Review 1：There was no breakfast as advertised the whole stay, no workout room only two bicycles, no library if your interested in this place for those things forget about it
Review 2：When my room turned out to be dirty from the previous time rented out, I went to front office and requested to change rooms and girl at front desk was totally understanding and switched me rooms no problem
Review 3：No complimentary breakfast, I left personal belongings out when I left for work, I put the do not disturb sign up came back and room service entered the room, some Amenities were not available at all

Review 5：Hotel was a little dated. Couldn't figure out how to turn bubbles on in jacuzzi. Seemed like a few long term ppl staying at hotel. Though they stayed in their room.

Review 15：We booked this Hotel with breakfast included. Upon Arrival we were informed that breakfast Service was discontinued... We were offered $10 in compensation. Rather ludricous. The room was very dark needed to have the lights on during the day. Old and tired Motel....In Need of renovation. Highly overpriced..
Review 16：There were no pots and pans in the kitchen so I could not cook. The spa is older, there is no weight room like advertised. The cleanliness all around is poor.

Review 18：Booked last minute as we rolled into town...I read RESORT when i booked it...no such thing...our room looked like something from the 60's and was back in this corner of the building that smelled like urine and cigarettes..The people in the room next to us had pulled their dining table on to the balcony and were smoking like crazy...Lots of unsupervised kids running all over the place. Looked like people actually live there... We didn't even end of staying their and went down the street to The Hampton and got a room.

Review 20：I cancelled trip I was told I didnt, I asked where is my itinerary whereis any info for this booking. We sent to email (nothing) I have no infono booking info no cancelling info I didnt go anywhere or do anythingand I got charged!!!

Review 22：Was just terriable walls so thin could hear all other rooms place was like a bad apartment, the Range had aluminum foil on the burners, there was no coffee, filters, for the coffee maker then in the morning. We didn't find the promised breakfast anyway I was told by the check in clerk it was all would be frozen things. And the offer of breakfast was one reason why I choose this dump
