Review 1：Staff are lost with the booking reservation, they did not find my reservation, even if I received an e-mail confirmation from them The quality of the restaurant is very poor, and the prices are very expensive for what the proposed.

Review 3：A very nice place in the heart of Calacoto - Zona Sur, great if you don't want to spend a bunch of money in all the others hotels available nearby. Rooms are comfortable and clean and there's a courtyard.

Review 13：Very nice hotel facilities and excellent location. There is a beautiful garden inside the hotel and you can enjoy the leisure time when you are free in the hotel having some tea or coffee in the chairs in the garden, especially on a sunny day. The hotel especially upgraded my room into a suite since there was no single room available when I checked-in. I left something in a box when I checked-out for my friends' process and delivered it to the front desk. The front desk was very nice to have helped with this and helped me with the box delivery to my friend who did not on-time fetch the box. Everything there in the Hotel was very nice and I am very much satisfied with this booking.
