whatever you needed- our room seemed newly painted and pergo floors added something newer than other motels with dated flooring- I would definitely come back!

Review 132：The owner showed up 30 mins late for check in, then our room wasn't finished being cleaned or beds made so we had to wait another 10 mins. Wifi signal was so weak it would connect to either of their networks. The air conditioner was faulty and leaked all over our luggage .

Review 134：First of all I want to say that I am not prejudice at all. If you plan to stay here expect the motel to accommodate primarily to guests of latino origin. The motel is geared to accommodate with this in mind. Never the less, the guests were all very nice and polite towards us. Lounging by the pool was cool except someone took it upon themselves to bring out their music box to listen to only music being played of latino origin. Would've been ok, but not all day and night. The BBQ area is a great concept. However, it is a small area, barely fits (2) four seat tables (which were usually being used by other guests) and (1) grill in which you had to wait your turn to use. It was kind of strange to watch guests bolt out of their rooms with food to be cooked when they noticed the grill was free to be used. The grill needed to have the grease pan changed or the grill itself, to be degreased. Every time someone cooked on it, it caught on fire and if you happened to be in the pool area you had black greasy soot landing on you. Pretty gross. There was no manager on the premises besides to check you in and run your credit card. My 5 year old daughter accidentally locked us out of our room. After trying to figure out who was on premises for these kind of incidences we were pointed into the direction by guests to "the garage," where a boy (about 19 or 20?) took a key hanging on the wall (where anyone could walk up and take any of them) and unlocked our door for us. He was very nice about it. The room was comfortable enough. Could have used a closet or clothes hanging bar for clothes on hangers. The walls were soundproof enough. We however, were on the first floor and were awaked abruptly by 7:15am daily, since the guests above us obviously had a small child awake and running around by then. Could hear every step and bump up there. The kitchen area was ok, guests using the refrigerator before us were a little rough with it. The top shelf was broken and held no weight.
Review 135：The maid was accommodating. The second day, we left her a note with our daily tip about our hair dryer not working. We had a new one when we came back later in the day. The manager who checked us in was very polite. It was close enough to the boardwalk and there were a lot of good restaurants close enough to walk to.
