Review 1：I loved the fact it was on the beach. There was a great indoor pool and jacuzzi. The clubhouse was nice and everyone was really friendly. The room had everything you needed and it fit my family comfortably.

Review 4：Apartment was very clean. Everything we needed was provided by the facility. This apartment was better equipped than a lot of expensive rental houses in the area.
Review 5：Just very large bugs. In the cabinets walking on the glasses. some on the walls. Yuck. When I called the office upon seeing them upon arrival I was told this is the beach. Said they weren't roaches, but they were. It was a very nice place to stay but was ruined by the feeling that bugs were every.where. Mentioned this upon checkout and the lady apologized and said they would take care of it immediately.

Review 8：Inconsiderate people making lots of noise very early in the morning. I believe 5 am is a bit early to be outside having loud conversations. Not everyone is an early bird. Parking was not an easy task if we returned late in the evening.

The living area was large and the kitchen well stocked with tools and appliances. I would highly recommend this property.
Review 12：14B near office no elevator and had recent knee surgery so stairs were a bear. last time i stayed across the street and it had an elevator and an ocean view here we did not even get a glimpse of the ocean

Review 14：The room was amazing. Huge jetted bathtubs with dual head showers. Very large double bedroom suites. Elevators were an added surprise, (we had our 4 month old baby with us) Very convenient. The beach was right over the dune, also elevator accessible. Technically it was a condo timeshare, but it had every immenety of a high-end hotel. It felt more like a hotel than a timeshare.
Review 15：The bed in this unit needs to be replaced. It was sagging. We actually had to turn the mattress. The hot tub was barely warm bordering on cold!!!!!
Review 16：The proximity to the beach and the overall comfort of the condo was very nice. It is in a central area therefore close to everything, but not on an extremely busy street.
Review 17：The room was clean and modern with a balcony off both bedrooms and a covered entryway with table and chairs on both. It overlooked the pool, we were on the 4th floor, and could see the beach through the other buildings. This was a last minute mini-vacation for us and we were thrilled to find this place available for immediate occupancy at a reasonable price.
Review 18：We arrived on Wednesday, April 23rd and there was construction, right beside our condo. They were putting in a new elevator. There was literally banging from 8 am until 5 pm and even on Sunday when we left. There was even loud music being played by the workers. Our outside (both front and back) was a complete construction zone. I talked to the front desk with regards to the location and was informed that this was not a "hotel" and that there was nothing that she could do. As well, when I booked with Booking.Com, the email I received (both on the website and once booked) indicated that I would be charged when I arrived. I was charged immediately. I called Booking.Com who indicated I should call the resort. I called the resort who said it must be a problem on Booking.com, when I talked directly to them upon arriving, she pulled out this huge blue binder to show me that it was "pay upon booking" - I told her that she needed to have that fixed with booking cause suppose I did not have the money in my account ! She indicated that they could not control what booking has on their site! I said, really ??? They are representing you - and you have no control over what is on the receipts - that set the tone and when I asked to move because of tghe construction, it was denied. Even though, the rooms were comfortable, I will not stay with the Outer Banks Beach Club - they have no consideration for the comfort of their guests and that we were charged when it clearly said that we would not!

Review 20：The room was clean, fully equipped with full-size refrigerator, microwave, full-size stove, all utensils and pots and pans. Although we could not see the ocean from our room, it was just a short walk away. All in all, a great room for a great price. We have already recommended it to others.

Review 24：Beds were hard. Kitchen flooring needs to be replaced lots of cracks in tiles. Hot tub temp. To hot. Went out for afternoon came back no electric in room of course after hours and the security person who responded had an unpleasant demeanor. Before checking out you needed to call house keeping so they could inspect, felt this was a bit much especially with the long list that the guests had to do in order to prevent being charged for what should be house keeping responsibilities. Would not stay again or recommend.

Review 26：The pool and hot tub were closed were cleaning at our condo area. The whirlpool bathtub in the master bath is very tall to get in and out of. I was very worried that I would fall.
Review 27：The condo was spacious. The view was awesome, especially the sighting of dolphins and whales. The ocean sound is so soothing to listen to all day. The waves were amazing to watch.
Review 28：Little direction. I had never stayed there before and did not know what things we could use and what things we could not. I didn't know where things were located at the facility. There was not much direction for someone who is using the facility as a hotel and not as a time share.
Review 29：I liked that there was so much room in the apartment. I don't think that there is any place else that we could pay the same amount of money and get that amount of space. I loved the jacuzzi bathtub and the fully stocked kitchen. We cooked every night and had a wonderful and relaxing time as a family. We were right near the ocean, so we didn't have to take a lot of time to make it there. Great location.

The lady Ispoke to did not mention that none of the condo have that setup. I wasnot crazy of trading in the dirty towels for new ones at the office,which was across the street ( guess that would help keep up with theinventory from the thieves, which I am not).

I wast5old when I called prior to arriving that I could park my trailer onthe premisis and when I got there this man said I could not so I endedup parking it on a public street near the building. If I would haveknown that up front instead of when I got there I could have made otherarrangements. But I did not like the way I was treated by thisgentleman.

It's a short walk to the beach or the pool and there are activities on site for the kids. There are tons if great restaurants nearby for any taste. Review 78：Did not like getting notices put on our vehicle for parking advising usit was for guest and owners. The office could not explain why we gotthem either but we could had been towed after the second notice, thatconcerned us. Also requested a smoking unit we were given a non smokingunit, we are used to smoking outside on rental units but were hoping notto have to being the weather was cold. We were not told of unit being anon smoking unit we discovered it once we got to the unit we were justtoo tired to complain or have to pack the car back up. We dealt with it.The outside hot tub was dirty but people still used it. We did not wantto take a chance on it.

Close to all kinds of activities - restaurants, town, groceries - but also hang gliding lessons, the aquarium, lighthouses, museums... Condo was easily big enough for 6 adults comfortably, was nice, and had full linens and kitchen setup.

If you're on vacation, you shouldn't have to doyour normal household job for someone who gets paid to do it! Review 94：The price was wonderful...I spent less on a 2 bedroom apartment than I would have on two hotel rooms. It was located in my favorite stretch of the Outer Banks, and was beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable, and we had a view of the ocean.
Review 95：I thought I was getting a waterfront room, but instead I got a room overlooking the pool with no view of the ocean. The staff said at check-in that no waterfront rooms were available because owners have priority for those rooms. I would not have chosen this facility if I had understood that I would not get a waterfront room. We left a day early and moved to a different hotel and just ate the cost of the night we didn't use. Expensive mistake on my part.
