Reviews for I-5 Inn

Review 1:Had to pay cash as their machine was broke. Very inconvenient. Doors to outside left open 24 hours with little to no security.

Review 2:Right next to freeway. Easy to get to.

Review 3:The only thing that I did not like was I found a long black hair in my bed and in the bathroom.

Review 4:The room was clean. And it was quite. Yes it is not in a good area but if you know where you are going it is ok.

Review 5:There were roaches in the room. The entire hall way to the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

Review 6:It was cheap and you don't need a credit card to book.

Review 7:Everything, this is a residential morel. Meth heafs smoking all night, no refridgwrator or micro wave. The managers were painting the building at 10 pm. It never slept. Just don't bother.

Review 8:Noth

Review 9:Room smells like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room.

Review 10:Tell staff bearly speak English and also was rude. But for the price what could you ask for.

Review 11:Didn't like the fact that every check out time the maid would complain that the room was left a mess. I knowing that there was never a mess left behind.

Review 12:False advertising their sign outside says $39.95 there is breakfast no ice machine and infested bad with roaches and they do not have swimming pool anymore they need to take that off their eminities the swimming is filled on with dirt.

Review 13:The only thing I liked was the price and close to work

Review 14:No ash tray n Internet. They said that had a iron in the room. I had to ask. Then the room I reserved the t v didn't work and didn't have a remote. The manager came with a remote and the t v still didn't work. He gave me another room which was better than the first. People were actually living there month to month ! I felt very mislead by the advertisement. Would not recommend it.

Review 15:Nothing

Review 16:There is no microwave, or ironing board or iron, no shampoo (I always carry my own) however, I asked front desk for an iron and they provided me with it.

Review 17:The price difference between one bed and two bed wasn't much, however "I" failed to ask for non-smoking section I'm sure there must be a section for non-smokers.

Review 18:T.V. was not working carpet was dirty as well as blankets. Very noisy. People yelling and slamming doors all night. Towels were also dirty. Lamps would turn on and off. No working phone!!!

Review 19:After paying, I walked to the hall to get to my room. On the way there, I experience a proposition from someone in the parking lot, witnessed a drug transaction in the hallway, and was greeted by some meth heads. This is the first time ever that I felt unsafe in a hotel. When I asked for my money back, I was refused. There was no way I was going to stay there!

Review 20:The only good thing about the hotel was the litter of feral kittens and their mother living by the discarded mattress and television in the parking lot.

Review 21:The staff seem a lil Unhappy to rent the room to me (a young African American Female.) It kind of upset me because I was very respectful but they were a lil rude.

Review 22:The bed was comfortable.

Review 23:With every breath i take i want to throw up the nights dinner so asked for a different room he put on the 2nd floor the putrid smell still lingering we had to open the windows and burn toilet paper and plastic bags in bath Tub to mask smell it weeks to wash the the smell out of my clothes

Review 24:The place looked very scary n I went to window and waited ten minutes for someone to come and when older man arrived to window, I asked questions and all he repeated was the price. I am not sure if he understood me. the place was a crack house and people where walking around facilities and hallway all night long. The beddings had hair land stains as if they were not washed, bed was just made.

Review 25:Nothing postive to say

Review 26:I asked for a smoking room and Thayer was going to put me in a non smoking room then when they did give me a smoking room there was no ashtray. The refrigerator didn't work

Review 27:It was easy to find and the price was right

Review 28:quiet, clean, cheap. shower was hor. i only wanted to shower and sleep

Review 29:The room was filled with sigarette smoke. The WiFi did not work.

Review 30:Dirty, lots of trash, bed had hair on the sheets

Review 31:It was cheap and last minute

Review 32:Everything

Review 37:They have roaches.. no refigerators or microwaves.. lots of shady looking people hanging around

Review 38:Cheap price... Next to freeway

Review 39:The room smelled horrible, we had dirty towels in our room. We payed but didn't even spend the night.

Review 40:There were cockroaches... I stayed 5 days n complained and they said no reimbursement.... I was killing over 5 roaches daily!

Review 41:There was no ice machine no phone and no internet

Review 42:I liked the staff was friendly and helpful

Review 43:Customer service sucks.

Review 44:The room was clean, and it was just what we needed at the time.

Review 45:Infested... with creatures you wouldn't want to hang out with Had to sleep in the tub

Review 46:Uncomfortable

Review 47:Location

Review 48:Over charged on price than what was advertized

Review 49:No one bothers you

Review 50:The swimming pool was filled with dirt. There were regular tenements.

Review 51:This facility is located on the "wrong side of the tracks." There were prostitutes in the parking lot looking for their next "John." The bed's comforter was blood stained. The carpet was dirty. The towels were very thin and one of them had what looked like razor tears making it shredded. The reservation was for two nights, but there was no cleaning service done. The Internet listing said there was a laundry facility, yet there was none. No ice machine. Totally a disaster, will not stay at this location again, nor will I endorse it.

Review 52:Only the price.

Review 53:It looks like a bad area the staff weren't the friendliest and didn't speak the best English. No refrigerator in rooms or vending machines on site.

Review 54:Easy access to freeway and the price was the cheapest.

Review 55:The first room I got had bed bugs. I told the manager and instead of refunding my money he told me I could either get another room or leave with no money refunded.

Review 56:The hotel smelled very strong of curry and the bottom level hall was left open all night. Stray cats roamed through and the carpeting was soaked a d littered with garbage. My business meeting ran a little late so I had called the front desk to let him know I was on my way. Big mistake as the owner/desk clerk went into my room. The air was turned on that's how I knew and he admitted it when confronted. He went in there only because he absolutely knew I wasn't there. How often does he do this I wonder? The place was also filthy.

Review 57:Air conditioning didn't work. Non-smoking room reeked of smoker residue Beds had beeen made up without clean sheets - had been slept in. Towels were not in room - replacements were worn badly.

Review 58:Very poor security, very poor condition, very poor service. Broken lamps in room, television did not work and had to be replaced. Hallway doors left open - had to put chair behind front door for safety. Bad location. Dogs wandering around barking. Had to complain about noisy people upstairs. Motel offers weekly rentals. Felt like we were staying in a slum.

Review 59:The handyman David was nice. Otherwise, nothing.

Review 60:It was a dump. I pulled the drawer out by the bed And the face fell on my foot. Tear it down.

Review 61:none

Review 62:nice

Review 63:HAD TO LEAVE THE SAME DAY WE CHECKED IN,NOT BECAUSE OF THE MOTEL.

Review 64:The staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were more comfortable and clean than the exterior.

Review 65:Meth addicts and prostitutes

Review 66:Scary! Just plain acary!

Review 67:Woulkd not recommend
