Review 1：Staff was very friendly and helpful. Home made donuts, coffee, and juice were a definite plus. Indoor pool and spa helped to entertain the kids on rainy days. Beach location is excellent as well as being close to a variety of stores

Review 2：Our room was by the elevator and the housekeeping closet, so we heard the cleaning staff talking on the radio and dragging garbage cans and talking as early as 7:30 am. Was too loud and annoying.

Review 5：We have stayed at Perry's for over 30 years on vacation and we have brought our children and grandchildren. Family friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, great views, love indoor pool and hot tub.

Review 6：The hotel was not fully booked - they put us in a section where construction work began at 7:30am. We had to listen to workers yelling to one another. Back up beepers on work trucks. Loud banging and noise from a truck be loaded. Complained to front desk clerk - manager would not speak to me. The answer I was given was "they were supposed to be done on Wednesday" - this was Monday morning. Very bad customer service - would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Review 10：We found Perry's to be a perfect place to 'unplug' and relax in this comfy 6 floor hotel right on the beach. Bed was very firm and pillows were firm as well that made for a good nights rest. The pools were well kept and the staff were very helpful regarding local eateries and things to do. After searching many hotels glad we settled on Perry's over the big chains, both price-wise and being right on the beach.

Review 13：Most of the staff was fantastic but it only took 2 people that when you said hi they completely ignored me. The facility is getting old and run down a bit, could use a face lift. This is a very nice place, don't let it get run dowm please.

Donuts and coffee/tea/juice in the morning were always great and the woman that made the donuts and young girl who assisted were very friendly, and kept the eating area clean and everything stocked for all that used the area to eat. Maid service was excellent also. Very clean room.

Review 24：the way the rooms weren't cleaned everyday. My kitchen was never cleaned and the sheets weren't changed when a drink was split and I asked for the room to be vacuumed because of sand and it never happened.

Review 39：Perrys has some great facilities but it's very out-dated. It was one hell of a hotel back in the 80's I assume. The staff was good, the pool is great and the rooms were clean. Our biggest complaint was the moisture in the room. We're used to the humidity, we've lived in Florida our whole lives, this was not humidity. Our clothes literally became wet if they say on the floor and our bed sheets felt cold and wet our whole stay.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with lots of mirrors and a kitchen. The variety of pools were nice, being just a few feet away from the beach. Everything was amazingly great! The costomer service was so attentive and welcoming! From front desk to house keeping to the tiki bar. Scott, Dereck and the young female (forgot her name) from the mango tiki bar were friendly and hardworking. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Room was clean, view was great, location was excellent. Outside scenery was very inviting. Can't wait to go back!

Review 78：Great beach and pools, but also lawns with chairs, tables and umbrellas so that you could stay outside even if you had enough sun. Location was near restaurants and activities but far enough out of the mainstream that it wasn't too crowded.
