Review 1：Beds too high. There was road construction going on outside of the hotel; hopefully it will be done soon.
Review 2：Great location, rooms clean and nice size, friendly service. Felt welcome.
Review 3：Had to keep taking toilet tank cover off to push plunger back down after flushing. A little annoying.
Review 4：Staff was helpful. Very convenient to several good restaurants and leisurely shopping. We even went to an afternoon movie! And of course, visit to Perkins Cove and Marginal way was the best.

Review 17：I felt the room was overpriced for what it was. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors. Also, the tub in my room did not drain well so when I took a shower I was standing in sandy water! I told the front desk and asked for a room change to which they replied, it would be easier to call maintenance. I reluctantly agreed. . . it wasn't fixed.

Review 23：When I booked the room I spoked to Lisa and told her I had an elderly, handicapped person in my party and needed a 1st floor room! she assured me that she had put my reservation with such a room, but when we arrived we were told our room was on the 3rd floor! I asked for Lisa and was told she wasn't there and the room promised asked to stay on! I was given a 2nd floor rm and did help us with luggage! But it was difficult!

Review 30：The location of the Seaview Motel is great. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Ogunquit Beach, so you don't have to worry about parking. Restaurants are within walking distance as well, and the motel provides a good selection of breakfast items in the morning. There is also a Trolley pickup site right in front of the motel, so you could take the trolley system that runs all day so you won't have to walk anywhere. Overall, great location for a motel if you want to go to the beach.
Review 31：Maid service was not user friendly ie I am here to do your room whether you are ready or not; needs to understand guests are on vacation and to do their work around the guests schedule not the other way around

The room was fantastic; we were happy to have an extremely comfortable king bed and a room with hardwood floors. The hotel is within five minutes walking distance of a large variety of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely come back to stay here, and I would recommend it to others as well.

There was a settee in the reception area and a few tables outside in the open. What would you do in the rain or poor weather. We were lucky the weather was mild. Others apparently took food back to their room. The external stairs were difficult to negotiate with luggage. Our room was dark as the rear trees blocked natural light. The breakfast was only adequate.
Review 54：The receptionist was helpful with local information and suggestions when we asked. She was prompt when we reported our blocked sink and the handy man was very quick to attend. He was efficient, quickly remedied the problem, clean the bowl and apologised profusely. The village, the beach and Perkins Cove were delightful. Well worth a visit.
