Review 1：I loved everything and they made my daughter feel so special for her birthday she really had a chance to enjoy herself thanks the shows was wonderful.

Review 2：Uncomfortable beds, dirty bathrooms that were run down. Musty smelling room. No character painting in rooms as advertised. Horrible customer service at food service areas. I would happily pay $75 a night for this resort, but certainly not $150.

Review 7：We like the hotel facilities. It has a pool with slides and water plays, as well as jacuzzi adjacent to the pool. Kids will love to see their favorite Nick characters, since my son is a fan of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Paw Patrol..

Review 10：In December / January the water for the water slides should be heated like the pool water , the slide water is just too too cold Pool and jacuzzi are nicely heated , not all suites have stowe burners ( I brought frying pan for eggs and wasn't able to fry them ) but microwave and fridge saved the day because I had milk cereal and hotdogs Sofa is not clean in the living room

Review 19：Once you stepped outside the room the place was nasty. Chewed food(?) sat on the banister outside our room from the moment we checked in until after we left. Trash all over pool deck area. Staff were constantly walking around pushing trash/housekeeping carts but nothing seemed to change. The one elevator was super slow and you could never get on since the staff and carts were having to use it also. Offered an up charge for pool view, was absolutely worthless, no balcony on pool side would have to stand outside our door to watch pool area.

Review 20：The rooms seemed a bit outdated but clean.

Review 21：We originally planned to stay 3 nights. Arrived around 11 PM, upon stepping into our room, there was a strong musty, stale stench. Looked like we stepped into an 80s motel room. Stains on the chair, couch, and walls. Everything just looks outdated and dirty. We went to the front desk and asked to be switched to another room. They showed us 3 rooms and allowed us to choose, the rooms all had the same stale, wet smell. We chose the least smelling one to sleep until the morning. Called the front desk, requested additional pillows and blankets. After an hour of waiting, decided they probably forgot and we went to sleep. Around 2:30-3 AM, we woke up to a knock on the door. Not only did it took them a long time to get us what we requested, they even got our request wrong. We got blankets, but no pillows... Instead of pillows, we got bath towels. Too tired to correct them, we just accepted it. We checked out the next day and found a 100% better resort to stay for the remaining 2 nights.

Review 22：The only good thing is the location.

Review 23：Check in time. We took our two grandsons and wanted to check in around 11-12 and was told that check in wasn't until 4PM. I would have gone to a Disney hotel if I knew that. We were able to get in around 2:30 which was past the nap time.

Review 25：Have Deen going here with family for last 5 years and had great experience until this last time. Now the place is falling apart bed was broken and some how it turn into my fault for not see it earlier. Got to love management. Needless to say I will not be going back there are plenty of other places to go that would be happy to have us.

Review 26：My wife called to have housekeeping clean the bathroom and they never did. She took it upon herself to go to Walmart get some bleach and do so. There was MILDEW around the faucet in the bathtub?

Needless to say we checked out at 1am with a 5 year old an they wanted to charge me do that stay aimxe my checkout was at 1am! After being late to the Halloween event atagiv kingdom from having to pack up to move our room first time thenro return to pack again an find new place at 1am I would never recommend this place or tell anyone else to return!!

Review 33：When I got there my room wasn't ready I checked in at 4pm I got my room 30min later it rained and the pool was closed and the next day my room key was turned off at 11am when check out was to be at 12pm I asked for later check out and I was told it would be 50$ per hour and my kids didn't get to play on the pool due to weather and nothing was given to compensate the issue the time lost cause I was told we had to be off the property at 1pm or I would be charged for another day.

Review 38：At the Lagoons bar I did like how rude Katie was with my mother I work for Hampton in Lakeland on the south side, so may I say her customer service was horrible... she's a pretty disrespectful person, and needs more customer service skill.... my mother brought a drink the day before and the man that was there he asked what toppings we wanted on our drinks... one was gummy worms,, the next day my mother got the same drink and ask Katie for some gummy worms to go on there Katie said NO! There for kids and told my mother to go next door to the store and she can buy a bag from there.... Wow she finally gave her one but slammed it down on my mother's drink... At my job I told my Gm and other managers about it when I got back to work, to tell a guest NO and rude with an attitude... Will get you out the door.. she really has no business in customer service I'm sorry but Katie really don't....

I just felt that my kids would have had a great time here but now I wish I could of booked with my company. Not happy at all!

Review 52：The room was damp the entire week..The housekeeper cleaned the room, but left no clean towels therefore I had to call the front desk..The housekeeper cleaned the room at 7pm when we had a long day and wanted to shower.. We had to wait outside the room until she was done cleaning.. The faucet in the bathroom didn't have a good flow of water.. This was the worst hotel I ever rented..

Review 54：The room was filthy, the floors turned my son's feet black, the couches were sticky dirty, and there were clothes from a previous hotel guest sill in the bed (sheets obviously were not changed). Clld and spoke with management and received a $50 credit, so a $50 deduction from the $274 a night.

Review 56：characters(ninja turtles) only available on certain days, and not available at all times. we never got to see the turtles, which was our primary reason for going. beds and sheets extremely uncomfortable and there was an empty pizza box and some garbage out on the pathway outside the door for several hours.

Update property decor with current nickleodon Characters. Offer a day care or sitter service for adults. Update hotel webpage with current terms (meaning i wanted family that was visiting us to use hotel ammendities with us and they couldn't but that wasnt stated on website) parking cost would seem more resonable at $10daily. Need more options for shuttle service.

Review 59：pools and playground for kids was fantastic. Great size for a two bedroom. Location was great foe communting to other orlando attractions.

The smaller side pool closes too early making the main pool overly crowed at night. The water slides close too early and open too late to be able to go on if you are only staying for the night. Food and drinks are horribly overpriced. I paid 26 dollars for two mixed drinks in a plastic cup.

Staff on restaurant desk were rude & unhelpful although one lady was very helpful. Rooms run down and in need of an urgent update. Although wiping what ever was smeared on the wall in the children's bedroom would have been a good start. It felt generally really grubby! As for the kitchen, it was dirty & the fridge even when turned completely off it froze everything?

Review 114：Mildew in the bathroom, bugs on the walls, lumpy bed. Basically a neat idea, just quite dated and in need of a serious make over! Couldn't really enjoy the room as it felt quite dirty, it should also be noted that EVERY room has bunk beds, not two queens as we thought we had booked. Sorry we won't be back, too bad I thought it would be great for the grandkids.

Review 116：Alot of extras covered by resort fees were not at times to be taken advantage of when doing other attractions in the area. Shuttle times were not so that parks could be enjoyed and hotel events and pool times were not where they could be enjoyed if going to parks.

Review 123：This was our second stay at this hotel, the last one we visited was in 2008 when we stayed for a month with our then 2 children who were 8 & 9 at the time, this time we came back with them and they are now 15 & 16 and we also brought our 5 year old too. The kids all loved the arcade and we enjoyed the family friendly relaxed atmosphere. The kitchenette was very useful as we shopped in Walmart for snacks for evenings when we were too exhausted to go out to eat, we also ordered pizza delivers to our room from the onsite pizza place which was excellent. We used the self service laundry facilities on more than one occasion after getting wet on water rides at the amusement parks and after our 5 year old got messy. This is so much easier than staying in a hotel room:

Review 124：The on site laundry areas were dirty. Machines were broken and they never had laundry soap in any of the machines. The" Free WiFi" is horrible. Doesn't let you access anything. They want you to sign up for their premium WiFi which is expensive. The rooms need to update some of the furnishings.

Booking.com said that I would be paying 209 for a total of 2 nights which actually turned into 346 after ALL THE HIDDEN FEES. Very upset. Review 137：The room was filthy, the couch and side chairs were dirty, the pull out mattress was stained and dirty the wall paper seams were pulling apart with 1/2" gap. Place is run down not up to Disney standards which you have to be if you are fighting for entrainment dollars
