Review 1：Style of rooms dated.. Bedrooms overlook corridor. Somehow wasn't a deal breaker. General space of accommodation great and out balcony had a a ea view.

Review 2：Great family hotel. You can walk out on to the beach. It has a small soft play and mini arcade room. We had a large. 2 bed suite with fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed travelling with 3 small children. Pleasant stay. It is a tad dated and very early 90's - but we felt comfortable here and would stay again. They didn't seem to have room cleaning or room service - but value for money wise it was great. There is a Publix supermarket close by for groceries. Restaurant wise we ate a Florida seafood and fish lips. Not haute cuisine but nice and friendly. Decent seafood. We took kids to the Kennedy space centre too. A really good day out.

Review 5：The bedroom with the two double beds never cooled off. My son was sweating every night. He told the front desk and they gave him a box fan. It didn't help. It's unfortunate that we ran into this. Everything else was 5 star.

Review 7：Bed pillows are too soft for the firm beds. Although we didn't use it, having the swimming pool in the front of the property next to the parking lot was a turn off.

Review 9：Although there was nothing wrong with the decor it did appear a bit dated. However, it was just as clean as all the other places we had stayed in on our tour.

Review 10：Our two bed apartment for the two of us was huge. The bedrooms were a good size as were the two bathrooms. It had a very useful kitchen and the living area was large. The washing machine and dryer were a great help after our two week tour ! A real home from home and a great choice for a family staying a week or even longer.

Review 12：Unit wAs large and very well appointed. Clean and updated. We had a full beach view. Entire property was very well maintained. Elevators were large and prompt. The only problem was parking. Sometimes it was hard to find a spot that wasn't far away.

And lastly ,the parking(under cover) was most excellent .We would return often if it was closer,but maybe once a year will have to do..

Review 16：Very large Cock roach in Master bedroom. Rooms are a little older and dated. Our sliding glass doors didn't lock either in the bedroom. I felt the room was pricey compared to newer resorts of same size rooms. I also did not like that there is no food on the premises. You have to leave to eat every meal. A small café or continental breakfast would be nice.

Review 18：When I book through it ocean front. But it was ocean view that you had lean out to see the ocean. Will not book this again...couch bed was not good at all.

Review 19：Not much of an ocean view.Floors were dirty. No shampoo or coffee (they stated they only supply it if asked). Hated that the bedroom windows opened up to the hall where everyone walks. Had to have someone come up to explain how to work TV, and fix safe for valuables. Check out lady never said anything except "here is your bill, do you want it charged on the card here".

The only resturantin the complex is Mexican, it does not serve any breakfast. The foodserved in this Mexican resturant in the evening's I can onlydiscribe as terrible. Ocean view room is in fact on the side of thebuilding so you have to crook your kneck round the side of the balconyto actually get a view of it. Guests wishing a real ocean view shouldbook the Ocean Front rooms before you go these are the real deal. Theywill not let you upgrade your room when you arrive if you have bookedthrough booking.com.

Review 30：Cocoa Beach itself is nothing to write home about unless you are into beach/surfing activities. However we didn't have time to go on any alligator/manatee trips, which looked good. But we did go to nearby Kennedy Space Center - which was superb! We arrived shortly after opening at 9am and didn't leave until closing at 7pm, and would have stayed longer if we could. This is definitely a must see if you are anywhere near Cocoa Beach.

Review 31：Huge rooms and beds, with fantastic kitchen facilities (incl dishwasher, washing machine & drier). We had an ocean view room on 7th floor, and the view didn't disappoint! The pool was good, and there was also a games room and movie theatre for the kids. All in all, we thought it was super value for money.

Review 44：Found the desk staff to be curt and unapproachable, not courteous or concerned at all about the guest. Not a good first impression for us at all. Also, felt it was rather laborious to take an inventory of every single solitary item in the condo or risk a charge if an item was not accounted for after check out. Requested an ocean view upper level when reserving and again at check in. Recieved upper level but not ocean view. Was not told it would not be ocean view. That was very disappointing. Couch and upholstered chair needed cleaning, so we sat on towels.

Review 45：Two bathrooms with doored showers, not curtains. Pool with entertainment. Beautiful access to the beach and photo worthy. Property is well maintained. Great pool, hot tub, activities for children and teens, spacious accommodations with large comfortable bed. Open floorplan so cooking does not isolate you from your family or friends. Icemaker in freezer!

Review 55：From the moment you walk in, you don't feel like a guest. You feel right at home. Staff was super friendly. Room was exceptional and everything was very up to date and very clean. Our refrigerator wasn't working when we got there and there was no questions, within 15-30 minutes a new refrigerator was brought to us. No arguments. I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Cocoa Beach!!

Review 66：There is only one restaurant on the property and it isn't even open for breakfast. One of our children lost their pool band and we had to pay for another one. We forgot to buy coffee at the grocery store and we were charged for a small single package at the front desk. The room was supposed to be an ocean view room. You would have to wrench your neck from the balcony to see the ocean. It should be called neighboring hotel view and parking lot view. We will not be returning there.

Review 67：One morning a group of older women doing water aerobics told my daughter that kids couldn't use one side of the pool. But...it's huge and they could swim on the other side easily.

Review 81：My only complaint would be the beds were a little worn. Also, be aware that the term "oceanview" room is a little misleading. The balcony does not face the ocean but the ocean can be seen if one leans out and looks to the right.

Review 82：My wife and I and two friends really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The furnishings appear recently updated and the resort had all the amenities needed and great wifi. It was located right on the beach with shopping nearby. It's not a five star resort but certainly worth 4 stars.

Review 83：Mattress on pull out sofa was not horrible but could have been better. I ended up reserving on Booking.com because there were no rooms available when I tried to make reservations directly with the resort. Although the rate was over $100 cheaper on Booking.com than the rate we would have received directly from the resort, I think because we booked through Booking.com they gave us a room on the second floor near the elevators. I had requested a quieter unit upfront, but unfortunately the location of the unit caused us to hear people out in the hall and outside the resort at night. Also, while the view was not bad, we would have had a better view if they put us on a higher floor.

Review 84：There is no we could beat the price for what we had. All units have recently been remodeled. Very clean. Spacious for a family of four. Great facilities with the beach, large swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a game room. It also has a movie theater and other facilities that we did not use.

Review 99：Clean, inviting and spacious. Extremely relaxing after a week at Orlando Parks with the family. We woke up early every morning to watch the sunrise from our ocean-front balcony. Amazing ocean views, and beautiful suite. The staff had thought of everything from a starter kit with coffee, laundry and dish soap, to all of the amenities you would need for a vacation. We were also a short distance from a grocery store and food coop - we enjoyed the nearby restaurants but it was also a treat to cook for ourselves after traveling. The activities center was also a nice touch - we spent most of our time at the beach, but we enjoyed the Jungle Adventures gator and animal program.

Review 100：The reception desk staff was very kind and gave us a nice wellcome. Tanks to them we could appreciate the most our day at the resort. The accomodation was spacious, confortable, and the view from 7th floor was fantastic!

Review 109：I didn't like that the beds and couch and loveseat were so old and uncomfortable. They definitely need to replace all furniture in the rooms for it to be a stay worth while. I also did not like the fact that we had scheduled four days in advance for their pamper evening for women and then we were never notified that the woman doing the spa and pedicure had cancelled but yet five of us waited in the room for thirty minutes and nobody even noticed. We were only notified after my mother and myself went to the front desk and started asking questions.
