Review 1：Questionable practice with resort fees, first they were included, then they were added onto my check out as incidentals? clarity should be made at check in or at booking, and flip flopping on this issue left a sour taste in my mouth.
Review 2：facilities were nice, but no hot tub??! This is the first resort like this I have ever stayed at that did not have a hot tub.
Review 3：The $20 per day resort fee was unexpected, and the golf pass it provided was not useable since it was so cold....
Review 4：Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! View was great, room was big and newly renovated, but I don't believe they all are. I will stay again I'd heading back to Havasu.
Review 5：Door lock only worked half of the time, TV's weren't functioning well, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room for that to be a major issue. I advised them at checkout and it sounded like they were going to take care of those issues.
Review 6：The rooms were very spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the lake from the back patio. A 4+ mile running path just outside the entrance to the hotel. Very quiet and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Review 9：Restaurant, bar, shop were closed due to the low season but there were plenty of restaurants in town. There was some construction work going on behind the hotel: paving the street. We didn't mind as the price was right.

Review 11：Unknowingly, we stayed at the resort during a period of major renovation. The roads entering the main part of the resort were completely dug up and undergoing grading. The resort was also repairing / replacing plumbing to a portion of the resort. Water was off all afternoon and part of the evening but the resort comped us our room rate plus resort fees and taxes for the night (a surprise and much appreciated). This is a multi-phase renovation - so ask before you go.

Review 15：The check in. We were checked in by a very rude and uninterested staff member. I had booked 2 rooms as my daughter and her fiance were traveling with us. My daughters room was up one end of the resort and ours was at the other end. People that booked in after us were put into the room next door to mine. When I went to ask why my daughter was so far away from our room, I was told that because I didn't ask for the rooms to be close together. Am I wrong to assume that if 2 rooms are booked together that they would be close to each other? After telling the staff member that I wasn't happy having my daughter so far away, she changed to room to be at least in the same building as ours.
Review 16：Great position, all rooms looking out over the water. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Review 17：There was not a good thing to say about the experience of checking in. The girl on the front counter, greeted me with a nod and put her head down, she had the worst attitude (we later found out she was running late and going to miss something for Halloween), she seperated all the rooms from 1 end of the resort to the other (when asked why she said she doesn't choose the rooms but checked the next couple in next door), she eye rolled. We gave her an hour to hopefully change her attitude and re approached her, only to have a similar experience. She did waive our resort fees because of it, however our check out the following day was just as bad. She either hates her job or people and that isn't a good first impression.

The air unit was leaking and it took two days to get a new one and the dripping sound and the wet rug was ridiculous. They only took $27 off my bill for the inconvenience. No easy access from the room to the pool. Had to walk around the entire building.

Review 66：We found the room on your site. There was a deal on it normally $170 a night and it was on a special for $129 a night. We booked a room for me and another couple. When we arrived and went to our room, we walked in in the room look nothing like the pictures that they show on the site the room is very dated the furniture looks bad, One of the beds was made and ready to go the other one had all the bedding just sitting on top of the bed is if the maids forgot to finish making the bed. The carpet had stains or marks all over the place in fact it looked like there was a couple of places where there appeared to be bloodstains as well as some gum stuck in the carpet and some smeared black marks. Very disappointing. The room also came with a balcony that overlooks the lake and in the pictures online, looked like it was a great place to just sit out relax. We didn't get the chance to however because the doorknob was broken and you couldn't go out to enjoy it. When you looked out the balcony window there was all kinds of trash and one of the sofa pillows sitting out there on the balcony. I understand why. Because nobody can get out there to get to them and obviously the help didn't care to do anything about it so they just left it. This was the first time that we've ever been to this facility and I had really high expectations because of the pictures that they have on the website showing the Nautical Resort. Looking back I would've preferred to go to Motel 6. At least my expectations would've been in line with what I dealt with. And it wouldn't cost me $165. We won't be staying there again.

Advertised kids area not open until summer. Not a place to go if looking for tranquility. Drunken, loudness, then this is your place.
Review 75：The moon on the water at night, the quiet (finally) at 6:00am when we left.
Review 76：We could hear the guests upstairs walking, using the bathroom, talking etc.. so clearly that we couldn't sleep well at night. I don't blame the guests, I believe the hotel needs to do a better job with better building material. When the upstairs guests used their flush, we felt like we were sitting under a waterfall -- it was that noisy !

Upon entering our suite we felt as if old and new odors were desperately being masked by bleach and/or some other chemicals. It took us a few days to feel less nauseous and after leaving the doors open for a few hours each day we felt that the quality of the air seemed to be better.

Review 105：room cleanliness - as others have noted. The toilette had dried urine under the lid and the room wasn't vacuumed. We found an empty bottle next to the second bed. The beds were made without blankets. The carpet was covered in water stains and this was in a renovated room. Clearly, they need to replace their housekeeping manager.

So was surprised & disappointed that it was hotel room on the second floor, not what I would say beachfront, we had no beach out of our door. We made the best of room. DEFINITION of 'Bungalow' A one-story house, cottage or cabin. Bungalows are generally small in terms of square footage.

Review 113：This is an older property and the rooms are nothing special. Looks 1990ish. They offer some perks that really are hard to use on an overnight stay. In fact, they are pretty useless on an overnight. It was not a very good value for your dollar. The reception staff was not to intelligent, up on current activities, nor pleasant either.

If you are planning on using the internet, don't count on having Wi-Fi, the wi-fi service is extemly slow and that is only when it's working. It was down over 90% of the time.

The towels for the swimming pool had several stains s where yellow instead of white and I had to sign that would pay 25 dollars for such small dirty towels.
