Review 1：It was difficult to get into the building at first. Reception isn't always open.

Review 2：It was a nice room with a balcony. Great to have a hotel room with fresh air!

Review 3：Neighbors noise is directory influenced. Entrance gate is closing for security. The left side of the door is key-open system. I hope to inform me in advance.

Review 5：i went there in summer times, so there was no staff at reception, this hotel only offered a phone number. i call this number, and there was no information or record about my booking at first, it took me too much time to call again and again just to prove and provide my information to the staff to show i did booked a room...and totally wasted of my time.

Review 16：Front desk hours are limited, hotel access is complicated, rooms are tiny, WIFI didn't reach to our room. Overall look and feel of room was sub-standard, especially considering the price. Breakfast was sparse. Spend a few hundred crowns more and stay ANYWHERE else, I urge you!

Review 17：There is no staff to be found in the evening. When You have figured out, which of the many numbers glued to the front door, to call, You will be interrogated for at least 20 minutes before anyone decides to let You in from the street - in spite of a solid booking, spelling Your name etc. We would never go back and would advise others who appreciate their health not to go either - especially on a cold and rainy night.

Review 19：The OLD and SMALL tv in the room. The extra charges for extra bed (per night). When I booked the hotel I put in me and my daughter, the cost only showed my cost, not the extra bed. The extra bed cost was stated in a text, not showing as an amouth. I was cheated, and was forced to pay for the extra bed, which made me disappointed!

Review 21：1) The window was so bad the air that streamed in mad the roll curtain (heavy material!) flap loudly! It was also very cold! 2) they charged the normal price and not the one from booking, i only saw it too late!
