Review 1：1. When I checked in the girl at the desk was eating (food all over the desk) and talking on her cell phone. I felt like I was interrupting. No pleasant greeting ,seemed bothered I interrupted her. 2. Arranged for airport transportation at 6:10 am , arrived at 6 am, desk agent said he'd be back in a few minutes , at 6:15 I asked where the van was and he tried to contact driver, no response. At 6:30 I TOLD desk Clerk to call a Cab, At 6:33 van showed up.

Review 3：I checked in and they charged me for 4 nights and I only wanted 1 night because I was not sure and there was NO hot water after I have been traveling all day.

Review 4：I needed a wake up call and then a shuttle to the airport. Both were gladly supplied at my time. The room was clean and neat. I was very comfortable for the night. I would readily stay there in the future.

Review 5：My booking got seriously messed up cuz I edited my date of travel and you guys didn't tell my destination so I got charged for a day I didn't spend there and now I'm batteling with my bank to fix it.

Review 10：Walls are very thin. A lot of noise and loud slamming doors. Neighbor a bit sketchy but a short walk to the airport terminal next door.

Review 14：I modified the booking in advance of stay from 2 nights to 1 through Booking.com. At check out the clerk disputed this and would not let us leave without billing us for 2 nights. Using their computer I was able to locate the modifying email, but clerk insisted I print it on their (defective) printer. All in all this held us up about 20 minutes and was unpleasant. Finally was allowed to pay for one night only.

Review 16：Broken toaster for 10 days, needs towel rack over lavratory, electrical fo lamp was strung across ottoman into lavratory plug in. Nothing too serious.

Review 18：One check in clerk who was overworked with lines of people to check in. Was the only motel/hotel that wasn't solidly booked and a last chance. Room was very small and not worth the price paid. A general remodel is very much in order.

Review 20：My room had no lamp on the night table, so I had to get out of bed to turn off the light! Also, the bathroom towel rack was completely out of reach of the shower. Very poor arrangement.

Review 26：Front desk staff was a little bit off. She did not give us our room number verbally and you could not read the number she wrote on the card. She seemed out of her element. A little bit overwhelmed. Parking was not the best. Big bus parked and blocked in a large amount of cars and staff did nothing to remedy situation.

Review 28：1st room the A/C didn't work so they gave us a room that even though the hotel is non smoking had cigarette burn in the carpet. They charged my card when at check-in I specifically said I was going to pay cash at check-out. We ate breakfast at our relatives hotel because we couldn't get close to the dinning room because of other guest lack of disabled parking as I am 100% handicapped and the outside door leading to the parking garage didn't lock so any one could access the hotel

Review 32：Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! And the staff were pleasant and helpful. Especially the breakfast crew. I wish I knew some of their names but the woman who was making the waffles was wicked sweet to me and my young son.

Review 33：The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant odor. There were visible signs of what appeared to be mildew around the upper parts of the wall where the walls and ceilings met. Small flying insects gathered around the lights over the sink.

Review 41：I needed a place quick as my flight was delayed in Chicago by 5 hours. I landed in Providence at 12:15 am. I am glad it was around the corner. I got to the hotel via the shuttle at 1:00am. When I got to my room and pulled back the sheets, there was a plastic water bottle cap and staple in the bedsheets. It was obvious it was not cleaned. I was too tired to care and slept on the couch in the room. I went to checkout the next morning and carried the staple and bottle cap to the desk. The clerk had told me that she already checked me out before I even got to the desk. She gave me 50% off my room. It should have been no charge.

Review 65：The room had an awful odor - like dead fish!! I wanted a room change and they said they were totally booked! So they gave us a spray bottle of something to help. I could not sleep with the smell - could not open the window because there was no screen. The next day I asked for a room change and they gave us a much nicer room. I asked to speak with a supervisor - not available but the young lady at the desk told me she would call me - Today is Tuesday - not heard anything. I called yesterday and left a voicemail to please call me - no call yet!!! I do not feel that is good service - I expect compensation for our first night there! The young man they sent to "spray" the room was very personable and he agreed with me about the smell - thank goodness for him!! Unfortunately no one else has been as responsive as him. I'm originally from the area so location was convenient for all the events I was going to. Multiple pillow options were provided which was nice.

Everyone took extra from the only meal they served. They should offer something even if they sold it, knowing they were going to get a blizzard three days in advance! Nothing was done.

Review 87：My perspective, I'm a Captain for a major US Airline, I live in hotels. We would not approve this property as a layover hotel. Facilities are worn. The air freshener in the lobby was over powering, what was it covering? Had cracked tile in the bathroom. Mold around tube. Rooms have sink in room outside the bathroom so you disturb you spouse. We stayed 2 nights, we left at 11AM and our room was not made up when we returned at 4:45, the maid in the hall gave us towels after we asked for them.

Review 93：I had a king non-smoking room. The room was spacious and clean. It also was surprisingly quiet. I didn't hear the airplanes at all!

Review 94：Nightclub close by, so music drowned out TV. A fight ensued later (2:15am) & police arrived. Walls so thin that we heard couple in next room talking/arguing most of the night; that is, until they had sex loudly and we banged on the wall. We would have liked a refund but no manager was available. Will not go back to this hotel.

Review 96：The room had a strong mold odor. The wall paper around the sink was covered in black dots--mold from moisture??? The air from the air conditioner was very musty smelling. Ended up having to have the window open as little as it would open to breath. The computer and printer business desk has no light--the printer was out of ink with none to be found so we had to wait for the desk attendant to print our tickets.

Review 106：Property is in need of investment. Our shower didn't work at all, and bath was barely luke-warm. Shower in fitness center is intentionally disabled. They put us in a second room that hadn't been cleaned and had wet towels on floor. Without checking. Keys that were keyed would not open doors. And so on. No one told us that shower couldn't be fixed. We found out when we saw disassembled parts all over the bathroom on our return. The maintenance guy seemed overwhelmed on many fronts. Check out your room thoroughly before you move into it.

Review 107：Pet friendly. Truly. Staff are decent, kind people who want to do the right thing. They work hard and like one another, and try to help guests. Internet is free, and it functions. Morning breakfast is well attended and staff work hard to please.

Review 109：We attended the Newport Folk Festival and the hotel was only 30 minutes away. Breakfast was free in the morning and the rooms were clean and quiet. We will be back!

Review 110：Shuttle is shared with Sheraton and we had to wait 45 minutes to get transport. For some reason we got a wake up call at 5:45 AM that we did not request, just two hours after going to sleep. Our first assigned room had malfunctioning AC, and for some unknown reason all hotels think it is OK to provide a sheet and down comforter meaning you can leave the noisy AC on all night or alternately sweat or freeze, no intermediate alternative offered. It is summertime, all that is needed is a sheet and a cotton blanket. This is not rocket science.
