Review 1：When we booking is 4 star/ then they say stay 3 star. I have told then I booking is 4 star hotel not 3 star. And the payment is SGD, after stay become USD. After I show them the booking then they change me to 4 star.

Review 3：We booked a 4star hotel, but when we arrived they tried to put us in a hostel type accommodation some distance away from the main. My daughter was travelling alone from dubia. When we got there. She was in this hostel accommodation and was driven on the back of a motor cycle up to the main hotel. They wanted us to pat 60 US dollars to the main hotel. Our friend paid this money. But we refused as no where on the website was there any room of this description. It was smelly and damp and it was like a dorm. It to me a hour and seven different staff to get the room we booked and that of my daughter . Very stressful and disappointing. Website is very misleading. Breakfast was a disaster. You had to ask for basics like butter yougurt. Etc. as the were not on the buffet.

Review 5：I was disappointed when I arrived to find out I had to pay an extra €60 to up grade as what I booked on the Internet is not what I got .Other friends kicked up and didn't have to pay extra so I fell hard done by that,the breakfast was poor in relation to choice of food for Europeans ,

Review 8：Breadfast not so good. Kind of the same cooking everyday. Swimming pool water is not so clean management should look into this issue. Wifi average cause at times connection is weak. Hotel staffs are friendly except for a few.

Review 9：Hotel location is good as you can find many local good foods and shopping mall in just few mintues walking distance. Hotel is safe as sercuity guards is 24hours. Very nice view from high floor room. The room facilities is clean and comfortable. It's worth for staying during your holiday trip.

Review 15：nothing to outright dislike which was fault of the hotel. If you like your coffee then I suggest you bring a jar with you as the options are either 3-in-1 or a very strange vietnamese coffee - but it's not just here - it's everywhere!

Review 19：The hotel lacks charm. The front desk staff were helpful but the restgave wrong information. The spa is a joke.The breakfast supplies ran outby 8.00 and the kitchen staff had to be "persuaded" to refill thedishes. The one juice offered is a sickly sweet black currantconcentrate - no fresh juice, or not enough by the time we got there.This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but is more like a 2 star hotel.Our room, while comfortable and spacious, was on a corner with windowson two sides, and the design is such that the wind howls constantlyaround the corner, and to make matters worse the balcony door was badlyfitted and there was a draft. They offered us a smaller room not on acorner, but it was very dark and small. The lighting in our room wasvery dim and the room had a very gloomy even with all the lights on.Don't go by the pictures on the website. The hotel is located 4 kms fromthe town and there are no restaurants apart from a kfc and a snack barin the shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. There is no concierge tohelp with tours, but "sales staff" helped us organise a guide and carwith driver for the 3 days we were there, but the guide turned out to bethe driver too and we had to insist quite strongly on a reduction to thecost quoted.

Review 20：Not much to like ....the room was spacious and clean. The reception deskstaff were helpful. The outdoor swimming pool is quite big.
