Review 1：Perfect location for pre cruise vacation. Restaurant excellent and good value, lovely pool and fabulous views from balcony. Spacious rooms. We were thrilled with this choice and will definitely return.

Review 5：The Wi-Fi dropped a lot on iOS devices but the signal was there. It seems pretty crowded when we were leaving but it was morning Saturday, took five elevators to find one that wasn't full. Also, the luggage racks were always taken up but all fairly minimal, we loved this place!

Review 6：The location was beautiful and overall the rooms were great. We loved their game room, they had an acoustic musician playing at the pool, and you could barrow different pool/ocean items to use throughout the day. The staff was all smiles and excellent.

Review 7：Really early checkout. Check out is at 10am. However, they do let you use the facilities for the rest of the day. No breakfast options complimentary or paid.

Review 10：This property has everything a family needs for a great vacation. We had the 2 bedroom condo and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, cookware and dinnerware. Just a quick walk to the beach for an awesome day. I literally didnt need to bring anything from home. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Review 11：The only thing I could possibly comment was the fact that I couldn't check out the night before and leave keys in condo or drop box. I had to call someone to come get them. They came quickly but was leaving on early morning flight and would have liked one less thing to do that morning.

Review 13：The view from the second floor was not that great, but I'm sure higher floors would offer a nice view of the ocean. Wifi was free, but barely worked at all, at least on the second floor, worked great in the lobby. There was a TV in the master bedroom and the living room, but it would have been nice to have one in the guest bedroom.

Review 14：The 2 bedroom suite was great with a king on one side with a bathroom in the master and the 2 twin size beds on the other side of the suite (a second bathroom near the guest bedroom). The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with a full size fridge, microwave, oven/stove, dish washer and dishes. The dining/living room was a nice size, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The pool was a great distraction for the kids while we were not at the beach.

Review 15：The pots/pans should be replaced because of the Teflon scratching. Be wonderful it was anodized instead of Teflon.

Review 16：The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Including some dishwasher supplies, dishes, and basic cooking utensils. Only minor complaint is that the pots and pans were old Teflon and scratching. Would like to see that replaced. The in room washer/dryer is a huge plus!!! The staff were all super friendly and the tiki bar/pool area were some of our favorite places. The restaurant is all around a decent place to eat in Cocoa Beach. Crab legs were cooked very well.

Review 17：Nothing to do with the hotel, but make sure you have plenty change, if driving from Orlando airport to Cocoa. About 5 highway tolls each way!!

Review 18：Nice, laid back hotel with lovely heated pool. We had a big family suite, 2 bedrooms. Full kitchen, including washer and drier. Close to the beach. We rented the body boards for the kids (aged 9yrs and 7yrs) and umbrellas to use on the beach. We could borrow the hotel noodles for the pool. We were close to Brevard Zoo and Kennedy Space Centre, both well worth a visit, take a day to visit each. Kids activities the hotel provided included a visit from a local reptile zoo and for a couple of dollars, crafts for the kids (decorate a bag). We will go back next time we visit Cocoa beach.

Review 19：Upon arrival the floors were gritty from sand and very dirty. The couch had an odor to it, the chairs had stains & overall I think maintenance is needed in the units.

Review 21：How many times have you gone to a hotel that had a great website with a sad reality? Discovery Beach is the opposite! Words: luxurious, beautiful view, clean, new, large suites, great value and friendly employees. Pictures do not do it justice! You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed every moment.

Review 22：Our room on the 8th floor was so spacious for a family of 4, and being so close to the beach was amazing. There is so much to do everyday, we didn't have to or want to leave. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant on site had something for everyone. We can't wait to come back!

Review 23：10 am check out a little early for us. Mother Nature didn't cooperate (45 degrees one day), so thought about more southern destination if we come again in early January.

Review 24：Can't beat the location! Oceanfront with floor to ceiling windows in LR and Master. Watch the surfers, birds, ships and pier without having to step outside to the balcony. Pier and Ron Jon's and lots of great restaurants in close walking distance. Pier 2/10ths mile close. Pool, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, exercise room, tiki bar and restaurant all in resort. Covered parking! It was lacking nothing! We were lucky to have a rocket launch at 4:47 am while here. Viewed everything but the actual liftoff from the balcony. As for casual restaurants closeby, strongly recommend Madd Jack's Grillin' Shack. Great food. Huge portions with a California influence. The ribs, brisket and tri tip bbq were to die for! Plate sharing recommended! Rooms are spacious. Kitchen with granite is fully equipped with full-sized fridge, oven and dishwasher. Cabinets, furniture and vanities are a little out of date but are clean, comfortable and fully functional. I could live here! Well done, Booking.com! Definitely a Booking,Yeah!

Review 33：Would recommend a kid splash pool, similar to others in the area. The doors do make a wind tunnel when the sliding glass door and front door are open at the same time. We would recommend a hydrolic or similar stop to the front door to insure the safety of young children. An option for a queen sized bed in the second bedroom rather than two twins.

Upon arrival they could not find our booking (although we already paid the room via booking.com!) and we needed to give credit card details in order to get a room, on the 2nd floor, no ocean view, instead a bush on front side and back side a wall. Front office did not even apologize. Hotel could use a renovation.

Review 39：Did not like that the hotel did not provide any "free" umbrellas and chairs for the guests while relaxing at the beach. The requirement is for the guest to rent the equipment. We ended up purchasing our own umbrellas for shade while at the beach. Did not like that the shower pressure for both bathroom was too weak. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and would go back again.

Review 40：Loved the location of the resort so close to the beach and viewing the water from our balcony room. The room was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies and bathroom towels.

Review 41：The room was in amazing condition upon arrival, the staff was always polite and friendly and willing to help anyway possible. The environment was clean and great for small children to be around. You can tell the staff takes their job very seriously. Will be back next year.

We didn't try the restaurant on campus, but it had daily specials I would have loved to try. The staff was so personable and treated us like celebrities. I also really liked the price of our condo.

Review 83：I was a little apprehensive when walking to the beach as the extremely thick vegetation had grown above my head. From the balcony we noticed an animal or two lurking about. Fortunately it was only a stretch of maybe 30 feet to get to the access bridge where we could then see the beach.

Review 84：The condo was perfectly updated and spacious so much so that I wanted to remodel my kitchen when we got home. The view of the ocean, and pier was outstanding. With binoculars we could see barges and cruise ships, and even the NASA building. The walking proximity to restaurants, the pier, and the grocery store gave us all the dining and entertainment options we could ask for without moving the car. The fitness center had all of the perfect pieces. The pool activities and movies gave my girls many things to look forward to each day. Definitely a value for the money. We will return!

The pool was great, too...nice and warm, even though the weather was not that great. And the hot tub was nice, too! The staff were really helpful...they even mailed a sweater we had forgotten to our subsequent hotel, which saved us a lot of hassle. I have stayed at many hotels that would have just said that they didn't find the sweater...

Review 110：The quality of the acommodation is outstanding for the money paid! It is no compare to hotels of the same price range at all! And I could say it is much better than most of the hotel in highr price range. The apartments are very spacious, clean, all with the ocean view. All the equipment in the kitchen works perfectly, bed and matrasses are very good quality, all bed sheets and duvets are also great! we had room 820! probably the best one in the whole place, corner balcony with the ocean and pier view at the same time! This place is a blast!

Review 114：Fabulous comes close-the location is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Staff was beyond acommodating. The studio was great-we could see and hear the ocean from the balcony all the time. The restaurant and bar was very good (Lacy you are great). And the beach! How do you describe warm water,great waves, white sand and miles of beach with only a few people? I never rave but this place is well worth it!

Review 115：On Friday night, the outdoor tiki bar had live music just below our condo. They turned the music off promptly at 10, but our three small children go to bed well before 10. It was too loud for them to sleep in their own bedroom, so we had to let them fall asleep in our bedroom (which wasn't as loud). Not a big deal--just a little annoying.

Review 116：We got a two-bedroom condo and found it extremely spacious and comfortable. Great beds and pillows; well-stocked kitchen; and a fabulous view of the ocean from our front balcony! The condo was on the corner and was bright and very spacious. The hotel is right on the beach--there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand--the pool is very warm and clean--and the hotel is in a good location, near a big grocery store and within a short walk of the pier.

Review 117：We are not used to tiled floors. Some area rugs or runners would be nice in the rooms. The shower door and floor could be cleaned better or replaced. Paint moldings that were abused from guests. Would be great to have the pool on the ocean side and get rid of all the greenery. Did not like the appearance of the ocean front.

Review 119：I think they could offer breakfast, as they are so big and as a resort I don't understand why not breakfast. They could also have services like information staff and programmes in the hotel during the week end.
