Reviews for Econostudios
Review 1:Upon arrival there were lots in parking lot kids as well had trouble to even park. On top I waited over thirty minutes for someone to answer either thru office window or door. No one showed. Asked for assistant response was I don't work in the office. After waiting no one came to help me check me in after reservation was made. Took even a lil longer debating if I should wait at least to inform them why I wasn't going to stay. Homeless all around the property. Online made it seem decent. Deceived and waisted time. Kids irritated from waiting seeking for assistance. Sad. Just wanted to rest.
Review 2:The people were nice but after I checked out they called me accusing me of stealing their bedding n towels, they had forgotten taking them out upon check-in because I was using my own. Left me a v.mail threatening to call the police. The website claims they have laundry facilities but do not. And the worst thing was the infestation of cockroaches. Literally falling off ceiling on us, falling out of cabinets all over everything. Horrible eww yuck!
Review 3:The inn keepers were nice at first. The room was a nice size n had a full kitchen.
Review 4:First of all, the Knights Inn does not exist any more. they changed the name and now families are living there. you can smell robbery and aggression when you are in the building. I booked online for Nov. 29, 2014. and I used my GPS to the address. the lady said the name had changed. When I got into the room, I immediately got out and handed her back the keys. they refused to refund my money. a guy chatting with his girlfriend saw me getting into my car and asked if I were from Stockton. They know each other in the So called hotel. On the spot, I had to pay $100.75 for one night at another Hotel
Review 5:Nothing at all. no kidding.
Review 6:Other customers/guests were noisy, air con was loud and didn't really do a lot. Hoovering outside our room at weird times.
Review 7:Needed somewhere to sleep. This was a last minute booking
Review 8:There were bugs everywhere. Bedbugs and cockroaches in a lot of the rooms and when i stated i was going to check our room for them was given a room with one bed not two i didnt want other furniture brought in as i didnt know how to check sofa beds for bed bugs.
Review 9:The staff was courteous and helpful.
Review 10:Everything!!! It was a false advertisement on the website for the facilities that it advertised... It was filthy, look like a dumb, not a good neighborhood!!!!!!
Review 11:People smoking and boozing everywhere in the "no smoking" common areas, thrash and cigarette butts on hall and stairway floor, tenants a noisy low class crowd just out of the Jerry Springer show jelling till late at night. Parking lot full of junk cars some with smashed windows. Room was big but no table or bedside lamps, dated worn out furniture, fuzzy and snowy picture on the old color TV set. Definitely the worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at - and I thought I'd seen it all. Never again!
