Review 1：Room next to the road. Outside light very bright. Garage trucks at 4:15 a.m. every day.

Review 2：The motel was close to everything we had planned for our stay

Review 3：The heater blows the drapes away from the window. Also, the door key is the old fashion type (a real key). My door knob was a little sticky, so much so that the key felt like it was under stress.

Review 5：There's only two rooms that actually have lake view are on the end of the motel...one upstairs one downstairs, the rest faces quest parking lot and the back of another hotel so cautious on advertising "lake view". The only handicap room faces London Bridge Road which was very noisy from inside our room with heavy traffic. There was not a Tea/Coffee maker in the room which was advertised. The handicap walk-in shower with a shower chair was nice but it needs a wand hand sprayer instead a head shower. The shower tiles need a little updating or re-chalking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the price.

Review 6：We were fortunate to get the only handicap room with a Super King size bed which was so comfortable. We liked refrig, microwave, flat screen TV and free WIFI. The staff was the best, helpful, friendly and always accommodating. The room was clean and the price was right for our budget being on the London Bridge Road locale. Liked the short distance to London Bridge.

Review 7：After searching online for alternate weekends, i noticed that, due to its proximity of the event i attended .the prices of rooms almost doubled on that weekend compared to others.

Review 10：The bed was a little too firm.

Review 11：We were there to see the "Lighted Boat Parade" and the location was perfect. We just walked a short distance, put down our chairs and enjoyed. We also had a room with a fairly good view of the lake. Lots of places to eat and things to do near by. Cost was great, motel was clean, staff friendly. Sheets and towels were good quality.

Review 12：At first we were given a room right next to the road with one bed. We had requested a downstairs with two queen beds. On the third try we had to go to the second floor. I am handicapped. The room was ok except for ants in the bathroom and very uncomfortable pillows.the sound on the t.v. was bad.

Review 13：There was a huge group of motorcyclists that were staying at the same time. They were in the pool most of the afternoon and then when we were leaving the next morning, they were all standing in the parking lot conversing. They really should have just booked the entire motel...they acted as though they owned it!

Review 15：We liked that it was at a walking distance from the bridge and the shops by the lake. The rooms were clean and really fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful and overall our family had a good experience.

Review 16：My husband went to the front desk to get more toilet paper as we had run out. The attendant questioned our need for more and went on to tell my husband not to use too much, don't clog the toilet now please. What? We also needed more towels after taking kids swimming. Same front desk attendant questioned our need for more towels and told us not to steal them. Are you kidding me?! My expectations weren't high for the quality of the room, it's a motel. Small room nothing special. The customer service was a joke. Never again would I stay there.

Review 17：On the map it looks like this motel is lake side but there is a fenced property between you and the lake. Also the air conditioning in this place sounds like a helicopter taking off. Not a good thing if it is 35 degrees outside. Not a comfortable night.

Review 18：The chekc in was really quick and teh receptionist was very helpful in finding a great restaurant for dinner.

Review 19：The rooms are old and outdated. We had a problem with ants in our room. The parking for a larger pickup and trailer was a problem.

Review 25：My only complaints were:1) no hooks on back of toilet door for pjs or nities; limited hangers on racks. 2) no light over bed on left side (facing) where phone is (so had to read on other side altho' I sleep on that side) but there is a light over the small table at the window on that side. 3) also need another wastebasket in main room. Minor things.

Review 26：Had asked for lake view if possible so they gave me #218 upstairs and I did have a super view of the lake and bridge channel at far end of their lot outside the nice pool. As sadly coffee makers seemed to have been taken they served coffee in the lobby; no big deal except for the climb up & down the stairs.. Had micro & adequate fridge. They also offer a free ferry ride to Havasu Landing if you want to spend a couple of hours coming & going.(Not sure if you can just ride over and return.) Also, great restaurant just across the street. Would return here. Good convenient location.

Review 27：the beds need to be severely upgraded. One was mushy, and the other one was hard.

Review 28：I love the staff, they were so sweet, we talked to them for a long time. And our room was awesome, she gave us a corner room with the Riverview, and we had a kitchenette. And the shower was phenomenal! And it was a very quiet room, surprisingly.

Review 29：There is a alley behind the hotel that I could of parked but it was a little to dark I would have rather parked there instead of taking the boat off my truck and pushing it into a spot and parking my truck next to the boat if it was lit up better thank you

Review 32：You can walk to a number of restaurants and the lake from motel. Rooms are clean and have everything we needed for our stay and staff is really nice.

Review 33：The only weird thing that happened was when someone (looked like an electrician/plumber) knocked on my door at 10 in the morning with one of the hotel staff members because they were going to check the toilet in the room. They apologized though and left until I checked out.

Review 34：I really liked the friendliness of the staff! There was a mix up about how many beds I booked (2 beds instead of 1) but they were very accommodating with extra sheets, blankets, and towels. I appreciated that very much! I would just suggest putting preview pictures of the room you would be getting to make it less confusing before you book it on website...in order to prevent future confusion

Review 35：We arrived later than the office hours, but they have arranged the key for us. It was a standard motel with no big dislikes. Close to water and shopping nearby is available. we got lots of advise at the reception on where to go and what to check out nearby.

Review 41：We had a nice room with a view of the lake just over the office. Both women in the office were very helpful and we walked down to London Bridge. For $2 we took a ferry ride across the lake. Do ask at the Bridgewater for coupons to ride for free however. No problem with wi-fi.

Review 42：Bed/ sheets/ pillows are not luxury quality . One and only thing that's not perfect about this hotel. Price is right though. If you want those things you can pay triple the price at another hotel.

Review 50：We had a room between 2 rooms of kids. Smoking outside of rooms would bring the smoke into our room through the h/vac.The doors have no seals so very noisy in our room. Car horns, kids running back and forth past our door, lots of f-bombs. Nobody ever considered moving us to a room away from the hell-raisers. We got to the room and were greeted with a plugged toilet that they simply turned of the water. Had to move to another room for our first night. We will never stay here again!

The front desk lady had our room away from the madness that is college kids on break. The water pressure in the shower is awesome. The grounds were clean, the room was clean, no weird odors anywhere.

Review 63：The tv wasn't very good it was a lot of snow. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet taking off. The facilities were old and needed updating. Windows couldn't shut well and the door had a crack where you could see people passing by. The staff didn't seem to know much about the acttivities and surrounding areas.

Review 79：No access to lake - gate with sign saying "fee required." If the local state parks want to charge a fee for using the facilities, they should charge some sort of resort tax. The Lake Havasu canal could be such a nice feature of the area with a nice pedestrian walkway with good restaurants, shops and bars, but now it is just a disappointingly tacky area surrounded by a couple of unwelcoming gated resorts.

Review 81：I requested a room for a disabled person. The shower was totally unsafe for a disabled person. Even a person in a wheelchair would need the use of properly placed grab bars or a safety rail to assist with balance when adjusting the position of their body.

Review 86：the only complaint I would have is that everybody could see through our window & the ceiling fan which is crucial for cooling could not be used as it was shaking so bad I felt like it would injure us severely in our sleep by falling on us. and I did not see any but my girl swears that there were many cockroaches in the middle of the night although she called them baby cockroaches and I never saw them. But I'm not 1 to call my wife a liar.

Review 87：the staff was super friendly and excellent and very helpful. They are desert people so they're very different from city folk and you need to understand this when coming here. If you do not understand then you're coming to the wrong city and you should not be visiting you are a guest in their city.

Review 89：The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The room was a little on the small side with 4 people and all our stuff but at least the air conditioning worked fantastic. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was an added bonus. The motel is in a great location. We walked to In n Out for dinner but there were several choice close by. All in all a great stay.
