Review 1：Late night noise, loud talking in corridor while desperately trying to sleep in preparation for a three AM wake up call.

Review 2：Assistance given to us by staff. Breakfast. Courtesy shown us by shuttle drivers.

Review 3：The small gym has windows that face the road and parking lot, and are without shades. At night the spotlights highlight your presence there and it can feel uncomfortably conspicuous. Also, it was strangely noisy in the halls and in other rooms the night we stayed, as if there was a party going on...made it hard to sleep.

Review 4：The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle is available in the wee hours of the morning.

Review 5：Bathroom ceiling fan has extremely loud rattling noise when it is turned on. Ceiling light and fan share same switch. Very disturbing, so most of the time I left door open and preferred darkness instead of headache. I called front desk about defective bathroom fan motor, and he replied most of the rooms have that same noisy fan problem. IT'S TIME FOR MANDATORY MAINTENANCE/FAN REPAIR.

Review 7：The night manager Aaron was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me . Canceled out my room and told me to leave . Never ever been treated so poorly while spending money anywhere . You would of thought I was staying there for free.

Review 9：The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Without our asking, they gave us the wifi code. They suggested we return our rental car in the evening and offered car service from the car rental and to the airport the next morning.

Review 10：The hotel didn't have a record of our reservation and claimed that Booking.com failed to send the reservation forward to the hotel. Nevertheless, they accommodated us without issue.

Review 11：The location was excellent. The two nights before we stayed in a Rodeway Inn in New Paltz, NY and the price per night was $40 more than the Best Western. So, great value for the money! Walking distance to PVD.

We almost left an item behind, but housekeeping discovered it and got it to us before we left the building. Great customer service!!! Very convenient and reasonable option for Newport. About a 30-35 minute easy drive from downtown.

Review 30：Could not park my car for more than one night - had expected to have parking and shuttle to airport so I wouldn't have to incur an additional parking expense. Very disappointing.

Review 31：The toilet smelled so bad. I do not know why. I had to keep the door shut the couple days I was there. I am not sure if they had water damage from the snow or someone died in there. It really threw my review off. Otherwise it is kind of dingy but affordable and not a bad place to stay.
