Review 1：No water pressure, I had the water running on warm and then it would be burning hot and then freezing cold while I was trying to bath my 1 yr old daughter!! The room floors were dirty. We had to ask for extra towels in the AM and the maid service knocked lightly once at the door in the afternoon and immediately opened the door while my husband was sleeping. The 2 room beside of us the people were so loud until 2am and we had to get up at 5am.

Review 3：Booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout. I had two full beds and a couch that wouldn't pull out. Only booked here because of indoor pool, but someone dropped a deuce in it, so no swimming...beds were way too small and uncomfortable. Pillows were hard. Not enough towels.people were driving up and down the beach which made it unsafe to enjoy the beach. One of the mattresses had red, brown, and black spotted stains and had an unpleasant smell.

Selection of pots and pans for a family was rediculous. My family was large enough to book two rooms, and I booked them both at the same time, but when we got there our rooms were as far away as they could possibly get and on two different floors!

Review 18：The bed wasn't comfortable. The pillows were thin, we had to ask for extras. The towels were like sandpaper and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. Little things that are easily fixed and would make a big difference in comfort.

As if that wasn't bad enough, it: - wasn't very clean & the kitchenette stovetop was in disrepair - wasn't stocked with enough towels (4 sets even though it was supposed to sleep 6) AND you had to check out pool towels from the reception desk - had a sofa / sofa bed that was COMPLETELY worn out & didn't function properly AND there were no linens or pillows provided for the sofa bed, even if it had worked properly - did not have any coffee for the coffee maker

Review 26：not convienient to much choice of restaurants or shopping. kept seeing bugs that I don't believe were palmeto bugs, I believed to be roaches (because one emerged from the sink, and they both appeared from the dark when the light was turned on) in the room two nights in a row. One bug, each night, both times adult bugs (very worrisome. I think price was too high for what was offered.

Review 55：The restaurant for breakfast was run by a women on drugs total out of her mine. Flipped pancakes and then tried to serv them before they even cooked. The customer was screaming. No put them back on the grill. That was only one of the issue that I witness in the restaurant. This could hurt the hotel business need to make major changes before it is shut down or someone gets seriously hurt.

Review 60：We specifically asked for a room with one king sized bed. We booked through booking.com as a king sized bed room and when we checked in we got a room with 2 beds. We always travel with our children, but his trip was just my husband and I as we were celebrating our anniversary. Upon check in we got a room with 2 beds. When we went to the front desk to remedy the situation we were told because we booked through a "third party", booking.com we were not guaranteed our room request. BIG let down for my husband and I!

Review 61：Loved the pool and outside area! It was a tropical setting at the hotel and you were also right on the beach. The hammocks were the best!!

Review 66：Tile floor never did feel clean. We put towels on the floor to clean our feet off before getting into bed. Started just wearing shoes and did not put the baby (1yr old) down on the floor. Kept her in pack n play or wagon.

Review 67：Weekday room staff friendly. We had one young lady on staff on weekend jamming to her personal music device who just handed us a couple of towels and kept going. Obviously not happy to be there. But the lady who helped us on other days, seemed to be a team leader and very friendly and helpful. Wish I had gotten her name to give her the credit she derserves! Loved in inside pool, and loved view of our room on the south end, overlooking the beach!

Review 68：Poor maid service floor was tile stayed wet most of the time the floor was not swept during our 4 day stay we had no place to put our luggage when ask we were told there were no table or nothing we could get had no couch so we had to use floor we were to have studio room . The worse breakfast ever could never get a luggage carrier coming or going ask if they would call when one arrived they said we dont do that you will have to sit in lobby and wait I did for over 25 min and left took towels from room did not leave any had to wait for them to do laundry and return them so if you need to wipe hands or shower you were out of luck the inn and location was great but the service was the worst the glass doors were so hard to open and close we had to push with all our strength took two of us when we told them we were told we know no one ever even cane and looked at them

There was no complimentary anything, for kitchen! (Coffee packets)etc. The hotel needs TLC. A lot of rust in closet door tracks, safe etc. Very tacky over all. Never again!

Review 79：The room was terrible. We had an oceanfront studio which was dirty. There was dried up food on the walls, dead bugs on the floor. Ants crawling on the kitchenette counter. Beds were noisy & uncomfortable. The linens were dingy & had spots of blood & holes. We didnt take anything out of our luggage. The water pressure in the shower was ridiculous- for birds to bathe. Also, there was no coffee packets in the room. I have stayed in lots of places including motels & there is ALWAYS coffee provided for the morning. This place really needs an internal do over!!! Big time!! Also, since its called the Hawaaiin Inn, maybe provide leis to all the guests upon check in.

Review 80：We loved the location right on the beach & our view of the water was amazing!! The pool overlooking the beach was very nice & the pool was clean. Music & poolside drink service was good.

Review 81：Long walk to get to room, fridge dial broken. Air condition did not work, room stayed at above 80 degrees, rusty lamp shades, dirty bath, tub, closet hard to close rusty hinges, rusty microwave, sheets did not fit.

Review 85：I requested to have my sheets changed twice and both times they were not. The housekeeper did a poor job cleaning the room. This hotel doesn't offer pool towels or beach chairs which was cheap. The staff were no where to be found after about 5pm. We called down to request more towels and there was no one to deliver them to us at 6:30. The wifi was horrible. The water in the shower was never regulated, it would switch from hot to cold at random times during our showers.

Review 86：The location was excellent. The room was very spacious. The view was incredible, plenty of food options around, attractions were great and close by to the hotel. Very well themed Hawaiian decorations.

Review 87：Furniture seemed too big for the room. Shower/tub selector valve didn't shut off the tub spout completely very hot water leaked on my feet. Carpet in bad shape. Needed some TLC ie half inch plus gap at bottom of entrance door broken plaster around door frame, AC condensation dripping in room hall MAJOR PROBLEM Was that walking on the floor/carpet for just a few minutes would make the souls of my feet black not just dirty but BLACK.

The outdoor pool area was a fun place to hang out andthey also offered music, sometimes even having a dj or band. Peoplewalked past our hotel and looked on at our parade of fun. Pool being 24hours was a huge plus.

The air vents are so clogged they were furry. Don't attempt to sleep in the beds as the mattresses have had so much wear you would do damage to your back (as I have). The pull out is just as warped. This room is not only tired decoratively it is unhygienic. We have travelled a lot and I have never been so insulted by any accommodation offered to us, the worst thing is we actually paid a high rate for this torture! The owner sure did see us coming.
