Review 1：There was no parking spaces so we had to pay in a lot behind the hotel. The weather was very cold and our car was scratched all down the side with a screw driver.

Review 2：Room decor and location were very good, breakfast was real tasty!

Review 3：Elevator was very slow. Fitness room is at YMCA next door so not always available, especially on weekends.

Review 11：Fire alarm went off at 3:37 am. We were told to evacuate. Clerk told everybody it was a false alarm from YMCA next door. Fire department wasn't so sure and couldn't get alarm off until 4:10 am. I got the impression it happens a lot. Shower also not great.

Review 33：1. Elevator was quite slow and, on our arrival, took longer than appropriate to reach the underground parking. 2. There was no hot water. When I mentioned this at checkout they knew all about it, claiming it was due to a construction project across the main street out front. Unacceptable.

The room was good except the A/C was beside the bed and was blowing directly at us. Too tired to even complain, we just thought we just would not make a fuss. But through the njght it really was troubling. The TV was as well too small and too far for the remote to work.

Review 40：The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The AC worked great, water pressure in shower good. I have not one thing to complain about. I would stay again in a moment. If you like Mexican food or Italian just around the corner are two great places. I ate at both of them.

Review 44：I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone! my room was $99 and then they held $362.49 on my debit card and told me that it won't come off for 30 days. it is a debit card that I use just for business and I don't hold a big balance on it. just what I need for travel. When I went to dinner the next day with a business colleague my card was declined because I didn't have enough money on it to pay for a $42 lunch which is ridiculous. it was humiliating and embarrassing and not necessary!
