Reviews for Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort

Review 1:it wasn't explained to us about the breakfast we were charged $40.00 for 2 people for oatmeal and eggs. went to the desk and they said you have to pay extra we paid over $300.00 per night you would think breakfast was included

Review 2:had a good view of beach

Review 3:room was not available on time. but the staff were helpful and gave us some credit and followed up with us the next day and also extended our check out time

Review 4:Location, accessibility

Review 5:Wifi hardly worked. rooms were not cleaned properly. They dont answer the phones, so always need to go down to reception

Review 6:Location, as it was on the beach

Review 7:Staff hardly speak the lenguage. Hose keeping staff take the troube to clean the room whenever they feel like, i.e. in the afternoons, or even at night! (When we where ready to go to bed) Manegment obviously does not properly control the help staff...

Review 8:Good location, good size room.

Review 9:1- Internet access in the room is very poor, and the hotl's technical assistance never give a solution. and Internet in the lobby is just good. 2- in the beech at 5.00 pm the personal take off your beach chairs

Review 10:the room, lobby and pool excellent. all new and clean the location is perfect with or without car

Review 11:The building needs renovation. The sound and light isolation between room compartiments must be improved.

Review 12:The location is great. The swimming pool is very good. The lobby is nice.

Review 13:not a bad experience however although I enjoyed the lobby area the furniture is worn and on the 9th floor hallway some boards are moving away from the wall

Review 14:The lobby was warm, inviting and comfortable The location off the hotel was great not far from Aventura Mall Poolside facility was nice

Review 15:No one to help with luggage, carpet in halls stained, Narrow and cleaning staff leaving carts in the middle of the hall.Very narrow balconies with NO privacy, hot tub didn't work and didn't like the beach. Also the location was very busy. Just really didn't like the place at all.

Review 16:Didn't like anything about this place except maybe the lobby bar where the female bartender was nice.

Review 17:Elevators old run down and no festive music played to put you in the vacation mood. Hallways dated need a facelift. Food overpriced. Souvenirs on sight overpriced. Breakfast should be included in room rates to bring value and to justify cost!

Review 18:Customer service was great as they do to the best of they're abilities answer and accomodate requests. Location as there are a fair number of places to grab food/prescriptions/souvenirs/ and beach supplies all within walking distance. Beach ammenities and pier great condition.

Review 19:More options to eat within facility, better array of coffee

Review 20:Beautiful furnishings, two pools and jacuzzi, outside bar and lounge, cabanas...simply gorgeous!

Review 21:Check in took long and the new shower head mechanism (getting shower head to work required pulling down drain nozzle, odd)

Review 22:Pool, drinks, kitchen 305 chillin, privacy by ocean shore

Review 23:I have stayed in many hotels in South Beach and would never stay in this one again. The front desk staff was rude and understaffed and the room I booked online looked nothing like I received.

Review 24:Beachfront hotel ☺ Friendly staff! Free shuttle to Aventura Mall or U can take the bus right outside! Small shopping center across the Street with Subway, Einsteins, Starbucks, Marshalls etc.

Review 25:Internet connection was bad and slow. It was unreal to connect to internet during the day. There was only one period of time - early in the morning when it was possible to connect to internet.

Review 26:I`d like location very much. It was really close to all necessary places.

Review 27:Booking took about 45 min. Had to request a blanket, none in room. Price was 50.00 more to advertised price, due to fees and tax. $25 to park, per day.

Review 28:Room was very nice

Review 29:The interior toilet fixtures and living room light not working. Even I came to counter and ask to fix the light and they said they will send someone come and fix it, but nothing fixed. I showed them interior toilet pictures and they said nothing perfect. And they not even ask if I want to move to different room instead.

Review 30:Just the exteriors view only

Review 31:Staff rude. Maintenance banged on door repeatedly even though told the guest was sleeping. The hotel does not clean its beach or rake seaweed off its beach

Review 32:The location is close to Halauver Park and right on the sand.

Review 33:The women reception clerks were rude. They used a nasty tone at me. They could certainly benefit from a PR course in order to make the guests feel welcome and respected. The young man named Yosel, however, was very nice and professional. He is some one who enjoys dealing with the public and enjoys his job. The carpet throughout the hall ways and rooms are in need of replacement with clean tiles. The seaweeds were not being picked up so they went back in the water and there were too many.

Review 34:The hotel is full of amenities. It is spacious, several restaurants, including the one at the pier. Plenty of beach lounge chairs which are complimentary. Outside there is plenty to chose from including pool bar, nice pool, table with chairs and umbrella by the pool as well as lounge chairs. Nice size pool, children's pool, hot tub, volley ball net, jet skiing. Live music by the pool! Friendly staff everywhere except at the reception.

Review 35:The hotel is very dated. Bathroom had black mold in the grout and the toilet gave problems to flush. The sofa bed smelled like pee and the carpet was stained. They ran out of towels at the pool and trying to get into the elevators were crazy. The spa was nice but they really need to update the rooms in the hotel.

Review 36:The spa and direct beach access.

Review 37:I booked the "resort" at $600.00 upon check-in the price had magically increased. The customer service reps were nasty and didn't speak good English. The slow elevators were unrealistic for this "resort". The nasty housekeeping staff acting as if they cleaned the rooms daily but didn't. My hair pins were under the cover made up with the bed and I was told that I had clean linen.

Review 38:We are 4 persons. I reserved by booking with breakfast incluided . They said to me that only is incluided for 2 persons and I only must pay breakfast for the other. but when I was there they say that breakfast is not included for nobody

Review 39:All its ok

Review 40:Check in very slow. Noisy at night after 1am est and we were on the 9th floor. Too many group packages sold. Room keys are glitchy.

Review 41:The peir, beach.

Review 42:Horrible front desk experience. Always a huge line and the staff constantly disappear into the back office and return with nothing gained. Couldn't check in when arrived at 6:30/7pm for an hour or two. Place was overrun with people and noise and was terribly inefficient. Also, a ton of seaweed in the water which is a nature issue and not the hotel but wasn't an issue at a hotel just down the beach.

Review 43:The cabanas on the beach were great and very reasonably priced. Only thing we enjoyed at this hotel.

Review 44:They charge for everything, like parking 20 dollars a day!!! This place is very expensive. Checking was a nightmare, checked in at 3pm but get a room until 5:15pm.

Review 45:There was a hole in the carpet, the refrigerator leaks and the floor in front of it was damaged because of it and damp. The room was dusty and the furniture was old. The chieck in and check out process was very slow, never seen anything like it. I promise they are losing future business with this. The breakfast was overpriced for the poor quality of food and selection.

Review 46:The bed was nice, the view, location and beach was nice. They have complimentary chairs on the beach which was awesome. The lobby looked very nice and inviting.

Review 47:The check in was awefull. Check in time is 3:00, we get to the hotel at 3:00pm and have to wait for an hour to get into our room. Front desk people are rude.

Review 48:I like the bed and room, they are comfy and nice

Review 49:As far as comfort, the room was really old.the A/C was leaking water and the furniture was old ,dirty & scratched .

Review 50:The location was good, pick this place only if your looking to sight see.

Review 51:I live within 2 miles of this hotel, got the best room to spend a night away from home, have to wait over 45 min. after check in time to get the key to the room and after I paid cash for the room, I was told to wait at lobby for key, after I wait about 45 minutes and was nobody on line I went to front desk and ask for key, 2 people got on line when I was asking and the front desk personnel told me that she have to take care of the people in line before she can check for my key, she don't have a clue how to treat a guest. I was so upset with the treatment that I went home at 9pm. There was a front desk young lady when I left I think her name was Sai that was very nice and simpatetic told the manager that I was treated really bad at check in. The afternoon manager act like she really don't care about how I feel at least that was impression.

Review 52:room

Review 53:the staff was rude and not accommodating. Sooo many people in the lobby and the security people at the exit doors wouldn't let you out without a wrist band. Not a great experience and I will not return.

Review 54:location

Review 55:Wouldn't allow my dog to stay. Loudness all day/night next to my bedroom. Charged $200 deposit without notifying me before I arrived. Shower and sinks would not drain in room. Hair salon downstairs was booked for wedding and couldn't get service. Bad parking.

Review 56:I liked it being so close to the beach.

Review 57:Just be prepared for a lot of extra fees from tips to rental fees on the beach...it adds up!!

Review 58:The staff was very friendly, the pool was always open, and the beach access was a plus!

Review 59:Everything else. The staff is terrible. Nobody smiles or welcomes you to the hotel. We arrived around 1 pm on Sunday. My confirmation said check in at 3 pm. The hotel said it is 4 pm on Sunday's. Instead of telling us that they will do everything to accommodate us they said the room definitely will not be ready before 3 and possibly at 3:30pm. We asked for a higher floor and renovated room. We were offered second floor. After my talk with a manager we got room 1026 on the tenth floor. Renovated rooms look terrible. The cleaning service was awful. We asked for our room to be cleaned between 10 and 12pm. We like to rest in the afternoon. It was done twice. All other times we had to call and complain. Housekeeping forgot to leave towels on couple occasions. I was very tired to complain. The umbrellas and mattresses at the beach were old and ripped, but expensive.

Review 60:The location is very good. It is right on the beach. Has a lot of restaurants and shops across the street.

Review 61:Hotel is very old. From the towels to the facilities .. Elevators are slow, there's always a long wait to go up or down. Stairs smell like urine. The list can go on.

Review 62:That the elevators take long to go down and up to and from your room

Review 63:I like how comfortable the room made me feel and the view of the beach from my balcony. I like having the pier close by as well

Review 64:the elevators are small and the hall way by rooms is also narrow. That's it though.

Review 65:the decor upon entering the hotel was fantastic, clean, bright. open and airy. the room was beautiful and spaceous, clean and well decorated. When my wife says " WOW" you know it's good. WE will stay here again given the chance

Review 66:Dirty and run down hallways. Borderline gag gross. 1/2 the guests are lower class inconsiderate trash types.

Review 67:Great beach location. Great view from the oceanfront rooms. Do not book a room w/o balcony or it will suck gauranteed.

Review 68:All the other areas were old and run down. Chipped breakfast tables, carpet worn in the lobby. Dirty pool area.

Review 69:The location was amazing. The rooms were nice.

Review 70:Renovations occurring on the 5th floor woke us up - hence the above less than fair evaluations.

Review 71:Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Overall enjoyable vacation

Review 72:Shower was slow draining, bed very uncomfortable. Check in was long.

Review 73:Like the area very nice shopping food across the street. Miami Beach is a drive. Beach and pool very nice.

Review 74:old furniture ( loose legs on the coffee table that I needed to move daily to open the sofa). there were 2 ( working) elevators for hundreds of people and when the weekend came - only one! Breakfast was extremely basic for the price ( $15). Breakfast waiting staff was so slow - I wondered if I bothered them by showing up.

Review 75:beach access and beach staff - excellent. Little snack shop was good - but their hours did not reflect our lifestyle. You could not get coffee in that hotel before 7.

Review 76:Hotel was rundown! Only 2 working elevators, so they were crowded and you had to wait too long! The cleanliness was lacking!! Most of the staff was friendly however, our room was not ready by the 3pm check in time and the employee just told us sorry. He should have offered us towel cards and informed us that we could still enjoy the beach or pool. I would not return for the price.

Review 77:Old hotel, personel net very friendly/service minded.

Review 78:Nice to relax either in the pool or in the sea. Rather quiet room even if there was a big street just outside the hotel. Room ok with good space for us with two small kids.

Review 79:The drinks where priced high and they added to the bill 9% tax and 18% gratuity, but you where allowed to bring cooler on the private beach which was nice.

Review 80:Within walking distance from alot if restaurant and on the beach.

Review 81:Line to get into the elevators in rush hours (service uses the same as guests). Supposedly free wifi that worked almost never. Decadent detalails such as carpets, furniture, etc

Review 82:Kitchen 305 is extremely overpriced for what resort it is in. When we checked in we had to wait forever to get a elevator considering only two of the four work and the housekeeping staff had the other two held up with thier carts.

Review 83:we loved the weather!

Review 84:Breakfast not include, poor and expensive. Even I asked for hotel where with breakfast include in the rate and noticed there that it wasn´t. Not coffe maker at room

Review 85:Location, Beach

Review 86:Nothing, although elevator needs some touch ups.

Review 87:We stayed at the hotel night before the cruise. What can I say - it is an amazing hotel. Beach, pier are unbelievable. The room was comfortable, although we didn't spend much time there. But it was definitely clean. (Clean beds, no dust at baseboards, carpet was clean, bathroom was spotless). Furniture was modern and stylish. There's a small refrigerator ( very useful because we used it to store baby milk).self parking is across the street, but it wasn't an issue for us. Employees are very polite and efficient. They didn't waste time and the line moved quickly. Before booking I did read some negative reviews, but I didn't find anything to be upset about. It is a 3 star hotel and it met and even exceeded my expectation. For this price I could only book a "cheap" outdated Miami Beach hotel room. I decided to drive extra 10 minutes but enjoy a nicer place. So I highly recommend this place. Hope to come back some day again.

Review 88:Long delays for service at front desk (not enough staff for such a big hotel). Breakfast (which we had to get you to pay for as it was not included despite what it said on your site) was poor quality (eg. no juice). Wifi in lobby only. Had to pay 20 dollars p.d. for parking plus lots of extra taxes - added 25% to what we expected to pay.

Review 89:Lovely beach and pier, nice pool. Room was fine but no cups, plates or anything to eat with or make simple meals in kitchenette (microwave and fridge only). Cleaning and support staff very good.

Review 90:The rooms are clean but a little outdated and worn. Definitely in need of some remodeling however the rooms were comfortable with no major problems

Review 91:Convenient to the beaches with a great staff.

Review 92:The staff was rude and unfriendly, they pushed ahead at the elevators and main desk. They were poor at cleaning the room and supplying towels. The restaurant food was okay but the service was poor and facility was very loud.

Review 93:Location was great pool was nice and access to the beach was great.

Review 94:The floors are filthy. WiFi did not work at all. The staff is the rudest I have seen and completely not helpful

Review 95:I liked that the hotel was on the beach with a nice pool bar.

Review 96:We arrived to a smelly unclean room, they switched us to a different room and the toilet didn't flush normally, we had a very bad experience at this hotel.

Review 97:With the exception of 2 very helpful members of staff, the rest range from uninterested to downright rude. I was given conflicting information on just about anything I asked. Hotel is grubby throughout, breakfast is a joke, expect your bed made (badly) but room won't be cleaned (bath/shower is faulty, no hope of repair plus it's filthy and damaged). 'Free' WiFi is non existent unless using very early/late when no-one else is on it or you sit in the very noisy lobby.

Review 98:Great bed, quiet room, perfect position for my needs.

Review 99:hallway carpets were filthy furniture old towel bar in bathroom fell off and was not repaired over 48 hours cockroach in bathroom needs a lot of updating all around

Review 100:great location, close to good restaurants and shopping great outdoor areas the outdoor bar and bar staff were excellent

Review 101:Before arriving I notified both Booking.com and the hotel that my children would be arriving before my wife and I and please allow them to check in. They confirmed this. My children arrived at 4pm. The hotel refused to allow them to go their rooms. This after a long international flight. Finally at 11pm one manager decided to allow them to go to their rooms. The next day the hotel offered me 100 dollars compensation. Then one night there were repeated instances of high levels of noise. Workmen working above us with power tools at 10.30pm. When I complained they told me they were running a business. At midnight the maid started vacuuming the room next door. When I shouted at her they called the police who came and told us we all had to leave the hotel. To where? They said it wasnt their concern. The only thing that saved us was that the hotel had no money to refund our balance. The carpets of the hotel are disgustingly dirty, including the lobby. Breakfast was always the same. No orange juice, no fresh fruit. Never ever again!!

Review 102:The location of the hotel. Their beachfront.

Review 103:Cons: AC in bedroom dripped water so had to turn off after a day or risk mildew Breakfast buffet is poor quality Noisy room facing street, NYE festivities and fireworks kept us up really late Faucet in bath was broken (but quickly replaced) Sales people for vacation properties operate within hotel - beware!

Review 104:Pros: Suite is good size for family of four Kid-proof room, including appropriate beds for free Fun pool atmosphere including steel drum musician on Fridays Excellent beach front property, lots of lounge chairs and amazing ocean views Access to pier where you can occasionally see stingrays Nice staff with great attitudes Great location near shopping center, car rental, and restaurants Good value for cost, what we expected from a 3-star hotel Very kid friendly Practical, not fancy

Review 105:Beach/Pool Area and Fishing Pier were excellent places to be during our vacation week. The pool water temperatures was nice and warm for constant swimming. Breakfast buffet had good coffee and variety of hot/cold choices to eat, all very yummy!

Review 106:No coffee maker in room, 12.00$ for a pot of coffee from room service. Tube tvs in most expensive rooms. Rude valet supervisors. Mold in rooms. Way overpriced. Slow elevators.

Review 107:It was awful. Room was tiny and well worn out. Shower had minimal water pressure and the water had a distinct odor. Mold and mildew was present throughout the bathroom. Room had two flat screen tv's but the picture was blurry and channel selection was minimal. The linens were motel quality! The air conditioning was horrible. Set the temp on 70 for five days and the room temp never made it below 76 and the outside temp was 82! Front desk and restaurant employees spoke broken English but were very nice. The breakfast buffet was just gross.

Review 108:We liked nothing about this Hotel.

Review 109:The only negative thing was the noise of the street (because we took a bedroom on the side of the street but it should be ok if you take the swimming pool or ocean view). We don t recommand the restaurant which is really bad.

Review 110:We really enjoyed the confort of the room and particularly the bed which was really great. The location is great, and the price is in accordance with the quality of the hotel.

Review 111:Our bathroom had some issues with cleanliness. The resolution was not satisfactory and wouldn't have been resolved unless I really made an issue of it. It was fairly clear that someone urinated in our tub and on the bathroom floor when we first entered the room. Even the initial staff who cleaned it agreed it was urine. They did not disinfect until I demanded but simply wiped it up with a towel. In the morning the maid opened our door not once but twice trying to get us to check out early. She only disinfected the bathroom when I said "just give me the stuff and I will do it because we are not checking out until we shower and not showering until you disinfect!". The manager on duty did give us free breakfast buffet and promised to have housekeeping find out what the deal was but the sincerity was not there and I am sure she did not follow up. The housekeeping staff was rude and lazy

Review 112:The location is great, the facilities are really nice and the beds are comfy.

Review 113:The room was horrible! The sink in the bathroom was old, the furniture was worn and bruised. The carpet was totally disgusting. We had to ask housekeepers not to vacuum our room so that the smell would not come out of the carpet. After we checked in, my fiancé wanted to check out! I asked him to stay. But rm 825 was a total nightmare!

Review 114:The location, beach, pier, hotel overall.

Review 115:You were charged a $20 per day resort fee but still had top pay to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The carpet in the upstairs hallway was very worn and dirty. Bath tub had jets but when used it turned the water a dingy color and there was a oily film on top of the water. When reported no compensation was offered.

Review 116:Nice lobby Good breakfast buffet that was included in the price. Nice beach.

Review 117:The only negative I have is that no food or beverage can be taken to either the pool or beachside. I understand the pool area. But at the beach it should be allowed. Traveling with children becomes very expensive when it comes to meals and the constant snacking.

Review 118:The non-remodeled rooms were pretty scary. We switched 3 times (awesome concierge by the way) until we wound up with a fairly modern room - we put up with no A/C to avoid being put back into one of the older rooms.

Review 119:The remodeled rooms were OK especially considering the price. Great location on the beach.

Review 120:The staff was hardly friendly, never once smiled or asked if we needed help, we needed to go out of our way for assistance. There was one point we stood at the desk for 5 minutes right in front of an employee who never even acknowledged us. The room was not very clean and was definitely out dated. They were in the middle of renovations so hopefully they will work on the rooms. We refused to take our shoes off because as my husband said the floor felt soggy and dirty in our room. The parking was outrageous, I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel before. They also tried to charge us twice and said we would get a refund within 5-7 days because their first charge was only a "hold" I refused to allow them to take the second amount out as I've never heard of such a thing and then they finally agreed. It was very shady, and how kept trying to add more charges to my card.

Review 121:Loved the location and the view from our ocean front room. Also thought the pool and beach area was decent for the price.

Review 122:The cleaning no to good, they don't leave us a clean towels, no change the bed, they not even take the trash out, we come back from the Beach With Our Cloth All Wet We Go IN The Room And No Towels I Meet The Cleaning Lady IN TE Hall I Ask Her If She Can Give Me Some Towel And Take The Trash And She said NO I don't call down Stairs EXCUSE ME????? Why? If they charge for it??? I hope they give my discount for that. Thanks

Review 123:Quite, beautiful place, friendly staff

Review 124:My ocean view as just a garage's buildin view (apartment 1136). My checkin was just at 4:00 PM. My room had infiltration, old TVs and old sofa. Orange juice was not included at my breakfast pack (I have never seen diferent packs for breakfast before). You have to pay 18 USD for resort tax but have to pay again to use the umbrelas and beach chairs. The jacuzi was not working. The front desk is not trained propertly, Mrs. Rossy said that old 100 USD bill is not acceptable (I had to call the manager to solve this problem). The same Rossy tried to steal us about 50 USD, I had to ask the manager (again...) to see the videotape and just after that I had my money back. We were in 2 rooms and 1 car, they tried to charge us parking for both room, etc, etc, etc...

Review 125:Nothing, I had problem with ALL people that work to the hotel (from waiters to front desk manager).

Review 126:Rooms were very old. Carpet was old. TV was from the 80's. The pool-water was white and not clean. The breakfast location smelled dirty and the tables were fixed with the same fork and knifes they use for you to eat with. The staff charged fees twice the same amount and they act like they do not know anything about the fees. One staff member told us that we need to contact booking.com.

Review 127:Nothing. We booked for 3 nights but stayed 1 night. We quickly moved to another hotel.

Review 128:The payment process is a little odd, i havent even seen the full charge on my credit card yet and its been about a week. Wifi is pretty bad, sometimes didnt work. The pool needs to be updated and jacuzzi needs to be finished. Restaurants on site were very pricey

Review 129:Beach right outside was gorgeous. Jetskiing on site for a discounted rate. The front desk upgraded us to a partial ocean view room with a balcony which was phenomenal. Free breakfast from 8-11am. Would definitely stay here again

Review 130:The carpets in the hallways where the rooms are located are old and smell musty. They should be replaced. Also, the room sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. Our room needed better lighting. The room safe was located on the bottom shelf of a closet and you had to squat or get on the floor to open it, get valuables out or to put them in, and with the poor lighting it was annoying and frustrating. Otherwise, the room was fine and the king bed was comfortable. Our stay was for five nights. On one day we returned to our room around 4:00pm, and housekeeping was still cleaning the room. All other days the room was finished being cleaned much earlier. Building looks very old, and could use some renovating.

Review 131:Location in Sunny Isles, Florida was great and on a nice part of the beach. Everything you would need is available at the resort, so if the weather is bad or if youdon't have a car you would be fine staying at this hotel and resort. The breakfast buffet is nice and there is another restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. The all-you-can-eat lobster dinner on Wednesdays was excellent and reasonably priced at 38 US dollars. There is also a pool bar that serves food and a long fishing pier with a restaurant and bar located on the pier. Hotel staff were also nice, friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend staying here, with the knowledge that it's not a 5-star or fancy hotel/resort.

Review 132:Poor Services Is not a private prosperty everybody use the pool some pays others not Dirty room The Tiki Cabana you have to rent it too early at 8:00 a.m

Review 133:The only thing that I Like is the balcony sea view

Review 134:The hotel was under construction and my room was right next to it. The early pounding made it impossible to stay in bed part 9:00am The "free" breakfast seems to be cooked the night before so it's was always cold and very limited. Eggs. Grits. Bacon. Potatoes. Bread. Pasteliyos and Coffee. No fruits or juices. The pool and the beach are small, dirty and packed. If you go up the beach all you get is a chair. The tikis are $35. The umbrellas $15. The drinks are insanely expensive and water down. The food is the same, unless you spend lots of money on the 305 grill. As a guest you had to pay $25 to valet or $20 per day to self park and if you complain they staff tells you to find another hotel. I travel a lot and had never been charge parking to stay at a hotel. Overall I paid a lot of money for four days of being aggravated. Don't waste your time or money in this hotel

Review 135:Nothing. I could not find any redeeming qualities to this "resort"

Review 136:All the front desk staff was not as helpful, even borderline rude. Especially at night.

Review 137:Proximity to beach Number of amenities offered Wonderful decor Concierge was phenomenal

Review 138:The fact that the air in our room didn't work and had to get a box fan from the front desk. The front desk manager, Michelle refused to accommodate us for the inconvenience and ruining our stay. We booked two rooms and still had to pay for the room with no air! Waited in our room for six hours waiting for maintenance, that never showed! Extremely hot and frustrating. Not worth it! !
